Why did i get a notification today in my email about my new payoneeer mastercard being on its way to me? I didn't order one, nor did i click the link for the new firstchoice card. My current payoneer card (blue with choice written on it) is valid till 2020. Am i going to be charged for this??

Hi, you should not be charged for this, in any doubts, I am more than willing to assist. I think you already have my direct e-mail address, and I'm more than happy to provide it again if you require.

Sure, I'll make an educated guess if you insist. Your existing card may not be Choice Bank issued. I usually don't settle for guesses, however I respect your wishes.

The new card has a chip in it, my old one didn't.

I finally got my deposit from Streamate in my bank today that was sent back from February 10. I understand that things happen but I was very upset that nobody from Payoneer told me that my money was on hold until I called them.
They told me there was a glitch in their systems and that I would have it by Monday and that it would be loaded to my card only after I called. That didn't happen. Instead of loading it to the card they sent it to my bank over a week late.
Usually my deposits are right on time but it's very upsetting to miss an entire week's pay and have nobody from the company able to tell me when the money will be there.
Also I was told on a link to order a card and apparently that was also a mistake because my Payoneer card has Choice Bank on it. Today customer service told me I can continue to use it and it should not have been telling me to order one.
Everything is resolved now. I really hope this glitch doesn't happen again.

May add something really quick but that has gotten under my skin....Payoneer or First Choice support sucks so much, but so much, that sometimes i really wanna leave this service and use only Paxum, I swear. Im sorry Dan, its not you, its the whole support thing that really is a mess and makes me think that we are doing favors to them instead of being clients! They need to get better asap!!!!
