I have PMed you, I have tried to get online chat to help me, I have emailed...I really need to get my account sorted so that I can get paid. I have heard NOTHING back, and I'm starting to get stressed out by the whole thing. I missed the last payout on my cam site because of this, and it looks like I might miss this one, too, and that is a HUGE PROBLEM. I'm getting really frustrated, and I'm beginning to think Payoneer isn't worth this level of problems. PLEASE can someone contact me and tell me WTF is going on?!

One of the members here said you might be able to help me. I set up a Payoneer account and then linked LiveJasmin with it just fine. LiveJasmin keep rejecting my profile pictures so I decided to go with Streamate instead, everything is ready to go with them except after 2 weeks Payoneer as my payment method is still 'pending' with them. When I contacted them they said I need to contact Payoneer. I am a new cammer so new to all of this and feeling a bit lost. I haven't logged in to start camming on SM yet because it worries me that there is no way for them to pay me yet. I'm wondering if I should just go through a studio to make it easier lol.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Yes - there is a cost to receive payments to your Payoneer account (generally $1-5, depending on the company paying you). You can log into your Payoneer account and go to the "Help" menu to see a full list of pricing and fees.

I have a question about the Payoneer login page. Today I opened it trying to access my account and it turns out it's a whole different page. It says somewhere on the page "Powered by Payoneer", but the login page is from Israel Post. The company's logo is in Israeli letters and everything. I was afraid to put my details there. It's so strange. Before the normal Payoneer page asked only my e-mail and password. Now it asks the name on the card instead. If this is a normal change on the administration of the service, shouldn't they inform the users about it?

I have been trying to contact Payoneer for the past 2 weeks to get my bank account changed. I have a not so good situation with my exhusband and I can't have him having access to my money. I'm growing very frustrated with the lack of any type of resolution to this problem, and am quite concerned that the transfer will go into the account he has access to. You make it so we are unable to change the account online, but don't return customer inquiries when we would like to.

I'm having an awful time with customer service too, and they don't do what they say they'll do. Then I have to completely repeat myself. In guessing Nissim is having a holiday, as he always responds promptly. Just wish he was around to sort out my problem.

Mine now has Imlive logo, so they may have started to show the logo of your first partner, not sure? Have you had any dealings with Israeli Post?

In reality my first partner was LJ that is still linked to a currently inactive account but I guess since I only log in the account that had IL as its first partner it somehow remembers it?

Payoneer provides payment solutions to thousands of companies, one of which being the company shown in your screenshot. This design should only appear if your PC or browser was used to sign into an account with this company - is it possible you have done so, or someone using your PC has done so? Also if you are on a shared PC it may occur.

If you clear your browser cookies/cache this should reset.

The US Payment Service is unfortunately not available for adult related payments. Section 5 of our T&C (https://pubs.payoneer.com/files/tc/TermsPayoneerUSPaymentService.pdf) for the service has a full list of prohibited uses.

Note that this is only relevant to the US Payment Service, and not to general payments from companies and websites that pay with Payoneer.

I had an account on payoneer with a card that I had for a few years, but I haven't used the account or card in almost 2 years. I signed up for a website that pays out via payoneer, do I need to make a new account with payoneer or can I use my old one? Will I need a new card issued to me? (I was under the impression that you guys don't use the "Choice Bank Limited Visa" anymore, is this correct?). I would like to be able to use the same account, but i'm sure its inactive now or something.

^ what's the expiry date on the card? If money hasn't been loaded for a while it might be deactivated but an email to support / a recent transfer could reactivate it unless it's expired in which case you would just request a new one sent.

Thanks Kayden, it is not expired yet, so it should still be good? Its about to expire soon. I was under the impression they were with a new bank and sent out new cards in December, this is all just stuff I heard, but not confirmed. Does anyone know if this is true?

We use several different issuing banks, for various reasons. So long as your card is active you will be able to add a new funding source to it.

If an issuing bank is no longer supported, we would notify all cardholders and provide them with new cards.

I'm having trouble linking my Payoneer card to my Streamate account. I have my physical card and it's been activated, but when I go to link my card to my account, it says that the details are incorrect after I put in my e-mail, password, birthdate, card number and captcha. I know all my information is correct, but what, if anything, can I do about the captcha problem? I've tried everything from clearing my browser cookies to using another browser to contacting customer support. I'm absolutely certain my other details are correct.

@SaraLaughs: It's possible that there is a slight mismatch or typo with the Date of Birth, or some other issue causing this.

I received a private load yesterday and it's saying that the funds won't be loaded to my card until midnight 7/17. Loads have never taken this long before why would this one take so long? It's usually two days.

Credit cards load within 1-2 business days (after approval) but bank transfers can take 3-7

I know how to do it as its registered to over 7 sites already. you click the link the site gives u, then u click "already have a card" and input ur shit. ta da easy. except this time there is no link to "already have a card" its just not there. NOWHERE. I searched the entire page with my eyes multiple times. I tried different browsers. Nothing. Where the fuck is the link gone? All I get is the option to sign up for a new account. So how am I supposed to add Payoneer to this camsite now?

@TeenageAnnie: It's possible that the company/site you are signing up with selected not to enable the "Already have an account" option. I would contact them to inquire, or if you'd like you can submit a new application and then contact us and we can assist in merging it with your existing account.

Hi Nissim,

I'm trying to work out whether I want to open a Payoneer account to use for global transfer from Streamate to my local bank, which uses GBP.

I understand that foreign exchange rates change all the time, but in order that I could compare services, let's use a hypothetical situation.

At the time of you answering this question, if Streamate paid out $100 to me, after all the fees and forex charges, how much would arrive in my account in GBP?

Thanks for considering Payoneer!

When we send a transfer to your bank account, we use a rate of 2-2.75% above the official mid-market rate. For GBP specifically, it's only 2% above the mid-market rate.

Many sites online that allow you to estimate conversion values use mid-market rates. A popular one s XE.com - you can visit that site and check the rate at any time, and just keep into consideration that Payoneer's rate is 2% above that.

So for example right now the mid-market rate is 1 USD = 0.587819 GBP. If you were to have funds transferred to your bank by Payoneer right now, we would convert $100 to 57.61 GBP.

Thanks, Nissim, that's exactly what I wanted to know. That's a better rate than I'd get from TransferWise if transferring from my own USD account, for example, even including the transfer fee.

Figuring these things out is an epic headache, but worth it.

Well this is a first for me. Never really like to reply or bitch about stuff, but im having a pay problem with payoneer my funds were sent by sm and now they have not shown up on my account at payoneer. just wondering if you can help out support is going really slow tried all yesterday on the 25th of july to talk to them and was just given a run around.Also Nissim i have information in my yahoo email from sm confirming i was paid. really need help here!ok now im getting really pissed i sent like eight different messages to the email support with information from both streamate and Vanessa from sm saying i was paid what is going on why am i getting the run around!!!

Hi has payoneer changed? i cant see a list of linked payment companies anymore? a few months ago when i logged in I saw down the side of the screen my accounts such as mygirlfund.. myfreecams.. extralunchmoney... ect. but now i cannot see/find them anymore?
also can i put money from payoneer into my bank account now?
when i tried before it say "no becos u have already a account with use online" "close it and make seperate bank account version" but now i see option to withdraw into my bank? is this for real? did it change?

I'm having a really hard time with customer support. I need to dispute a transaction which was unauthorized. They asked me download a dispute form, fill it out and send it back, but they are just giving me the run around. It's like they're being deliberately obtuse. They ask me to put the transaction ID on the form, but there is no field on the form for the transaction ID. 3 times I mentioned this in an email, and 3 times they sent me back a reply without answering my question.

I've been billed $130 by an Italian travel company which I've never heard of before. You'd think Payoneer would be a bit more pro-active in trying to protect members against obvious credit card fraud. Someone has managed to get my card number and make a charge. Perhaps the numbers are being leaked directly from Payoneer. I told customer support about this transaction when it was still in the pre-authorization stage, but they told me to wait until it was actually charged.

It would be nice if I could talk to someone at Payoneer who actually cared rather than customer service people who don't seem to comprehend my emails, or who don't understand English. The fraudulent transaction is bad enough, but now I know someone is out there with my card details. What's to stop this company from making regular charges to my card? It's at times like this I realize how little protection we have with these pay cards. It's not like a bank where you can talk to someone. There's no one to talk to - it's all out there in cyber space.

Yes, you can associate multiple MFC accounts to the same Payoneer account.

The main problem is that they don't read email queries carefully. I have to repeat the same questions many times for an answer. Sometimes I don't get an answer and have to give up. It is extremely frustrating, and take this from a guy who has emailed customer support upwards of 20 times over the last 5 months. The dispute department is particularly frustrating. They need to improve their dispute form or give detailed instructions about how to fill out some of the fields.

I would be happy to provide specifics if you are interested.

I've used live support many times, but mostly they just invite me to send an email.

Yes, you would need to contact our customer support department and request to change the bank account on file.

In regards to fees, I don't believe there was a change.

I emailed support and they are saying I need to send them the reason for the change, the last 4 digits of the current bank, and a bank statement.

Is this a bank statement for the old bank or the new one? And why do the need a statement? What has to be included on it, I don't see the necessity for a detailed statement of my transactions just to update my bank info... When I switched to global bank transfer I only needed a voided check, which I'm happy to provide for the old account or the new one. Just don't see why a statement is being asked for?

The dispute form has 2 pages. On the first page there is a field called "Case No." and one called "Reference No." and on the 2nd page one called "Trace Audit Number".

How on earth is a person going to know what to put in these 3 field without some instruction.

See if you can guess what to fill out under:

1. Case No.
2. Reference No.
3. Trace Audit Number.

When I inquired, they told me what the "Case No" was (our dispute case number is given in our email reply when we lodge a dispute) and they told me about a "transaction No" and where to find it and that I should include it on the form.

As there is no field specifically for "transaction No.", I emailed them about 6 times in an effort to find out where this should go. Obviously, "reference No" and "trace audit number" are NOT "transaction No.", but it would seem that the customer service representatives expected me to guess where to put it.

I decided to guess and put the "transaction No." in the "reference No." field because they never answered my query about this and I gave up emailing them for clarification on this point after my 6th attempt.

In another email I was told that the "Trace Audit Number" field is where the "transaction Number" should go. Who would have guessed that?


They need to redo their dispute form or give a detailed explanation of how to fill it out because people should not have to guess what the fields mean.

Hi Sarah, despite my negative experiences (mentioned above) with customer service, I usually get a reply within a day. The problem is that the reply doesn't always help me and I need to re-email them over and over to have my questions answered.

My problems were mainly over a dispute. For other inquiries I haven't had a problem, which is a shame, because when your card has been compromised it's a stressful period where you really need good service.

Live support is not always useful as they will often refer you to email support. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe they operate on European time (or British), so it may help to consider that when you email them if you want faster response times.

Thank you, I was able to catch live support online. Turns out I don't need a bank statement at all. Might want to change that in the automated reply, it's kind of confusing since bank statements don't typically include full account numbers or anything relevant to updating the account. ;)

Apparently Payoneer needs more support employees. I've been trying to simply update my bank account for global bank transfer since Aug 10th. Five business days later, my payment went to my old bank account. It still has not been updated.

Now I'm waiting in line on live support, approximate wait time is 25 minutes.

I enjoy the service Payoneer provides, but trying to get anywhere with support has been a serious hassle.

I live in the uk. I was paid $404 dollars but when the amount loaded it shows my balance as $372 dollars. It was my first payment. I knew there were fees but that's more that $30! Did I misread the fine print? I wouldn't mind but I thought the fees were lower. I haven't transferred the funds to my bank or withdrawn them, they're just sitting there.

EDIT: Ignore me, it's the annual fee. I didn't see. Ha!

Yes - the annual fee is charged at the start of the year. So if you've paid it now, it will not be charged again until August 2015.
