When you go and do cash back from stores does that take away from the ATM withdrawal amount limit of $2500?
Also, about the $2500 daily withdrawal limit. I have found an ATM that allows you take out $1000. I obviously will get charged a fee to take out the money. My question is - does that fee take away from my $2500 daily withdrawal limit? So instead of having $1500 left for a daily withdrawal limit, or will it be less because of the fees?

It depends on how the merchant processes the cash back. If they do it as a regular purchase transaction, it would not be included, however if they do it as a signature based cash withdrawal it will.
The limit includes any ATM fees, but not Payoneer fees.

Nissim,
Why is it that when a person loads funds to my Payoneer Card by using my card number the person can see my real name? The email account that I used to sign up for my Payoneer account is under a stage name that I did not want this particular client to know about. So I gave him my card number to load funds onto my card. When he attempted to do this he told me that Payoneer revealed my real name to him. I went onto the page where you load a card. I entered my 16 digit card number. The Payoneer website than showed my real name as being the card holder. This is a serious violation of my privacy. I am very upset by this. This needs to be fixed. My real name should not be shown for any method that is used to load my Payoneer card.

@EricaErotica: For security reasons, we highly recommend never giving out your full card number, and using the e-mail address load option. Your e-mail address can also be changed at any time via your My Account page. The full card number load option is generally used for family members and friends.
That said, I take privacy issues extremely seriously, and I will personally contact our technical support department in regards to this issue. I will get back to you as soon as I have a reply, and for the time being I suggest using the e-mail address load option (you can edit the e-mail address if you'd like).
EricaErotica

Nissim,
Changing my email address is not an option. The company that partners with you and who I received my Payoneer card from has one particular email address one file for me. That email address is the one that they send my monthly earnings to. On there end I did not see a way for me to edit my email address. I did not want to change my email address because I don't want to risk not getting paid or receiving my payments late.
Also, Nissim I hope you realize that you are putting ALL of your card holders at risk for fraud and identity theft. Basically a person can go to the Load a Card page and randomly type in a series of 16 digit numbers. As they type these numbers and various card holder names appear all that they have to do then is obtain addresses from these names by purchasing background checks very inexpensively. With a person's Payoneer card number, their name, and their address at hand they can commit all kinds of fraud.
You are exposing your company to a HIGH degree of liability. With a few key strokes no one should have access to whoever's name appears on a card. PERIOD!!! I am disturbed and appalled by such a blatant breach of privacy and security. You need to change this feature or eliminate it ALL TOGETHER.
Nissim-Payoneer
04-30-2012, 04:48 AM
@EricaErotica: We have active security measures to prevent anyone from repeatedly entering random numbers to the form, however I completely understand your concerns and I have already passed on this feedback to the head of our technical support department.
It's important to understand that Payoneer provides services to over 2,000 companies and millions of users, only a small percentage of which are in the adult business. This option is generally available to be used by friends and family, as the card number is very sensitive account information. That being said, we take your feedback very seriously and all of our account holders are very important to us. We will likely be removing the name display in a future update to the loading page.
Regarding the e-mail: If the company paying you is an official partner, the e-mail is not what determines the account in their system. Each account has a unique payee ID, which the partner company can use to make payments via a custom API provided by Payoneer. The e-mail will only determine the payments for unofficial partners paying you via private loads.

Nissim, you do realize that if a person is running a fraud ring they probably have ways that they can use to circumvent this feature. All they would need is multiple people with multiple computers or just a way to change there IP address over and over again. Please remove the ability to see a card holders name. This exposes EVERYONE with a Payoneer card to fraud and identity theft. I am being completely serious here. You will have a lawsuit on your hands eventually. This is just plain DANGEROUS. I have never seen such a breach of privacy and security.
EricaErotica
04-30-2012, 05:02 AM
And Nissim whether I am in the adult industry or not a person should not be able to type in 16 digits on to a company form and see which card holder name is attached to a Payoneer card number.
EricaErotica

Obviously, the points that I am expressing are a SERIOUS issue. Nissim cannot provide me with an answer.

I'm not am expert when it comes to the technical matters of these issues, however I can assure you that financial security is a top priority of ours, and we take all necessary steps to ensure the security of our site and your information. Gaining access to a full card number is not a simple matter, and we closely monitor all website activity (even if you just put in the card number and do not proceed with a load, we know about it and track it). As I am not an expert in these matters I will not go into detail.
As I mentioned, I have forwarded your feedback to our technical support department, and the name display for full card number private loads will likely be removed in a future update to the load page. I highly recommend that you do not give our your full card number, and as mentioned you can update your e-mail via the My Account page (this will not affect your partner payments, which are sent using a unique Payee ID not linked to your e-mail).
EricaErotica
04-30-2012, 05:53 AM
Displaying a card holders needs to be removed because whether I provide someone with my card number or not through your system some can "get lucky" and discover the names of card holders through the security breach on your Load A Card page. This is completely appalling and unacceptable.
Nissim-Payoneer
04-30-2012, 06:01 AM
This is not a security breach, and as I mentioned all site activity is closely monitored. We have strict security guidelines that would prohibit anyone from simply "getting lucky" with the card number or flooding our system with random queries.
That being said as I said in my post above, this suggestion has been passed on to the highest level of management and there will likely be a change in the near future. I do understand your comment and concern, and your feedback is important to us.
EricaErotica
04-30-2012, 06:05 AM
Yes, it is a security breach and you know it.

Nissim your system is NOT SECURE. "Roast" just posted this reply about what occurred when she attempted to enter numerous credit card numbers onto the Load Page form...
What it will say is:
"Action was locked due to multiple requests. Please type the text above to unlock. "
Then you just type in the text, it unlocks it, and you can proceed again. I've unlocked it many many times.
If you type it wrong it just gives you new numbers to type in. If theyre trying to prevent number generating bots from using it, at the very least their CAPTCHA should not be numbers, lol right? I mean, there are so many other forms of CAPTCHA you can use.
All I other security alerts I get:
"Oops.. Maximum field length of 16 for payoneer card number was exceeded."
"Oops.. Please fill in a valid payoneer card number"
The longer I try the more the system just gives me more numeric CAPTCHAs that I can just easily bypass. Or, I can get it wrong and it kindly gives me a new one.
I mean.
Hey, I get you guys need to save face - but instead of thinking we're the dumb ones and focusing on damage control, can you just look into it and fix it? All you have to do is disable that feature or put it on the confirmation page. This is not people clucking over something trivial.
Nissim-Payoneer
04-30-2012, 07:32 AM
I have been actively monitoring that thread, however unfortunately I cannot post there. It seems like the main issue you have is with:
1) The card holder name being displayed for full card number loads - Account holder privacy is a top priority of ours, and this will be removed in the near future.
2) The CAPTCHA - This is an industry approved CAPTCHA that is an image, and not a set of numbers. The image displays numbers, however the coding behind it is for an image so a computer software/program will be unable to auto-generate the required information.
Of course, there are always hackers and fraud attempts, and in addition to to the security measures you see we also have a fraud engine running behind the scenes. This is constantly monitoring all site visitors and actions, and will immediately shut down any fraudulent or suspicious activity. load.payoneer.com is also a secured, encrypted and digitally certified website (you can click on the "lock" in the address field to view the certificate information) and certain bots/script/proxies will be unable to run on the site.
EricaErotica
04-30-2012, 07:36 AM
To Quote Roast.....
For people who don't understand - there is a very simple way for basically anyone to find valid credit card numbers and the name associated with it without really doing much work. The only barrier is a CAPTCHA popup that is easy for any number generating script/bot to bypass. Even if one IP is locked out by the site anyone can bypass that. It is a human error problem in the design of the site, not an individual user issue.
This isn't a feature on any kind of prepaid debit card that Ive ever encountered, its functionality serves no purpose / the purpose of high-grade encryption doesnt seem to matter particularly as it isnt even a part of the confirmation page (which would make more sense) of the transaction.
Instead of issuing damage control - I'd assume their programmers have now been alerted to just remove this part of this feature altogether? By COB? ASAP, even?

Just to copy/paste from the other thread (http://www.stripperweb.com/forum/showthread.php?173046-VERY-IMPORTANT-Payoneer-Security-Issue&p=2340296&viewfull=1#post2340296), for anyone reading:
It is certainly not easy to do this. The card number is 16 digits in length, of which there are trillions of possibilities, most of which not Payoneer cards. After a small amount of attempts, the page locks down and requires a CAPTCHA, which is an image and cannot be auto-entered by a basic program/bot. If any program or script were used to circumvent this, the system would immediately recognize it and shut it down. There are ways to detect such technology/attempts, and our fraud engines and technical support teams are monitoring site activity 24x7, for the sole purpose of finding and shutting down any such attempts.
We live in a technological and digital world, and the sad truth is that there are people out there with the intent of fraud and stealing information. Payoneer's security is industry leading, and we are focused on being equipped with cutting edge technology so that we can confidently prevent any such attempts. There have been DDoS attacks and attempts on Payoneer in the past, all of which were prevented and shut down with absolutely no security breach. We are a company serving millions of users and those attempts are inevitable, however I assure you that we are well equipped and prepared to stop them.

Update: When receiving a private payment using the full card number, the card holder name is no longer displayed (your e-mail address will be displayed).
As a reminder, we advise you to never give out your full card number and use this option for friends and family. For general private payments, you should use your account e-mail address.

Hi Milaa,
We have many card holders in the UK who successfully use their card. While the card does not have Chip & PIN functionality, general regulations require that merchants also accept cards without it. If you could PM me with the e-mail on your Payoneer account, I'd be more than happy to check and confirm that it's active and enabled for use.
Additionally, we are working towards adding Chip & PIN functionality to the Payoneer card, however the process is very complicated and may take several months until complete. There are many procedures and regulations that we must adhere to throughout the process, and it involves many changes to our system.

I use the card in the UK and occasionally encounter a problem though this has generally been on the part of the retailer. Recently, the swipe slot on a store's terminal was too dusty (through lack of use) to read my card and the assistant was too stupid to key in the card number instead. I have noticed the strip on my card is beginning to wear already which will cause a few problems but all I will have to do is tell the sales assistant how to do their job and it'll be fine!
I haven't been able to get cash back using it, Tesco don't give cash back on pre-paid debit cards, and I've never tried using it in an ATM for fear of it being swallowed. I'm lucky that I am able to use it for my husband's business and he gives me the cash he would have spent. Otherwise I use it whenever and where ever I can. Often, the biggest problem is stores finding a pen for me use!
From time to time I nudge Nissim regarding chip and pin...it will happen eventually x

Hey Nissim, I've been having a problem with Payoneer for a while. I originally signed up with LiveJasmin over two years ago. Since I didn't work for them for very long, and didn't use Payoneer much, my account was disabled due to inactivity. I've since signed up with ExtraLunchMoney, and when I tried to cash out using my Payoneer card, they said my account was disabled. They said it would re-enable when I cashed out on ExtraLunchMoney, but when I tried, ExtraLunchMoney said they couldn't cash me out because my account was disabled. It's a Catch 22, I guess. I haven't been able to find anyone that can help me. Should I make a new account? You can PM me for account info details. Thanks!

Hi , I just got my first payment on streamate and I'm using Payoneer.
I got this email from Payoneer:
Your Payoneer Prepaid debit MasterCard has been loaded with $380.81.
And now I logon to payoneer to see my account, and the balance is: Card Balance: $335.86
Why is that? Under it it also says that the car has been loaded with $380.81
Shouldn't my balance be $375.81 (because there is only $5 fee to load immediately) ?

lol, I did little searching on the Payoneer site, and I think I found my answer.
There is:
Annual card account maintenance - Listed countries $39.95
It is not for all countries, but for mine it is.

Activation/maintenance fees depend on the partner/program you signed up with.
If you applied for the card directly from SM there is no annual charge, however there is a monthly charge. The price you listed is for card applications directly via Payoneer, for which there is no activation or monthly fee, but an annual charge.
If you could PM me the e-mail on your account I can check, or log in to your My Account page to view a full list of fees specific to your account.

You're English is great ;) The answer is that the cash withdrawal fee is a set fee. It is $3.15 regardless of the amount of the transaction. Your Payoneer card has a daily cash withdrawal limit of $2,500.00, and a separate daily purchase limit of $2,500.00 (a total daily usage limit of $5,000.00).

Anyone had similar problems like this? I logged in to my payoneer account today, and it said my card balance was N/A. I logged in again, still N/A. I logged in again, my money showed up. I logged in a few more times, and I saw my money. I got another payment, I loaded it on the card, I logged in to check it, and it said N/A again. I popped in and out a few times today, and sometimes it shows my money, sometimes it says N/A.
What is this? I don't like it, I want to go out and shop, but if my card decides to think that it has no money on it for a few minutes, it will not be fun when I want to pay for something.

Looking in to this now, it sounds like it may be a routine maintenance with our card processor (that would only affect the balance display but not actual card usage). Will update as soon as I have more details.
