I went to the ATM to make a withdrawal and the machine said the transaction could not be processed. Then when I went to try it again it said I had insufficient funds. I looked at my account online and discovered that while I didn't receive any cash for the withdrawal, the balance indicated that it had been withdrawn. I immediately called payoneer customer service and was told that there was a glitch and that they would refund the money in 4 business days. Needless to say I am livid. I am out of town and was counting on this money this weekend and it was taken from me in a matter of seconds but is going to take a week to get it back. Can you help with this? Also Payoneer customer service is the worst. I Have never been treated by anyone as badly as I was today. I did escalate the call (which I never do because I've done customer service for years and hate getting people in trouble)and got a supervisor and he was better but I am still unsatisfied with the answer I was given. Can you Please look into this for me. THanks

I had the exact same problem. Hopefully this gets fixed ASAP as I need to pay my insurance on Monday.

I have already PM'd Nassim and have contacted payoneer by phone.

I am livid too. Not only that but if my insurance can't be withdrawn from my bank on Monday I will have to pay a $40 NSF fee to the bank plus $50 to the insurance company. Not fun at all. I know that's not really payoneer's business (as it was me that decided to rely on this payment in particular to pay insurance), but still I hope there can be something done to resolve this in a timely manner. 4 days seems a bit much. Plus I need to buy some food and get my prescriptions filled.

The issue is that the ATM charged the card, even though the transaction was not processed, and so there is a pending pre-authorization from the ATM. I am in contact with our customer support department in an attempt to resolve the issue more quickly, however there are certain rules and regulations we must comply with (as set by MasterCard and our regulators). We cannot just cancel pending charges.

I will update as soon as I receive further details.

Hi! I am having an issue with linking my payoneer account with imlive. I had my imlive linked with my payoneer before a long time ago. I had it set up for direct deposit. This bank account was closed. I contacted imlive just wanted to link my regular card instead of the direct deposit option. They told me to contact payoneer to have it removed then re link my account.

I contacted payoneer and they removed the direct deposit information and removed the imlive payment that was suppose to be linked. I figured I could just re link payoneer with imlive. Well now when I log into imlive I get this message:
Account status: Your Payoneer account has not yet been approved.
As long as your Payoneer account is inactive ImLive.com will not transfer your earnings to this account.
Please contact Payoneer to have your account approved OR select another payment option.

I have contacted Payoneer multiple times to get this fixed. They told me to just go to sign up for another payoneer card through imlive and then they would manually link it. I don't have that option with imlive because the box is greyed out with that message I copied and pasted above. I have tried to contact imlive about this and they keep telling me this is a problem with payoneer. I have no clue what to do anymore about this.

I just want to link imlive to my account so I can get paid by them. Can you please help me? Thank you

This may have been answered, but there are so many pages and I read what I could, lol. I am getting my first payment with Payoneer, and I set up for it quite a while ago. On SM's payment history, it shows "check #" beside my payment. Does this mean I am getting a check or is this just always how it shows up, even with Payoneer? I messaged Support, but just thought I'd post here too since they are slow over there sometimes.

Hi! Thanks for stopping by the thread.

Unfortunately, it seems like this is a question you need to ask SM. As soon as your SM payment arrives to your Payoneer account we will notify you via e-mail, however it would be up to SM to confirm which payment method you currently have set for your SM account.

Please don't hesitate to post again or contact me directly if you have any additional questions.

I'm sorry if I missed your question. I'm not quite sure what you mean, however. Payoneer does offer a US ACH payment option for US residents of participating partner programs.

If you are looking to get paid from a site/company that offers payments via Payoneer, simply set Payoneer as your payment method and you will be directed to an online application page.

At the start of the application page, you will be able to choose your payment method, based on what that specific site/company supports. Payoneer provides multiple payment solutions, but sites/companies can choose which to enable (if not all), such as:

- Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard Card
- US ACH/Direct Deposit
- Payoneer Local Bank Transfer Service (bank transfers to over 200 countries)

You wouldn't be able to sign up to receive US ACH if the site/company doesn't support it via Payoneer.

Edit: if you PM me with the name of the site/company you're looking to get payments from, I can let you know which payment options they support

I tried to sign up for Payoneer through ExtraLunchMoney. However, I discovered during the application process that I needed to upload ID and at the time my passport had expired. Now I have my new passport. Yay! However, when I go to ELM I'm told that my Payonner application is in progress (or something simillar). Not sure what to do as I abandoned the application form halfway through. How do I get to where I left off? Thank you. x

(I have searched my emails but sadly don't have anything from Payoneer anymore)

All payments for some reason have the word "Check #????" beside them. This word should be changed to "Payment #????" as it doesnt relate to how you are paid.

To see your payment method click on "My payment info" in the drop down tab when logged into Streamate.

I am trying to apply for payoneer with LiveJasmin, been waiting for them to change the payment setting (or can I go ahead and apply for payoneer and put Livejasmin site on?). I want to understand clearly -

- Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard Card
- US ACH/Direct Deposit
- Payoneer Local Bank Transfer Service (bank transfers to over 200 countries)

US ACH/Direct Deposit is like transfer into the US bank accounts? Is this possible with Debit card on same account? I like the option of using debit card for basic transactions and transfer the large funds into my bank account. Is this possible? I did apply for payoneer before I learned it cannot send the card directly to US without a company linking to it. pff.

Hi,

US ACH is a direct transfer to a US bank account, yes. Generally they take 1-3 business days to process.

We do have a card to bank transfer service for US residents, however unfortunately it is not enabled for LiveJasmin accounts. This means that you will need to choose between the Payoneer card and ACH transfer services.

However, once the funds are on the Payoneer card, you can access them by making purchases in stores, online, or at ATMs worldwide that accept MasterCard.

When a payment is waitinf ro approval and does not get approved by the security department what are some of the reasons for this? Ive never had an issue but this week I have had 2 pending approvals that are taking longer than usual an one that got rejected by the security department. I thought it was odd since I've never seen this happen before

It would depend on many factors regarding the form of payment/loader. If you'd like to PM me the Payment ID, or the e-mail on your account, I'd be happy to check for you.

I have read this whole thread, but I'm still being a bit stupid about Payoneer. I only recently got my card, and I have since cashed out of Extralunchmoney to my payoneer card.

Is it one or two loads I need from a partner company before I can accept private loads? If it's only one, is that as soon I have the money in my payoneer account?

When accepting private loads, how long is it until you know you are past the point of no return and the payment cannot be reversed (with the exception of a dispute)? Eg., I get sent a payment for a custom video, when is it safe to do the work and make the aforesaid video?

Thank you xxxxxxxxxxxx

Nissim-Payoneer
08-05-2012, 06:05 AM
Sorry I missed your question, I was out sick for a couple of days.

To explain a bit, the private load service only requires that you have (1) partner payment. This is a way to verify that the account is indeed valid in receiving payments from any of our official partners. Overall, the main purpose of the Payoneer card is to get paid from our partners (from any company that offers payment via Payoneer), and so we generally require that you continue to receive payments from partners on a monthly (or similar) basis.

When you receive a private load, you will be able to see the status on your My Account page. Once you see that it has been approved by Payoneer (generally it would say "Payment approved, estimated to load on...") this means that the payment has passed through our payment department and security process.

If you have any additional questions, please let me know.

Nissim, when I pay for something and I check the transaction list, it's under some separated section something like transactions waiting for authorization or something like that. I bet you know what I mean. So, when they're actually finished they end up costing more.

Like when I went to bed last night I had something like 200.33$ on my account, 2 transactions on that separated list, and now I get up I have 199.81$ on my account, and those two transactions are on the normal transaction list already. What is it? I noticed it several times, but I thought I was imagining it only, however it was really nice round number yesterday, I'm sure now.

It's not a lot but I noticed they often end up being around 0.50$ more, than while being on that separated list. Is this because of the conversion rate? Like when I pay it's 26.5$ in my currency, and by the time the transaction is actually finsihed it changes so it costs let's say 26.9$? Or some other fee?

Whoa I suck at describing this, I hope you can figure out what I mean, thank a million times in advance! :D

Nissim-Payoneer
08-07-2012, 02:32 AM
You did an excellent job of explaining it ;)

The bottom section of the list, labeled "Outstanding Authorizations" will list any pending charges. This means that the charge was pre-authorized by Payoneer, but that the merchant hadn't settles it yet (hasn't completed the transaction).

Some merchants only process transactions in bulk, meaning once per day, 2 days, week (or any other set schedule). If the charges are made in a non-USD currency, and they weren't settled until a day or two after the pre-authorization, it's possible that the currency exchange rates have changed.

This could sometimes lead to an increase in the final amount, or even a decrease, it depends on the currency rates.

If my explanation wasn't clear please let me know.

Oh great, so it's just the exchange rate. Damn them, why are those merchants so slow, I often shop when our currency is weaker, and then they process it laterz and sometimes it's getting stronger again by then. Boooo!:D

Thanks Nissim!

Hi Nissim,

I created an account in mid - 2011 (through IMLive I think) and never used the card (that I can remember - if I did I know it didn't have any $ on it just left around).

Anyway, I was looking for it and I cannot find the card anywhere. I don't know any passwords/card # details related to it, I think I may have the correct email address but I'm not sure. So I have no idea how to report it as a lost card without that info, if I hadn't used it in almost a year it would have been deactivated, yes?

Is there any way that I can have a new account and get set up again?

Thanks so much.

If you need to use the same ImLive account, please PM me with your name and I will check to see the account status.

If you cannot recall any of the account details, however, and want to get paid from a different ImLive account (or any other site/company account), I would suggest you simply submit a new card application using a different e-mail address than the account currently on file.

Hi Frankie,

Did you sign up for the Global Bank Transfer service? If so, once the application is processed you can simply select the "Already have a Payoneer account" option during the registration with new partners, to link to your existing account. Please note that not all partners support bank transfers, and some will require you apply for a Payoneer card.

If you'd like to PM me with the e-mail on your Payoneer account, I'd be more than happy to check the status and provide you with further details.

OK, quick question. This may have been answered elsewhere but its easier just to ask here. I have a payoneer card and I use it on a regular basis to receive my weekly Streamate payments.
However, due to the fact that Streamate keeps a lovely 65% of our hard-earned money, I have been advertising on Twitter for bulk camshow minutes when paid directly to my payoneer card.
So, I had a fan purchase a bulk package tonight. $200. I gave him the link and my e-mail for payoneer. He said he paid and he gave me a confirmation code, which was 7 digits, which is the same # of digits my streamate payment numbers are.
So, I am sitting here having to ASSUME he did pay me. Because, I have not received any e-mail from payoneer saying 'hey, someone just sent you money'. I do understand the money has to clear his bank first...
so my question, is it standard to NOT receive an e-mail from payoneer saying 'hey, someone sent you money' He did tell me that his e-mail confirmation said it may take up to two days. However, upon further research, I have read that I am supposed receive the same standard e-mail saying 'do you want to load now for $5 or load in two days'...
so, to wrap this up #1 why dosen't payoneer send an e-mail saying 'pending transaction'? I don't want to have to assume that someone sent me money and I dont want to have to say 'yeah it takes two days, talk to you then.' do i just have to ask for a screen shot or a forwarded e-mail? Thats a little intrusive...
So, seeing as you are the payoneer customer support... can you create a better system for this? a confirmation e-mail sent to both parties even if the money hasn't cleared his account yet? Or better yet, an area where I can request payoneer send an e-mail directly to him with a link to a pre-filled load.payoneer.com page that already has the e-mail, account and amount to be sent filled in and a control page on payoneer.com where I can see if the person has submitted the payment form?
I love using payoneer... but I would love it even more if i got an e-mail saying 'hey you have a pending payment, it may take up to 2 days to clear with the issuing bank' but then again, maybe i am just too trusting and the dude didn't send me any money and maybe i just did a cam show for free and he just happened to give me a confirmation number that matches standard payoneer confirmation numbers... i guess we will see.
Thanks
ps. i love your customer support, they always e-mail back really fast

Hey guys, I also have payoneer. But I seem to be having major issues with the private loads. Every customer is instructed to submit additional verification in order to get approved. Payoneer has asked for a scanned copy of id front and back. No one is gonna do that. Does anyone else get this issue when using private loads? Its a real pain in the ass for obvious reasons. But to make matters worse, I dont get emails right away saying that the transaction needs more verification for almost two hours. At this point the show has taken place and my regular is pasted out sleeping. The last time this happened it took the security two days to notify me and the customer that he need additional verification and only when i said just cancel it, so this guy could get his money back. The refund to his account took a week between payoneer releasing the hold and his own bank depositing the funds. So this question is mainly for the other ladies on the board...does this happen to everyone or is it just me?

The reason we don't send a pending payment notification is because we don't want people to work based on a payment that may not be approved. As you probably know, private loads are manually approved by our payments department, and for the exact reason you posted - not wanting to work when you don't know if they payment went through - we don't send a pending payment email. I will, however, pass on this request again and reiterate how important it is for you.

As you know, private loads can be tricky (in general, not just in this business) and we need to make sure you and we are all protected. If there is a chargeback - it will come out of your own account, and neither of us want that (and obviously Payoneer doesn't want to cover chargebacks either). Generally speaking, the purpose of the Payoneer card is to receive payments from sponsors. The private load feature was an additional service that we offer, but by no means our main purpose. The best is to do the shows through the sponsors - I know they take a large chunk of your earnings, but you and your money are much more protected that way. If it's any consolation, this policy is across the board - we require documentation from everyone (freelancers, affiliates, translators, etc.), not just those paying the models.
