Hi Dan, my Payoneer card is set to expire in December. I'm supposed to get a message in my inbox with steps on how to renew, etc. but none has appeared yet. I contacted support about it and they just gave me a copy/paste answer telling me to check my inbox, so that didn't help. I'd like to order a new one ASAP so there aren't any delays once my card has expired. Thanks!

Yes, their support sucks. I has receive payment, it was declined and support can't tell me any reason about it. Just says that "all payments must be according rules"...few weeks ago the same payment was according their rules, but now it is declined. It's easier to change payment method than talk with them:banghead:

Please make sure that if you are getting an auto-reply (a long canned text, which may or may not be relevant), to reply to it, so that a representative will see it in a timely matter. The reason I'm suggesting this is because there may additional factors to check like switching existing methods of payment, which card has arrived, etc.

It's because we still don't know if the global bank transfer service is 100% guaranteed still in operation. Unfortunately your prepaid card is a pain in the ass to use and expensive as hell but most of us are currently being told it's team only option. I'm not even working on mfc for now until I know I can definitely get gbt as otherwise my money *may* end up stuck in never never land.

Hi, this valuable feedback is exactly what I'm here for. Per what I know, our payment solution is available for bank transfers to performers in the UK. Were you advised differently by anyone in MFC? It's extremely important that no one is misinformed.

Hi, and thanks for letting me in on this.
The temporary delay in bank transfers we experienced in last September is hopefully behind us.
This does not mean that global bank transfers are not available for performers. There is a difference between a temporary delay in service, and a service becoming unavailable.
In addition, I have a strong feeling that many non-Payoneer representatives, who don't deal with the payment processing aspect, may have accidentally misinformed many performers.

I might actually be the dumbest person ever, but I'm so frustrated!
Please, don't be angry with my stupid question, but HOW ON EARTH DO YOU APPLY FOR THE FKING CARD???
The thing is, I registered, got an approval email but on my account page there is no mention of a card whatsoever.
I thought I did something wrong, tried to re-register, but during the process it always asked for my bank account and refused to proceed without it (even though you are supposed to be able apply for the card without this?).
I don't know what to do, what am I doing wrong and how do I apply for the card?

There maybe no need to make a new sign up. What are the options you have on the actual platform/website before it redirects you to Payoneer?

Danep we REALLY need to know how long will it take for Payoneer to restore the Global Bank Transfer service. It's becoming a huge problem for many of us because we can't get our money sent into our local bank accounts.
Any chance you can give us some good news here?

Hi, I have looked into this important inquiry.
We are trying to enable this type of transfer to all locations we operate in. This is however, not connected to the bank transfer delays we experienced in October.

All of my payments from Streamate are on hold. The flow used to be like this before with Global Bank Transfer
(Streamate or any site) --> (Payoneer) --> (Personal bank account in Mexico)
But now my funds are on hold with Streamate (ICF Technology) because they can't be sent via GBT. In fact Streamate says my Payoneer account is on hold, which clearly is not.

Can't get transfers to Canada, even though I was told before I attempted it was now a working option. Support will just tell you to wait for the accounting dept to contact them and the accounting dept will take forever and then blame it on your bank/your end. I'm still waiting for hundreds of dollars and it's been weeks. If you have any other options to get paid I suggest them because there's too much inconsistency here.

We would still like to know what exactly is going to happen with the Global Bank Transfer service as it was a great convenience for many of us.
I still don't understand why Payoneer all of a sudden keeps saying the service is no longer available for people outside the US (Specifically in Mexico) and specifically for adult performers like us. At least that's what the chat rep told me (And I have the ref # for that chat).
Your service is decent, but you guys need to provide accurate information so we won't make mistakes due to misinformation.

Also, if we WERE allowed a second account that would entail paying for a new card, waiting for it to be sent, and then all the fees for the second account too. Is this a new thing?

Yeah I'm getting the same shit from a Payoneer rep. If I remember correctly Danep advised me via email to NOT open a secondary account and he's working personally on sorting my issue out so I suggest you to get in touch with him. It's not streamate's end in my case, but Payoneer's BS.
WTF is going on with Payoneer's customer service???

I got a second account at the end, nobody was able to help me.
Now I'm waiting for the card and it sucks a lot, cause I was left without my biggest payout right before the holidays. I only hope it'll arrive before Christmas and I don't have more issues.

Is this going to happen to all Payoneer accounts now?
I too have several founding sources on my account (15+) and want to add a new one here but the point is, i can ask to cash out only after i make payment on this new site, what if i cant link my actual payoneer account to cash my money?
This has to be sorted out, for now Payoneer is the only service i can use to cash my money here, they need to make a ONLY rule for everyone & put the info in our accounts so we know what options we have.
If they limit our founding sources number they should let us delete the old entries that we dont use anymore or if two or more accounts are an option with them, i wanna know this before i make money on a new cam site.
Also, how many funding sources are allowed per account just now i wonder?!

Thank u for input Dan, of course i am happy to know u can double check on my account and see what my particular situation is & i thank u for the offer/suggestion but my questions/ concerns are related to what is going on with Payoneer in general, why some people cant add new funding sources, why they need to open new accounts, etc?
I mean if the rules/policies have changed with Payoneer company then we wanna know this, there should be ONE set of rules for everyone not certain rules apply to certain accounts. If ur new rules depend on ur business partners or third parties involved that's the same, sort out ur business there and inform all members/ account owners about the new regulations, seriously, is a matter of principle not a matter of a particular case or another.
More of, if u guys dont know already, we cam girls often change, add, leave cam sites, the cam business itself changes constantly, we are going to have more & more funding sources added to our accounts and if we have a limited number of entries this could be a problem if we cant delete the old ones.
New Payoneer account means double expenses and by the way, how many funding sources are allowed for the new account before we cant add any anymore?
You see, for us is a matter of planning our business & u guys are our business partner so pls, put the rules & regulations on the table in an open manner so we decide if it's worth working with you from now on dear Payoneer :)
