That's cool to know, however I was referring to other performers as well. I'm not your usual payment processing community manager, I actually encourage to ping me with questions and keep me in the loop. I'll be listening and available during the holidays as well.

Hi Dan,
There is a site that some of us girls recently became aware of called "adoptabrat.com"
I decided to be a guinea pig and test it out and upon entering my payment details I found that this site believes they need my 16 digit payoneer card number in order to pay me.
Would you have any idea why that might be?

Hi, please refrain from entering your full card number there. We will never ask you for a full card number on a landing page etc, and so would our official partners.
Feel free to e-mail me directly so I can double check that you are assisted.
As for Nissim, he is a valuable mentor of mine, although he is not on the forums, he is still with us, and I'll make sure he knows that he is missed.

Hi, I just checked this adopt a brat website.
I would definitely stick with Katy Boleyn's guidelines. There is absolutely no reason to provide your full card number for a Payoneer payment.
In addition, there are too many question marks. I have been assisting models long enough to know that e-wallet services don't willfully link to adult websites. As for paying officially through Payoneer, I will use my brat powers, and check this thoroughly, and give you all a clear answer once I'm back at the office.

I keep getting information from various sources that Payoneer is 1. Changing their name and 2. Everyone will need to order new cards. This is a message that was sent out from Cams.com

If you’re using Payoneer to receive your payment from Cams.com, we want to be sure you know about an upcoming change affecting Payoneer accounts.
Your prepaid Payoneer MasterCard needs to be replaced – please order your new card before December 31st, 2016.
Why do I need a new card? Payoneer has selected their long-standing partner, Choice Bank, to manage the card transactions for their business moving forward. Your new card will function like your existing one, and all funds will be transferred to the new card as soon as you activate it. In the meantime, you can continue to use your existing card.

Hi, and thanks for looping me in.
We notified some of our users with a request to order a new prepaid card,which is issued and supported by Choice Bank. The account itself is not changed or affected.
There is a large portion of users who already have cards that are issued by the mentioned bank above. This is a case of an overlapping messaging that have created a confusion, and we are resolving it.
I will explain what happened in a few solitary cases. Few performers, or even an affiliates, who may not need to order a new prepaid card, could have received an overlapping message from Cams.com/Friendfinder. Our support center is already aware of it by the way.
I am also communicating with my colleagues from Cams.com, and we are cooperating to assist models if they have any further inquiries or concerns.
In addition if anyone has a concern, feel free to ping me, and I will have it looked into.

Hello Dan! Will the global bank transfer be available for Russia again any soon? Would be great if I could switch back to it in case the new card gets lost on the way (since I probably won't be able to order another one until after Jan 10th because of the holidays).

You need to select your new card number from the drop down box "Prepaid Card - XXXXXX" along the top line. Then you can activate it and the funds will be transferred to the new card within 2 hours.

As long as your old card hasn't expired, it will be valid until you activate the new card after it arrives. When you activate the new card, the old one is automatically deactivated and the funds are transferred to the new card within a few hours.

Anyone had any success using their new card? I ask because I just got an email from Payoneer saying the switch isn't until February 1st. I don't want to activate my card and not be able to use it for several weeks.

Hi, the activation should move the balance within seconds to minutes. Let me know if you wish for me to have my team assist you directly.

I must admit I've have read the FAQ's on the site about it and I am still not sure what Firstchoice is.
Is my assumption that nothing is really going to change other then electronic system of payment correct? By that, I mean.....everything will still work with my same payoneer card and it will all pretty much be business as usual?

Oh great...I haven't used mine for years! That's one way to ensure I don't use it again if I find I have a load of charges to deal with if I start using it again.

Hi, the transition to a new brand does not entail that everyone will need to have their cards replaced. You will be able to tell if you are required for a new prepaid card by logging in, and seeing if there is a pop up notification/reminder to do so.
Let me know if you wish to have this double checked with specific details for you.

Hi, this should not cost you any fees. In addition, regardless of the transition, as a rule of thumb you should not be charged fees for not receiving payments.

Hi, you are making a salient point, the two are not the same. If there are no funds, there should not be any maintenance fees waiting. In addition, if you have the slightest doubt about fees that were charged, regardless of the new brand, please let me know, because I can quickly have this checked for you.
