So there's a monthly charge for having the card as well!? I thought I only got a fee when I went to spend it sort of like a ATM :(. I've only gotten a couple of shows on SkyPrivate in the last few months lol so I was just letting it ride until I got to $100 but maybe I should redeem it now.

If you go monthly without using your card they won't charge you a monthly service fee. I remember going like 3 months without using my card. Initially they took out the monthly maintenance fee. Then later reimbursed it back once they realized I didn't use it.

I'd be curious to know about the status quo of the chip + pin cards.
From what I'm reading on the site, their forum, here and the rest of the interwebs, it's still sort of in development and random people seem to get one while others are still 'stuck' with the pin + signature.

Where I live, swiping isn't possible anymore. This is actually an EU thing, so I can't speak for how far along different countries are in implementing that, but in my country swiping has been completely phased out. There are no terminals available for it even. It's all chip + pin. And forget about chip + signature. That's not accepted anywhere.
So if it would be impossible for me to get a card with chip + pin I'm SOL. The card would be utterly useless since I wouldn't be able to actually buy anything with it, let alone get some cash out of an ATM.

Do any of you girls have an idea about that situation (since Payoneer doesn't seem to be responding here anymore)?
Are more and more folks getting the chip + pin card, or is it still a luck of the draw basically?

Hi, I'm new here!

I applied for a payoneer card over a month ago, and after numerous e-mails I still have heard nothing back regarding my application.

I am based in the UK so this is the easiest, quickest method for me to get paid. I need to work yet can't as the only other way to be paid in the UK is through chequers, which cost me money and take 6-8 weeks to clear so it's not ideal.

Let me know how u get on, as u should have choice to; wire, direct to bank account, cheque, also try view pending authorisation link or i had not sorted payment method on the site i worked and earnt from, also it takes 2 days after site payment iwas paid until selected immediate load option in 2 hours....done $5.oo to do transaction method aaargh however they dont rule out financial pay from adult sites like paypal ban it hope helps

They charge yearly $35 and $1.oo to use card or $5 immediate loan but they are relialy been for me for over a year x foxy sakura

i have payoneer and paxum and both are good, the only difference between both, is that paxum has way lower fees and u can spare something around $130 in fees over payoneer. The other great thing paxum has is CS, they always respond my inquiries in a good time frame.

Hi, yes I have nothing. I have to wait to be approved. It just says 'application in reciew' :( on SM the only option for me is payoneer I believe. I would like to set up the global bank trnsfer service they offer but I still have to wait to be approved. So at the moment I'm at a complete loss. Thank you all for your help though :D xx

Hi Ladies,

I've been working as a newbie PSO for TTM. To be able to receive my paycheck, I signed up for Payoneer Global Payment Service to obtain a US bank account since I don't live in the US.

Now, I just receive this e-mail message from Payoneer:

Unfortunately, as the service or line of business related to this payment is not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Global Payment Service, we are unable to process the payment. The payment has been returned to CS LLC CBATCH 28** and you have not been charged any loading fee.

At first, I was glad to be able to sort out having a US bank account where TTM can send my paycheck then this happened. Ughhhh. Can you recommend any other payment service that is not strict? I got another paycheck coming in this Wednesday and it will end up being uncollected with TTM. What do you guys think of Paxum?

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you Ladies!!

Does anyone have experience with the Global Transfer Service? SM released payment on Wednesday, Payoneer received and transferred it on Friday, and it's now Tuesday and hasn't hit my account yet.

When do you usually see it in your account? (I'm in Canada, so I'm not sure if that has any bearing, or other Canadian models use this service)

^Do you mean Global Bank Transfer (GBT) by any chance?

I'm from EE and from the original source the money usually appears in my PY account on the same day and from my PY account in my local bank account on the next (business) day. So, Mon it gets sent to my PY, Tues it should be in my bank account.

Maybe it just takes a bit longer with your set-up as you also have a day in between it leaving SM and appearing in your PY? (+ weekend needs to be taken out of calculations, if it left late in the afternoon on Fri I would pretty much only count Mon, Tues and today, does seem a bit on the long side but Canadians probably need to chime in...)

hello ladies, pls help...does anyone know if when u are charged 2 times for the same pos transaction, if payoneer adds the amount doubled charged back to ur acct? i was in a restaurant yesterday and the guys was having issues with his mc machine, it looked that the amount wasnt charged and he tried again, but today i see on my statement that it went through twice. here in brasil, when that happens on my local bank, its instant that the bank returns the money to my acct, i thought it was the same with payoneer, but the charge is showing on pre authorized transactions 2 times. ty ladies

I had a similar thing once from Payoneer, tried to withdraw money, my online account was showing as though it took all the money and I was freaking out. Best bet is to talk to Payoneer and they should be able to refund one of the transactions to your account. I'm sure I waited about 5-7 days for the money to go back in to my account. Try calling or doing live chat with them (if they still do that) if you can.

Has anyone else had problems with Support getting back to them through email? I called on Monday/Tuesday and they said they were gonna further handle my problem through email, but still no contact from them after they verified my email and everything.. I got locked out of my account and none of my funds are being transferred on to my card lately? Anyone else had this problem in the past?

Is anyone having issues transferring money to their bank account? Anytime I try to transfer money, the bank accounts selection is grayed out and I can't select any back account. I haven't been able to transfer money for more than 2 weeks now. I contacted them about it but it seems to me nothing is getting fixed. Is anyone else having or had this issue before?

^No, not in my experience. Paxum has been the first and only time I have experienced a requirement of updating my ID because the original one had expired.

Payoneer can't help you with that (it would be the responsibility of C4S to make that possible).

The only way that I know of to be paid via Payoneer on C4S is this studio (dailypayservice.com), however, at least back in the day when they launched this service it was limited only to models who were already using them for one of the camming sites but Idk perhaps that requirement has changed(?)

Note, however, that if your sales are more than $1k/month, you start "losing" money compared to the direct deposit at ~$50, they take 5% of your net earnings, so for example if someone made $1.5k/mo, their cut would be $75 which is more expensive than direct deposit. On the other hand there had been times where I've found their weekly transfers very convenient (as opposed to a monthly direct deposit.)

But as I said, not sure if they accept people who are not existing users of their service on camming sites, also the service is not available to US/Canada residents.

A pointless, disjointed rant but maybe this is going to be useful to someone... Last 1 1/2 years or so I had used their GBT service but my local bank account where the GBTransfers were sent to became unusable (long story) so I switched my funding sources to my card account as fast as possible, except my card had recently expired... No big deal, order a new card, now after my application for a new card being stuck in "pending approval" for close to 2 weeks I start to get suspicious that it doesn't seem right (the last card renewal, couple years ago the approval part took maybe like 2 days, tbh didn't even notice.)

After a semi-failed attempt to contact support I find the following gems in their "community" section

The "Step 2: Approval" thing says it takes "several" business days, pretty vague, but support chimes in on the "community" forum and dispels any confusion!


It takes 1-5 business days to review and approve newly submitted applications. If the account is not approved within that time frame, I recommend you get in touch with our support center directly to see what is the hold up on the approval process.

Now, I understand their support gets a large volume of messages and many are barely intelligible, garbled Google Translate translations but wouldn't it make more sense to simply specify that "approval takes up to 5 business days" as opposed to "several" which can mean anything? Especially since it is YOUR responsibility to recognize that your application is stuck because you won't get any notification and it will remain like that for however long you let it, weeks, months...?

Now, you should contact support, and initially upon a quick glance I was impressed that they'd added new contact methods for example "Live Support Chat", little did I know...! The Live Chat link seems to be "just for show" so to speak? Whenever I access it (during the advertised hours) it says "not available due to high volume blah blah", several times I saw this posted by other people too.

The regular support ticket system has become even worse than it was before, after you've selected topic of your question and taken the time to write out your question a pop-up will appear trying to dissuade you from sending the question offering several existing FAQ answers, obviously they are irrelevant because you need to know why your specific application is stuck, so no big deal, click "no these don't answer my inquiry" or whatever the hell it says. Now you took a couple minutes to write a very short, straight-to-the-point question and made sure to say "Hi" and "Thank you" AND dodged the pop-up, well, guess what bitch, it was DISCARDED when you clicked the "send" button! lol

In your email you will get an auto-generated response with one of the irrelevant FAQ's which you thought you dodged and ONLY if you reply to that auto-generated email is there a tiny chance that you could get through to customer support with your specific delay of approval situation which is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to begin with, remember: if you don't contact the support it is going to stay in that "pending approval" stage for weeks or months to come. The message that you just "sent" in the contact form wasn't actually sent to anyone it was DISCARDED, if you didn't Ctrl+A and Ctrl+C it then you will need to RE-TYPE it in response to this auto-generated email for perhaps a 50% chance that it will actually get through.

Couple years ago or so I don't remember such a concerted effort to make support as un-contact-able as possible, what I do remember is that the chance that anyone would actually get back to you was roughly 50/50, so that's what I'm expecting now as well AFTER you jump through the hoops of pop-ups trying to talk you out of sending the message, your message being discarded and having to re-type it/re-paste...

Clips4sale is now offering payout via Payoneer and they are asking for an "approved Payoneer account number".
Can anyone tell me where to find this account number? I didn't find it in my online interface.

I am completely unsatisfied with the information of your (new) website. It's not transparent at all. It just says "sign up" everywhere but there is no real information.

Information about fees, for example:

"What are the fees associated with the Bank Transfer Service?

Payoneer's Bank Transfer Service allows you to receive payments in your local currency from participating partner programs directly to your bank account in over 210 countries.

To find out the relevant fees for your country and currency, please Contact Us."

"What are the fees associated with the Withdrawal Service?
Fees vary according to the type of withdrawal and will be displayed in the withdrawal summary page.
There are no setup or recurring (monthly/annual) fees associated with the Withdrawal service."

"What are the fees associated with the Payoneer Prepaid Card?

The exact fees of the card depend on Payoneer's agreement with your Payoneer mass payout company as well as on the card usage. Detailed pricing and fees information can be viewed on the Payoneer Payment Method page accessible from your online account with your Payoneer mass payout company."


So, to sum up, you want to force everyone to get an account before you disclose any fees, right? I want to know the fees before I go through yet another sign-up process.

And by the way:

"Was this answer helpful?"

NO!

The only fees you list are cross border fees which can be an ADDITIONAL 3.5% (I guess additional to all other fees?) So at a transaction of $1000 those alone would be $35, not counting all other fees.

I wonder why exactly people want to have payoneer, it seems so expensive.

So, is there a cross-border fee AND a currency conversion fee applied? What other fees are there?

To me, your fee structure is unclear and your website is not transparent at all. I don't even want to contact customer support because of what I read and hear everywhere.

I don't get the hype. The only thing I see is getting paid to the payoneer card, withdrawing the money directly and thus evading taxes, like one user from Romania suggested. But I am not interested in fraud. So what makes you any good? Seriously, what is it? I would love to know what the hype is about.

We don't have an account number, we have a customer ID and you'll see this in the email that tells you your card is coming, or you can contact them and ask what it is. Don't mention "account number" or you'll be running around in circles until they finally tell you that you have a customer ID.

I had Payoneer when I was on Chaturbate and was making about $3,000 a month and was paid and used the debit card. I couldn't pay my rent with the card so I had to go to 4 different ATMs every pay day and withdraw the money. Every time I withdrew it was costing me a percentage and 2 ATM fees. If I wanted to pull out $400 it would end up deducting like $415 every time.

That adds up a LOT. I gave up and cashed out on a site to my card and bought a few things, then with the remainder I bought an $85 gift card. Just to buy something online cost me almost a dollar. I KNOW that is not a lot of money, but when you're constantly buying stuff that little bit adds up a lot over time! To get the card it costs almost $13 (or did for me), then every time I want to get my money it costs me a fee on the site I am on, then the $5 instant load fee or $2 for a couple days for it to load, then the percentage to use the card, then the monthly fee to use the card.

That's why I gave up on trying to get paid regularly on my sites with it.

Clips4sale don't have an option for payment through Payoneer on their site. They have instead been asking people to email their details to them...they have asked us to provide an account number which I understand is actually our customer ID but this does not show when we log into Payoneer.

So, I wanted to update on the card being stuck in "pending approval" debacle: in the end everything sorted out.

And I think I'm just going to use phone support when it's something important.

I have the impression that the live support chat is restricted to specific countries because I see many people from, e.g., the UK accessing it just fine, for me it was never available.

If using phone support, I recommend finding the Customer ID thing, so you don't have to waste time spelling out your associated email over the phone, like I did. As Katy already posted, I saw it in some of the support emails afterwards, like when an email says "We hope that this has sufficiently something something" in the footer it shows your email and the Customer ID number.

Hi I'm in the uk and mine and others payments have gone missing between payoneer and U.K. Accounts this week. Payoneer claim that it's isolated but it's rather odd it's all on the same week and after the pacnet drama. What is going on? I have a lot of money now lost and I'm concerned more is going in next week. What is really going on?

Interesting... Back when I used to use the card all the time I just chalked up the usual difference of what I have vs. what I can withdraw to currency conversion, wouldn't expect a US-based user withdrawing in dollars to have such fees because, well Payoneer accounts are in USD...

I guess my planned experiment of withdrawing in dollars is not going to work. I discovered that for some reason there is a large network of "multi-currency" ATMs where I live, where you can withdraw USD besides EUR... Not holding my breath but still curious to try how it compares to withdrawing in euros.

I did however withdraw some money in euros couple days ago after not having used the card for several years: the highest the ATM allowed was €850, to withdraw that approx. $991 were subtracted from my Payoneer account.

As soon as I got home I checked the exchange rate on Google (i.e., what it should be like without any fees) at that time $991 roughly equaled €885, so that's a difference of €35 on those ~$991.

Obviously no one is going to exchange currency without some type of a fee, so I would always get at least slightly less than €885 at that point in time, no matter where I'd go.

And this is not really that relevant because this is the situation specifically where I live but I went to an exchange rate comparison table for different services and this one bank just like the last time had the best "buy $" rate out of all of the services, except I'm not using that bank. For those $991 they would had given me ~€875, aka €25 more. The bank that I am using locally had the worst exchange rate (again!) apparently they are using their market dominance to offer some really uncompetitive rates, those $991 would had gotten me ~€859, just €9 more.

Why not use the better bank? I have some very subjective reasons/trust issues, the bank with good rates is locally owned, the one with with the shitty rates is part of a large international network, several years ago a certain local bank simply went *poof* it was insanity, I do not trust any of those motherf*ckers but a large multinational corp gives at least some peace of mind. Obv this is not gonna apply to other people but it does to me.

So a hypothetical scenario without Payoneer: I get C4S Wire to the bank I "kinda" trust which has shitty fees, I gain (very roughly) €9-10 per $1k compared with Payoneer card withdrawals (as per the observations of my most recent withdrawal) but I also pay ~$45-50(?) wire fee.

If your bank has very competitive fees and especially if you make more substantial sales on C4S, then the equation is going to be different. For example, I consider $1k/mo a good month but some people make $4k/mo regularly, at such amounts any fees that are expressed as percentages become much more of an issue, and what Liluhottie (sp?) described a while ago becomes relevant (i.e., having a USD denominated bank account and shopping for the best exchange rate to your local currency.)

tl;dr many variables go into this, imo.

For myfreecams specifically (where I've always been paid by gbt before). I did reach out to support already, the first time I was told no issue with bank transfers or any payments to uk as you do not only use pacnet and are not affected by the recent issues. The second time I was told bank transfers to the UK are no longer available. The info seems to change daily. I'm looking for a categorically definite answer about global bank transfer to the UK for mfc as of now. Thanks

Hello dan if you are still there: my funds are currently now a week late and have not dropped into my account despite being told several times via phone that it's been loaded and should "at the latest" be in my account by today. I've been told that it might be due to bank holiday but I call bull because it shouldn't set my funds in limbo for an entire week. I feel that I am being told this to keep me happy because there is a bigger issue that has not been solved. I am in Ireland as well btw.

Hi, your point is well noted.
I know that there have been rumors, however a delay with a bank transfer due to banking holidays etc, does not mean that the service will not be available.
I will try to put it the most simple and friendly way that I know fit, even if there are rumors and suspicions, a delay with a specific bank transfer does not mean you will need to switch to a prepaid card.

What do you know about money transfer from Mass payout to bank account in Latvia? Still not possible? And if I get a Payonerr card is there an option to transfer funds to my Latvian bank account?

Hi lil_smiley, the aim is to enable as many options for our users as possible, performers included.
There are specific cases in which we are bound by technical limitations that can be derived from either the specific country we operate in, or the specific studio.
This is of course a very general and educated guess. I sincerely recommend to contact our support center directly for specific assistance.

OK I still don't have a definite answer. Can I get paid to my bank via global bank transfer with payoneer from MFC? I can't work there until I know this.

It is almost impossible to get a response from payoneer support. very bad service
