I know you already made reference to charge backs but what is your policy if, lets say, my customer makes a payment for a video to me via payoneer, I then send it and they dispute the charge. What then? I know a lot of guys are notorious for doing this and I wanted to know how most of these situation are handled. Thank you =)

Nissim-Payoneer

@DiamondCupcakes: As a MSB (Money Service Business), and due to rules and regulations imposed by MasterCard and our issuing bank, there are strict procedures we must follow regarding chargebacks.

Once a private payment is made, the loader has no option to cancel it. If they contact their card company and file a dispute, it will be processed by MasterCard, who asks for further details from all parties and comes to a conclusion regarding the charge.

It's basically the same for all debit/credit cards.

is possible to cancel my account/card and open a new one?

You of course have the option of canceling your account, however if you'd like to simply cancel a payment method linked to your account and add a new one, you can do that without having to cancel the entire account and apply again.

If you could PM me more specific details, so I could better understand the situation, I'd be happy to help.

I have a question... I have been camming on Streamate for a year. I am signed up directly through Streamate, not a recruiter, studio, etc. I have two accounts; a voyeur and a gold/party/classic cam account. Up until now I have always received Streamate checks through the mail. Streamate's pay period ends for me on Saturday evenings at 5 pm. Typically I would receive my checks the following Monday (10 days later). However, recently Walmart stopped cashing my checks and I closed my bank account due to overdraft fees. I signed up for Payoneer, received my card promptly :) and linked both my camming accounts to my Payoneer account. My question is 1)The money that I earn through Streamate, will it begin going to my payoneer account from now on, with no 'waiting period'? 2) When my pay period ends on Saturday at 5 pm, when can I expect my funds to be loaded on my Payoneer card? For the record, my Streamate account does say 'Pay via Payoneer' so I am assuming my new payment method will be used for all future weekly payments.
Typically, when I check my 'Payment History' on Streamate, it shows the previous week's earnings mailed out on Wednesday. Does that mean they will transfer the money to my account Wednesday instead of mailing a check? Everyone keeps mentioning getting their money on Friday.
Sorry for all the questions, but all of the threads and posts I have seen are coming from daily pay accounts; therefore, they do not answer my questions.

Hey Holly,

It's nice to hear from you, and thanks for choosing Payoneer!

In regards to your questions:

1) You would have to confirm with SM as to whether or not your payments will now be sent to Payoneer (as they send the payments), however if that's what is showing up on your account with them I don't imagine there will be a problem. If you login to your Payoneer account online, you will see all partner accounts linked to your card.

2) Payment schedules are determined by the partner (in this case SM). The way it works is that as soon as the partner sends a payment to your account, Payoneer notifies you via e-mail and you choose a load method. You can either choose a standard load (loads within 2 business days) or immediate (loads within 2 hours). We don't have any restrictions as to when a partner can send payments, so it just depends on when they make their payouts (some programs do it weekly, some daily, some monthly).

If someone could ask @Lovelyx to reply to my PM, I'd really like to help her resolve the issue she's been having (I can't post in that section :()

Edit: Thanks!

The Payoneer card is a prepaid debit MasterCard card. This means that you cannot use more than what is available on the card. Payoneer declines all charges that would exceed your available card balance.

In rare situations, however, merchants can "force post" a charge. This would happen with a merchant charging a card for services already given (such as banks, hotels, restaurants).

If your balance goes into the negative, Payoneer doesn't charge you a fee. As I said, it's extremely rare and we don't normally allow it. As long as the account is loaded with funds within a couple of weeks, it won't negatively affect your account in any way.

Hi Nissim,

I have a Payoneer card. The company that I have my Payoneer card with pays us girls on a monthly basis. After we are paid I then do the Standard Load feature to put the funds on my Payoneer Card. I would like to have the funds direct deposited into my bank account. If you could provide me with the steps that I need to take to have this done that would be very helpful. Also, I have a Sugar Daddy Client who I would like to send me my monthly allowance through my Payoneer card. Can we still do private loads onto our Payoneer cards? Please let me know.

Payoneer does provide an ACH payment solution, however not all partner programs have it enabled. If you'd like to PM me with the e-mail address on your account, I'd be happy to check if it's available.

Also, please note that the ACH or local bank transfer service would be in place of the prepaid card.

If you have an active card and have received at least (1) payout from your partner program (the company you signed up with) you can receive private payments from anyone (via visa/MasterCard). Private payments are subject to approval by our payment department.

Hi Nissim, hopefully you can help me sort this one out, I was told you are a genius :)
Long story but here goes:

I applied for a card a couple of years ago, (yes I said years lol), but I cannot for the life of me remember where, why or how :-[. The card arrived promptly I seem to recall, however, I never did activate it, I really don't know why. Anyway I put it away and forgot all about it untill earlier last year when I thought the card could be useful, not sure if I had started camming on a different site or what, but I contacted Payoneer to find out what the situation was with the card, i.e could I activate it now or would I have to apply again? I was told I think, to apply again via the original source, which would've been AW as this was the only site I was using at the time, so I tried that but AW told me I already had a card! Basically I was going round in circles getting no where, so I gave up again. This was a while ago and I seem to have deleted any emails/info I had at the time. I really would like to have an active card, it's nice to have options, so my question is, what do I do now? I still have the original card although it expires 10/12.

Well, if you were told I'm a genius, who am I to argue with the masses? hehe, I'd be happy to help ;)

Please PM me the name listed on the card, that way I'll be able to pull up the account and assist you in re-enabling it (it was likely disabled due to an extended period of inactivity, but it can be re-enabled).

Hello Nissim,

i have my payoneer account disabled due to inactivity. I know I have to contact the CS to have it re-enabled, but I have 2 questions: Does it have a fee? And when do I have to do this? Like I get my payment and then I contact the CS to re-enable it, or while it is disabled I cannot get a payment at all so I have to contact before the payday?

Thanks

There's no charge to re-enable the account.

The payment method should still be active, it's just the account that's disabled. Once you receive a payment to your Payoneer account (we notify you via an automated e-mail) you need to contact us and we then enable the account.

If you want to PM me the e-mail address on your account, I can check to confirm that your payment method if active.

Hey,

Our tech department tried to explain the technical reasoning to me, but it was beyond my skills :) In general, the issue was not related to security, but simply the way in which your browser automatically read certain sections of the page.

Can you please check and let me know if you are still receiving the error?

(I just want to confirm again that there is no issue with the security of the site).

I got an alert saying my card is blocked! What does that mean?? I hope its not super bad because my rent is due soon!

**UPDATE**
Just so everyone is aware chargebacks are a possibility and if one is filed your card is blocked until they further investigate the situation meaning that if you have money coming in from other avenues like SM, AW, DP, or any other site you work for, it will also be frozen. I thought if this situation ever happened to me that those founds would be withheld but not the entire balance of my account. So please be aware of this ladies and be careful when accepting payment for customs or shows.

Nissim-Payoneer

Payoneer is required to adhere to strict rules and regulations when dealing with chargebacks and dispute claims. When a loader files a dispute, Payoneer will contact the cardholder and loader, inform them of the dispute, and request further details. In most cases, depending on the severity and nature of the dispute, this will not result in disabling of the Payoneer card in question. In very rare cases, we may temporarily disable a card for use, only until the you (the cardholder) are able to provide us with further details or an explanation of the situation, at which time we will be able to re-enable the card. I'd like to make it clear: this is referring to a temporary disabling of the card for usage only. Your account will not be cancelled, nor will your funds be seized. If a dispute is reported to MasterCard, we will work directly with MasterCard to determine the authenticity of the claim, and take action accordingly.

Our main goal is to protect the financial security of our cardholders, and to ensure that you are able to completely take advantage of all the services and benefits Payoneer has to offer. As a registered MSB (Money Service Business), there are strict guidelines we must follow. Regardless of the service (be it Payoneer or any other merchant) the user has a right to file a dispute, which is then processed by the merchant alongside MasterCard. Payoneer therefore recommends that you keep a log or record of all sales and transactions that you may provide to us in the event of a dispute claim.

@DiamondCupcakes: I extremely apologize for any inconvenience, and I do hope that this experience did not have a negative impact on your overall impression of Payoneer. Please realize that these procedures and regulations are put in place to ensure your own financial security, in addition to that of our loaders.

Congrats to RebeccaT on her referral reward!

Payoneer has a referral program, offering a reward of $100 for anyone who refers a new partner to us, after the partner meets certain requirements listed here (http://www.payoneer.com/referral.aspx?utm_source=Community&utm_medium=Banner&utm_campaign=Community_Banner).

RebeccaT referred a new partner to us some time ago, and they've recently signed with us and met the requirements. Thanks, and enjoy your reward :party2:

If anyone knows of a company or program that is not currently offering payment via Payoneer, and you'd like to see them add Payoneer in the future, make sure to let me know (and earn some cash in the meantime 8))

I'm curious as to why on the complaint board there are so many "Payoneer is a scam" threads and comments. Camgirls complaining that Payoneer has frozen their accounts, taking all of their money.

If you do a simple "Payoneer Scam" search on Google you find many pages popping up of people insisting you do not use Payoneer because they freeze your account, keep your money, don't return your calls.. etc, etc. It seems you have quite a few happy customers here, but I'm wondering about those who have had such major problems with you guys.

That is just one of the boards in questions, with the comments I detailed listed below.

Hi Pooky,

I'd firstly like to make it clear that Payoneer is not a "scam" in any way. We are a leading provider of global payout solutions to over 210 countries worldwide.

It's important to realize that Payoneer has been operational since 2005. We provide payout solutions to over 2,000 companies and millions of users worldwide.

While we do our best to provide the best service and support for each and every account holder, on rare occasions an account holder may unfortunately not be fully satisfied (virtually every major company has complaint listings, most of which have far more than Payoneer). I assure you, though, that we make it a top priority to do whatever we can to resolve the situation in these cases. On complaintsboard, it you notice, Talia (or Director of Community) is actually active in posting and we do what we can to contact each of the account holders.

If you have any question at all, or suggestions/feedback (positive or negative), I'd be more than happy to hear from you.

What does 'load on estimated date ' with an exlcamation mark mean ?

Is the exclamation mark showing on your My Account page, or was it in an e-mail? A payment listed as processed and "load on estimated date" means that Payoneer has approved the load, and the funds will be added to your account by the listed date.

Problem solved. The exclamation mark appears for the first few minutes after the payment's been made. I realised after I took a subsequent payment . Thanks for getting in touch with me so promptly. You're a star !

Hello Nissim,

I'm wondering about the fees, because when I go to my account--->general info--->pricing & fees I get a chart, in which it says 1 business day free, 2 hours 3 dollars, but when I try to load my card it says 2 business days 2 dollars, 2 hours 5 dollars.

2983429835

Why is that? o.O

(Anyways I know I cannot load my card, because it is blocked, I was just curious how it looks like when I try it. I already connected the CS to have my card unblocked.)

Edit: Since then I have my card unblocked, all I have to say is WOW, I contacted them yesterday, they said it could take up to a few business days, but Sunday(yesterday) did not count. And now boom it is unblocked, so fast!!

I know some says fees are too high, but this service! I love it! I never ever got similar from the national bank of my country. They never know anything, but they always offer some new and expensieve stuff lol. Even getting my checks cashed took them more than a month every time, and like 20-30 dollars at least.

Pricing and fees vary, depending on the program. When a company/program signs up to become a partner of ours, they have the option of customizing the fees to their specific needs.

The fee page you have listed is for AWE, and all payments received from them follow those fees. It's possible the payment you received was from another company/program.

If you'd like to PM me your e-mail (as listed on the Payoneer account) I'd be happy to check.

Thank you very much for the reply, I got a load from another partner, I didn't know that fees vary. I thought I have those fees no matter which partner loads it. Everything is clear now! :)

I tried the 5 dollar option, and I had the money loaded in 20 minutes. :D Too bad I wasted my time with checks so far.

Nissim,

My bank that I get my Streamates check deposited into through Payoneer is going to merge/change with another bank, therefore changing my routing number (so annoying)!

In the meantime, until I get new checks and/or decide to switch to another bank, how do I get my Streamates money to go back onto my Payoneer prepaid mastercard instead of doing direct deposit temporarily?

Thank you so much!

You can reach us here: http://www.payoneer.com/contactUs.aspx . There is a number for lost/stolen cards and also a general support line/live chat. They will also be able to assist you in ordering a new card and resetting the password.

There have been no changes to fees, and we have no hidden fees. I can't really tell where you see that based on your post, but it looks like a general notification that applicable fees may apply (just what is listed on the pricing and fees page).

Again I have been unable to use my card because it has no chip. This time it was because the store's terminal just would not read it, (I suspect because the swipe slot was full of dust as swipe cards here in the UK are very rare) and this store had no facility for keying in the card number. Some stores simply do not accept a card without a chip.

I've noticed the strip on my card is getting scratched and warn already.

I know I have asked before but PLEASE can we have chip and pin cards soon?

I've checked with our COO and we are still in the process of offering Chip and PIN functionality to the cards. As mentioned previously, this process is very complicated and involves a lot of technical issues, not including rules, regulations and approvals that must be obtained. We are doing our best to provide this service as soon as possible, and I'll be sure to update you once i have further details.

There is no policy to suspend private loading after a certain amount of transactions, however the Payoneer card is primarily a payroll card. In other words, the main purpose of the card is to receive payments from your account with any of our partners. We do offer a private load service that allows you to receive direct payments from anyone, however it must be kept within proportion to payments received from any of our partners. Accounts that do not receive any payments from our partners may be limited for private loading, however it's reviewed on a case by case basis. So long as you continue to receive payments from our partners, you will not have any problems in private loading (other than the standard security screening of payment methods used by loaders).

If you'd like to PM me with the e-mail on your Payoneer account, I'd be happy to check the account for you.
