I'm also curious to know about the atm fees. Last couple of times when I withdrawmoney I got less money than I was expecting. But as I'm withdrawing them in a foreign currency I thought that thay just might use some really, really bad exchange rate (althought I've never seen such a rate). But now when you're telling that you have big withdraw fees I think that's what's happening to me also.

I didn't get anything new from support but in my payment history the private load is now pending for 12/2. I was never able to upload my ID though. Is this going to cause problems the next time I receive a private load?

Nissim my brother requested a replacement card - he has funds in his account. He has been asked to email a copy of his licence which is fine. But also a photo of himself holding a sign that says 'payoneer' with today date all handwritten.

This sounds a little odd and rather unprofessional.

I recently had my card replaced and was never asked to do anything like this. Is someone having a joke.

Each account is reviewed on an individual basis. In some cases we are required to ask for details that we do not ask in other cases. We may at times ask for this, to make sure that the account holder and ID provided match.


When I withdrew $1,000 on cash advance at my bank, I see $1021 withdrew. Why is the fee high after all I paid for card fees every month and $5 fee for load? $21 is a lot for just to take $1,000 out

You can view a full list of pricing and fees by logging in to your Payoneer account. Whenever you use your Payoneer card to make foreign purchases, we convert funds based on rates of up to 3% above MasterCard's official currency conversion rates.

The list says:
ATM/Cash Withdrawals or Transactions
ATM Withdrawal $3.15 * Per Trx When withdrawal is requested
* When a transaction is made as a foreign transaction or is requested in a currency other than USD, charges of up to 3% may be assessed above all charges assessed by MasterCard for the transaction.

I don't remember the amounts I've withdrawn form ATM, but I have a question about online paying.
I've ordered something online and paid with my payoneer card. The price was in GBP.
So on my transactions it shows as $-22.04
And then two days later I have $-1.68
Can you explain me what kind ox tax is $1.68 when paying online in another currency? Because that's like 7,56%, it's not even the 3% they say they might charge.

We wouldn't list any charges separately - it would all be in one transaction. Is the $1.68 a completed charge or an "outstanding authorization"? It's possible that the merchant place a temporary hold on funds for a small amount, to confirm the card is valid, and then charged the full amount. If this is the case (which I really can't tell without being able to check your account) then the hold on funds would expire within 7 business days (and the funds would be released back to your card balance).

I sent Payoneer an email. Says they'll get back to you within 48 hours but they dont..

Everytime someone tries to put money on my account it says "this card is not activated for receiving private funds".
Even though Ive always been able to receive private funds..

So my payoneer card and account is absolutely useless now and I have no way to receive money online. :(

E-mails generally take a few business days to be answered - can you show me where it was listed as 48 hours? I would like to make sure that is updated as, while we do try to get back to you as soon as possible, it does sometimes take longer than 48 hours.

We also offer immediate support via telephone and live chat.

In regards to your issue, the Private Loading Service is an additional service offered to active Payoneer account holders. In order to be eligible for the service you need to be active in receiving payments from companies that pay with Payoneer (or "Payoneer partners") over the last 6 months.

If you are seeing this error it means that your activity in receiving payments from companies that pay with Payoneer is too low over the last 6 months.

Ive got my payoneer card for over 2 years.....
If i cant receive personal loads on my card then my card will never be used again.

I get the 48 hour message after submitting the message.

The main purpose of your Payoneer account is to receive payments from companies that pay with Payoneer (as a payroll solution). Private loading is available only to active account holders, and should not be the main use of your account.

Unfortunately if you are looking to use the account mainly for private loading, we will not be able to provide you with a solution.

So what's going on with Payoneer?


Due to a change in our issuing bank, your old card is no longer active; Please order your new Payoneer card here.
All fees associated with issuing your Payoneer card and all funds from your previous card will appear on the new card once you activate it.

This is sudden... and really inconvenient, especially at the end of the month. I had money on my card that I can't access now. =/

I'm curious about this too. I've already withdrawn most of the money from my card so I haven't tested it but but I'm getting paid on the 1st and I need that money to pay rent. Am I not going to be able to withdraw that money? Do I need to change my payment method?

Payoneer recently received an alert from MasterCard, due to a recent data breach at Target retail stores. You can read more about this issue on Target’s official website: https://corporate.target.com/about/payment-card-issue

While there may not be any unauthorized transactions on your Payoneer account, all cards included in this alert were closed and new cards were sent, free of charge. This action was taken in order to ensure the financial security of your Payoneer account.


I do apologize for the error in the description that showed up on your Payoneer account. We had no pre-written explanation prepared for such a scenario but wanted to make sure that the card was disabled asap.

I've had regular partner loads since I got my card (with occasional private loads) but the last time someone (who's been reliable for several transactions in the past) tried a private load I got the "Rejected By The Bank/Credit Card Company" message.

Also: I'm sure you're aware of the new InstantPay/BoleynGirls program. I'm seriously considering signing up but apparently they have to show a certain amount of money going through them before they can qualify as a partner. So until then they can only use private loads. Since it's very likely for these private loads to outweigh partner loads for many girls (if they're using it for their main site) until they can qualify to be a partner can there be some sort of exception made? It's kind of a catch-22. I'd like to sign up but I don't want to have my private loads disabled because I'm getting paid through them instead and then have to go back to getting paid directly from the site.

I emailed directly about this today and got a quick response, no. Unless you have other partners paying through the site you cannot. I have only recently signed with Payoneer and wanted to do the Boelyn Models and I will not be eligible for private load :( In all fairness though, they were quick to get back to me. However, if you are paid through one or more partner regularly, private loads can be activated.

It only applies to Payoneer cardholders that used their cards at Target locations during November-December. There is no hold put on the account, we simply disable the card in question and allow the account holder to order a new one, free of charge.

This error message means that the loader's bank/card issuer did not authorize the charge from Payoneer. Either they entered incorrect details, had insufficient funds, or the loader need to contact the card company and confirm that the charge is valid.

Unfortunately there is no exception that can be made - Payoneer must strictly comply with online payment regulations. If the company would like to send funds using our mass payout services, they can contact us and request to sign up as a partner.

Hi, not sure if this has been mentioned lately, sorry if it has, but I remember back in the beginning of 2013 you said that payoneer to bank transfers would be an option but it's been almost a year since then. Any updates on when the option to withdraw funds from payoneer account to bank account will be available?

Hi I applied for Payoneer but unfortunately you all do not have the United States as a country you live in. But you don't approve if you don't live in the US. So I'm confused. Is there a problem with the form?

60-90 days prior to the card's expiration date, you will see the option to order a new card become available on your Payoneer online account. You will be able to use that to order a new card, free of charge.

The way it works is we send you a new card while keeping the current card active. When you receive and activate the new card, our system will then automatically disable the old card and transfer all available funds and payment methods to the new card.

Okay, so I have a problem??
I was told that my Payoneer card wasn't supposed to be here until the 13th-20th. I couldn't wait that long, so 1-2 days later I just requested that I have my card fedexed to me for $30.

I just checked the mail, and I saw my Payoneer card was here, and I thought, wow, it only took a day?
I tried activating it online and it kept telling me wrong card number over and over. I looked at the Account drop down menu and there were two accounts listed. The balance for the card I received in the mail today, not through Fedex, was $0.00.

Please don't tell me I just wasted $30 to get my card shipped to me faster when I was told my ORIGINAL card wasn't supposed to be here until the middle of this month, yet arrived here earlier than the Fedex method.
I didn't even get any notification that it was even shipped...

I am at my WITS END right now!!!

I'm trying to buy a textbook on ebay and since I just got a new payoneer card a month ago, I need to add it to my paypal account. I had NO problems adding my payoneer card to paypal before with my last card but now it keeps giving me an error saying that it can't be verified. I called paypal and they said that Payoneer is denying the request to add the card because of an address issue. I am putting the correct address! This is ridiculous! The issue is on Payoneer's end. I've tried everything down to the last period. Is there someway to bypass this and let me link the card up because this is urgent!

I remember i saw a good while ago somewhere on payoneer site an add like 'now anyone can send u money directly into ur payoneer account' and have i read i need to give the person either my card number or email address. i just cant remember if that person sending money needs an account with payoneer as well or is not mandatory. Have you made sure that your Payoneer card is preloaded with funds? PayPal will try to charge a small amount to the card when you add it, and since it's prepaid the verification charge won't be approved if there aren't sufficient funds available.

If that is not the issue, please send me a PM with your Payoneer account e-mail and I'll make sure a customer support representative gets back to you.

Answering my own question - I called Payoneer, and yes, because yesterday was not a business day in the US, the bank transfer is delayed one day.

Hi, I applied for a card about two months ago but never got it approved (or it was sent to my other address in Germany, I can't remember exactly). So I did it again, with my new official address, and it's been sitting in the "awaiting approval" thing for over 2 weeks now. And I really need it to work on sites like ELM and Cam Model Directory. :(

Each company that signs up to use Payoner as a payout solution can choose which services they want to offer their payees. It sounds like those two companies do not currently have Payoneer Direct Deposit enabled as a payout option for their members.

I would suggest contacting them and letting them know it's a service you are interested in.

If you are a US resident you would need to sign up via your account with a company/website that pays with Payoneer (such as Streamates, MFC, IM Live, etc)

Hi , as per your advice, I've maild Payoneer CS over a week ago , only to hear nothing back - exactly the same as In the past until I've sent several mails. They take AGES to respond, unlike Nissim who is always prompt... shame the company is not yours. I am worried about 3 charges on my account, which I pointed out to you and then CS but they don't seem to care.

Please can you tell me if there's costs associated with closing my payoneer, and how I can go about doing this. I am hope to start using zombaio - Any heads up from girls are welcomed. I am just mega sick of all the fees with payoneer, and their poor customer service has just topped it off to be honest , not to mention the amount of time I can't afford to spend waiting for pvt loads. ergh. Annoyed.

I need his help too, I wrote to the Payoneer support two times and no answer, so I sent him a private message here a week ago and I'm waiting... I lost my card, no big problem because it was empty, but now I really need a new one :(

It's absolute bullshit . I have just joined with zombaio and I'll be slowly moving everything away from payoneer. I do not like it when a company dealing with MY money becomes impossible to get hold of . I am not happy with their lack of response. I don't blame Nissim , he could be on holiday , sick , dead... all number of things, which really have nothing to do with payoneer. Their customer service dept however, should be answering my issues , in less than the 2.5 weeks it has been so far !

Unimpressed.
