Hey guys, so i just got my new card for payoneer, but i have some steps to do more..
so they want me to choose a payment methods - no idea which one
and fill up the questionnaire

I have an odd question.....

So, I have moved more and more of my payoneer money to global transfer. I know that there is a minimum you are supposed to pay per month to keep your payoneer card active which of course does not get paid if you are moving everything over with global transfer. If my card becomes inactive through lack of payment because I am only using global transfer (and therefore am not using the card) is there any severe bad consequences that will happen that I am not considering?

Your Payoneer account will remain active, even if you are not receiving payments. If you are completely inactive for an extended period of time we may disable the card for security reasons, however you can sign in to your online account and enable it automatically at any time.

This e-mail would be for an additional service that we offer, called the U.S. Payment Service. If you are just looking to receive payments from companies that pay with Payoneer or the Private Loading Service you do not need to complete that form. It is an entirely separate service and has no effect on your Payoneer card or account status.

Hi everyone,

I wonder if any other ladies on here receive their streammates payment through the Bank transfer service with Payoneer (specifically UK ladies), and what it says on your bank statements when you receive it?

I changed from streamate wire transfer because I read somewhere that Streamates would not show on the transaction however this has not been the case for me. Although the first couple of payments didn't mention Streamates, now it always comes up as - 'Bank Giro Credit ref. Payments Services, Streamates.' I bank with Santander. Because I normally only check my bank account online it didn't show the full sentence above, it was only when I received a paper statement that it was showing in full.

I didn't really want anything adult related showing on my bank statements as I know how anal the banks are when faced with anything adult related should i wish to apply for a loan etc. if any of you ladies bank with a bank other than Santander and the Payoneer payment from Streamates doesn't show up as it has on mine above I would really appreciate any info. I also bank with RBS but am loathe to change the bank account with Payoneer if it is still going to mention Streamates on it somewhere!

I did do a search and found the post below from Nissim that states that adult companies do not usually show their names on bank transfers?

Hi Guys,

In addition to the Payoneer card, we offer many additional payment solutions, including our Global Bank Transfer Service. Not all companies that pay with Payoneer support the Global Bank Transfer Service, however most do (and we provide the option to all Payoneer partners).

This service includes the following:

- US ACH/Direct Deposit
- Local Bank Transfers
- Wire Transfers

Note: Payments show up on your bank statement as Payoneer Inc 800-251-2521. Companies that pay with Payoneer can request to have their company name included, however this is mainly done by mainstream companies and not with Adult-related companies.

For US direct deposit, we send payments directly to your bank account, from a US bank account. These would be standard US bank transfers, so they would generally take between 1-3 business days at most (usually much sooner). The cost depends on the partner you are receiving payments from, as they can all set their own customized fees, however it is generally a one-time set up fee of $5, and then $3 per payment (regardless of the amount, there are no percentages).

Local Bank Transfers are available in over 50 countries, and allow you to receive payments from a local bank in your country, in your local currency. They are not international transfers, which means they are far less costly and are processed much quicker (within 1-3 business days). There is no set up fee, and the cost if between $5.95-$9.95 per transfer (depending on the country).

Wire Transfers are available to an additional 150+ countries, allowing you to receive payments directly to your bank account. They are standard SWIFT transfers, which is an international bank transfer. The cost is $9.95 per transfer.

Nissim, I was wondering if it's possible to request a new card, and if so, is there a charge for not waiting for the one I have to expire? Mine is getting really worn. It's still scanning as of right now but I noticed there are spots where the black strip is wearing off. Also, where my signature goes is completely gone and it says something like "void" where it's supposed to be. I haven't had any issues yet and it expires in December so I can wait if I have too. Was just wondering.

We do offer a global bank transfer service for Streamates payments which starts at only $2.99 per transfer, and I'd be happy to answer any questions you have about that service and how to sign up for it.

In general there is a replacement fee for ordering a new card, however not if your current card is about to expire. We send out new cards free of charge in that case.

The payoneer website is confusing.

Bank transfers allow you to receive payments directly to your bank account, while the Payoneer card provides you with a prepaid debit card that can be used to make purchases online, in stores, and at ATMs worlwide. Funds will be loaded directly to that re-loadable card, which is shipped out to you. Hey Nissim. Thanks for helping me order another card. But I assumed I could keep using my current card till I activated the new one. Is that not the case? I have over $200 in my account and when I signed into my account online to check the exact balance before paying a bill it says $0 balance and there's a link to activate my new card. I have to pay this bill by Friday. The estimated arrival date of my new card is 10/1-10/8. I've emailed Payoneer support already but figured I'd post here too. Need to get this resolved right away. Thanks.

Yes, you can certainly continue to use the current card. Most likely when you signed in you had the new card selected from the drop-down menu. You can click on that and then select the current card, and it should show up that it's active with your available funds on it.

It's an automated process so as soon as you receive and activate the new card, our system will cancel the old card and transfer any available funds to the new card. No action is required on your end (it takes up to 2 hours, though usually happens in minutes).

Hey Nissim, I really need some help! About a week ago I checked my (mfc) account and it said I had $17 in there. I tried to get gas and it was declined saying insufficient funds. I messaged Payoneer Support and he said that it was because I put in the wrong zip. So I tried again today using debit and what I know for a fact is my pen number and got the same declined error. I checked my account again and it still says $17. =/

Are you trying to purchase gas at the pump, or at the cashier? Most gas stations will try to place a pre-authorization hold on funds when you begin to "pay at the pump", which can be up to $70. This is to ensure that the card has sufficient funds to cover the purchase. It's possible that for this reason your card is being declined, as it is prepaid.

You can try to pre-pay for an exact amount directly at the cashier, for which there is no pre-authorization hold.

I don't like the idea of sending my social security card, plus I don't have a scanner.
Also the address on my ID is different than my current address, I move around a lot and don't plan on having a permanent address anytime soon. I can't afford to get a new license at the moment.

Is there any way that I can be approved without these?

As a fully regulated US company we are required to verify the identity of every account holder. It's a regulation called KYC - Know Your Customer. Unfortunately the SSN is a requirement in order for the account to be approved, if you are a US resident.

If the ID doesn't match your current address, you can simply provide a recent utility bill along with it (showing your name and the current address).

Since I don't have a scanner, can I take a picture with my phone and use that?

General mail would not be accepted, however you can provide a utility bill from your friend and statement from him/her confirming that you are staying with them.

You can certainly use your phone, so long as the image is clear/legible.

Hey Nissim, I've been waiting for my payoneer account to be verified for the card for a few days. Is there a way you can look into it for me as I'm waiting to be approved so I can get my card here as soon as possible. I will shoot you a message with my email if that is okay. I've already been using payoneer for ACH payments but I find they take longer than I'd like. Thanks!

I am trying get a new card ( old one was stolen).

I have moved since the last card was mailed out.

My licence (Australian) has my address printed on the back so I was told I couldn't use that for ID. I uploaded my voter registration papers showing that I am a citizen and my current address and a bill from college showing my name and current address and was told that these are unacceptable.

I don't have a utility bill in my name as I moved in with my partner and all of these things are in his name already.

What can I do to get a new card or can I get another account through Streamate.

I have a problem logging into my Payoneer account and also when I try to retrive the password (I had a similar problem few years ago when I signed up for a Payoneer's partner and a admin had to do it manually).
I put my email and birth infos to retrive my password but it keeps saying wrong infos.
Writing this out I look like a total idiot but cant figure out how to fix it.

If you signed up for US Direct Deposit, there is no online account. If outside the US, your username is your e-mail address. You can reset the password using our online password retrieval tool: https://myaccount.payoneer.com/Login/Login.aspx

For US direct deposit no funds are actually stored on a Payoneer account, so there is no account balance. We transfer them automatically to your bank account.

Ladies and Gentlemen if you read this! I have a serious problem I really dont know what to do! It is really really urgent for me!
I created a payoneer account back in August! And I have no idea how I forgot my password, I have like five different password combinations I use everywhere and whenever I log into any account of mine I use one of it! And it turned out that none of the is legit when I try to log in to my payoneer account! When I ask for a password reminder it requires at least six different questions to make sure that the legit account holder asks for the password reminder. BUT!
I ve never even recieved the actual card in the letter Im supposed to have so I ve never had the chance to see the cardnumber so puff I cant add the last 4 digits of the card number because i dont have it!
And the security question for the password? There are pre written questions and none of them actually fit my code, the one I use so i just picked one and probably give an answer to it which is the actual password of mine! But since none of my passwords fit I dunno what to do! I created another account but since the system senses that I already have an active account payonner wont verified the new one!
It is crutial for me literally my living depends on it to be able to log into the account but I just cant!
Please ladies I really need an advice! And since I dont have my card so I cant give the info that requires the resetting I am lost! PLEASE HELP ME!

Nissim can you please tell me what ID is required to get a replacement card. I have changed address so was told to forward ID I have sent my drivers licence but the address is printed on the back, I sent my voter registration which confirms I am a citizen and is issued by the federal government and has my name date of birth and address, I have sent a bill issued by my college which has my name and address.

I have been told these forms of ID issued by the government are not enough.

I share a house owned by a freiend and the utilities are not in my name.

But I dont understand why a phone bill has more weight than a bill from college or a voter registration.

Afterall, someone could commit fraud and get a phone bill in a fake name but they sure as hell wouldn't pay for college and get a degree in a fake name.
