In regards to the US Payment Service, it is unfortunately not currently available for payments related to adult activity. Hey,

Absolutely not, monthly charges are not retroactive. As we are already at the end of July, if you were to begin using the account again now you wouldn't face any monthly fees until August.

I have just skimmed this thread, so I am assuming this rule has changed? I just started using my card this month and was charged retroactively. My first load to my account was February 12, 2014 and $9 in fees for March, April and May of 2013 were immediately taken from the balance, as well as $3 for this month.

I was not expecting that, to say the least, and I probably would have waited until my payout amount was a little higher.

I signed up for payoneer for US direct deposit. I linked it to both Adultwork and imlive. I got an email from payoneer saying I was approved and ready to receive payments from adultwork. When I try to transfer funds from adultwork, I get an error message saying "You can not use payoneer until you have an approved account." When I dismiss this message, I am taken to another page followed by a second error message that reads "You already have a Payoneer account that was approved on 16/02/2014 15:41:16." If I don't put in for my transfer today,I will have to wait another week, and there will be dire consequences for me financially. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact adultwork. What can I do?

You can contact Payoneer and ask for your "Payee ID" - which is the unique identifier in our system for your account. This can be provided to the partner (in this case adultwork) so that they can update their system. It seems that there is some issue there which has not updated to see that your account is enabled.

Hi Nissim. Thanks for being so helpful here. :) I've been paid from my partner sites several times but private loads are still not available for my account. Is there something else I need to do?

To be eligible for the Private Loading Service you need to reach a certain level of activity in payments over the last 6 months. It's possible you haven't reached it yet, so after a few more payments you will see the service become available.

Does anyone know how to change the immediate load settings? Apparently without realizing it, I chose to always have my new funds from one of my sites load immediately, and that is not what I want. I don't see any options and I don't want the loads to always go straight into to my Payoneer account (immediately); I'd rather only select that by instance. Thanks!

The only way to do this would be to contact our customer support department and request it. We are working on an update to our payment confirmation e-mails and web interface that will allow you to automatically enable/disable this option at any time, and hope to have that available within the next several months.

Does anybody know if they send you an email when your card is shipped? I've lost my card and requested a new one, they answered that they will block the lost card and requested my details for the new one so I think everything it's ok and my card is on my way...

Before i received my first card, i received e-mail "Your PayoneerPrepaid Prepaid debit MasterCard card has been approved!" But I never requested new card...

When making a private load, the loader will have access to see your account e-mail and last 4 digits of your card. The loader will not have access to your personal details, such as your name.

Yes, once a new card is issued you will receive an e-mail confirmation that includes an estimated arrival date.

Nissim, hi, I applied for this global bank transfer over a week ago and have heard nothing back from Payoneer. I would like to be able to withdraw the funds I get paid, straight to my bank account, like you can with paypal. How do I make this happen. I don't want to use my card, I'd rather just have the funds in my UK bank account. Thanks.

The main use of your Payoneer account should be to receive payments from companies that pay with Payoneer. You can use our Private Loading Service so long as you are also active in receiving payments from companies, and in general the main use of your account should not be private loading.

If there is any issue we would notify you via e-mail with further information.

Withdrawal to Bank Account is a new service that is not yet available to all Payoneer account holders.

If you are receiving payments from a company that supports our Global Bank Transfer Service you can still get paid to your bank account. Please send me a PM with details as to which company you are looking to receive payments from.

I have a question. why when I tried to use Payoneer as a way for my customers to pay for my panties I was denied? Seriously? Payoneer wants to to act like that? I guess as long as you don't advertise that you are using it for an adult base site then it's okay? You can do adult based transactions as long as you keep it hush, hush? Sounds hypocritical to me

Furthermore, every single time I make a purchase using my Payoneer card I ALWAYS have bits of change added to the amount. 3 cents here, 2 cents there, REALLY?! I know it isn't the merchant because I have seen other ladies on here complaining about the same thing, over and over again in this thread. Between the monthly maintenance fee, every time a private customers loads money there is a fee, and change taken here an there, I swear if I didn't HAVE TO use Payoneer I wouldn't even bother with it. I don't care what others have to say, I don't care for it one bit.

ETA: Honestly don't even bother to lift your fingers to type in an answer, I really don't care to hear excuses. I would rather the ladies on here know what my experience has been thus far using Payoneer.

Now this isssue is fixed as far as I can tell, my payoneer was set up global transfer and money was coming in but as a wire tranfer not as a direct deposit. I noticed the hiccup because of the emails I would saying a payment is being sent and what amount I was quoted to receive wasn't arriving it just disappear after 3 payments, of getting a wire and not a traditional deposit. I got an email saying that there was some type of error and that my account was being sent wires and not deposits I was losing money without it being tracked anywhere.

I am glad the issues got solved I did bring it Nissim attention I hope that is why it got fixed but seriously it was not a happy time losing money for 3 weeks that aren't listed as a payoneer fee.

I sent you an email of all the transactions that has been going in my account, and also how I got an email from payoneer saying they had a technical issue while processing my payments from wire to Canadian processing system. because of your technical issue I lost $50 !! I only use payoneer service to collect my payments from Streamate and maybe another site I work on. I work really hard for that money and I shouldn't have to lose it over some technical issue.

I can't call my bank about this because they have no idea what I am talking about they don't see this technical issue on their side. the technical issue is from payoneer. why should I lose money because your system is broken.

There was a technical issue in which some payments were sent via wire transfer rather than local bank transfer. When a wire transfer is received, an intermediate bank may be used to transfer the funds to your country - this depends on the SWIFT network and your local banking system. Some intermediate banks apply processing fees, which is what happened in this case. These fees were not charged by Payoneer but the intermediate banks in question.

The benefit of our local bank transfer service, as opposed to other online payment options, is that you can avoid similar fees by having funds sent from a local bank in your country. As I mentioned previously, we absolutely recognize that these costs were incurred by you due to an issue on our end, and you will be compensated for those costs. I will check your PM for details and get back to you with further information.

Im not sure where to ask, but... is it "safe" to give my Payoneer account for some of my regulars who want lets say skype shows? I dont want to use paypal or WU and I dont want (just yet) to make my own site and go serious with it (so dont want to use billing proccessors). Is there any way for another Payoneer member who makes me a transfer to know my personal info?

Hello! I ordered a replacement card that was to be shipped by DHL. I wasn't given a tracking number for it so I couldn't check if it was in my city yet and pick it up, and when I sent a request for the number and got it, it turned out it was too late and the package was returned to the sender. It says there were 4 delivery attempts, but I was home at that time and saw noone come; noone notified me that the package was there, so I had no idea I needed to pick it up. What do I do now? It's literally the 3th time I'm ordering the card and not getting it (Payoneer must be cursed for me or something).
Also, is there any way I can load money on my account in case I have to pay for shipping again (I'm $8 short for it), without having to earn and get a minimum payout of $50 on a site, which may take ages?

When receiving a card via DHL, the tracking number is sent to you via e-mail directly by DHL.

Same thing for my street address or can I use PO box that I have? What is the time frame for direct deposits to be available? Hi - you can use any valid e-mail address that belongs to you. In regards to address, we do require a valid residential address, however it is not shared or disclosed in any way.

Direct Deposit payments generally take 1-3 business days to arrive.

Do you mean your payment history on Payoneer? Payments should be processed within a few hours - if you have a payment pending with Payoneer for longer, please contact us: http://www.payoneer.com/ContactUs.aspx

Thanks for replying! Yes, I meant my payment history on Payoneer. The payment is in my Payoneer account, but it hasn't been sent to my bank account, and it still says "pending to be processed" next to it. It's been that way for 3 weeks. I have used the "contact us" link and explained the situation twice, once about 2 weeks ago and once 3 days ago and I have still had no reply.
