-kidz bop
OMGLOL!! ;D Some of those songs they, 'kidz boppize' are so blatantly about sex or some other things so inappropriate for 5yo's it's not even funny! but they're like, 'hey, it's kidz, bop! isn't Rhianna's S&M song great for kids to be bopping around to at their birthday parties!'
-speakerphone. I hate EVERYTHING that has to do with speakerphone.
oh man, I love speakerphone. I hate mushing my face against the phone face and getting it smudgy if I don't have to. :(
Spitting indoors/on public transit.
ewww..that's not a peeve, that's just gross! :P
- Related: guys who undress me with their eyes. That's just gross and creepy.but if ur a stripper, wouldn't that be like, almost EVERY guy? :O
I've never heard of Whitney Cummings - I am so excited to check out her stuff now, thank you! I love standup
The 'sternum bump' had me DYING
haha, yeah that's funny. but beware, her comedy can be quite, caustic. ;)
I HATE gum. I never buy gum. is it just me or are the people who constantly chew gum USUALLY dumb as a box of rocks?
I LOVE gum! I think I have that oral fixation thing. I like chewing it, it cleans my teeth (besides normal brushing, gargling, etc) and makes sure that my mouth doesn't stink like food at the wrong moment. Maybe IR dum.

but if ur a stripper, wouldn't that be like, almost EVERY guy? :O
When I'm dressed down, out in public and trying to have a meal with my husband, some guy leering at me from across the room smacks of desperation and doesn't do much except to piss me off. I like deluding myself into thinking thirsty men only exist in my work atmospheres, but of course they don't.

People who have google up in a window at all times day and night so they can answer any question ANYONE asks... whether or not they have any fucking experience of knowledge in the field... they just tell girls to do stupid shit that anyone ACTUALLY in the field KNOWS doesn't work... and talk about how it's such a great way to make (obscene amounts of) money...

People who think it's "cool" to act completely stupid and ignorant.
People who say Capitalism is the greatest system on the face of the planet even though they actually know NOTHING about Capitalism, or Socialism or Communism or anything else...
People who take college classes, show up to class like a tenth of the time, and then bitch about how much the class sucks and how they don't get it and it bores them to death, and the teacher's awful cause they keep flunking everything...and I'm like, "Maybe if you SHOWED UP to class once in awhile you'd have a better shot."
People who think minorities are physically, emotionally, mentally, and/or morally inferior to white Americans.
Liars. Liars who lie about stupid little things, and liars who make up really serious stories that have serious repercussions, and they just make shit up because they want attention or they just like to hear the sound of their own voice.
People who think that spending $30 on mascara or $50 on moisturizer is a horrible transgression of the worst kind, because they have SENSE and they would NEVER spend that kind of money on hygiene or makeup. Cause, you know. They're cheap bastards with no taste, and they buy all their shit at the dollar store.

^ related to the above - people who think because they took a college course on something they are EXPERTS on everything even vaguely related to it. Or not even vaguely related to it.
Hell - just round that off to anyone who thinks that because hey have a formal education on something, they can talk down to anyone else on ANY topic - whether or not they know a damned thing about it - just because said other person didn't go to college/went to a lesser college/didn't obtain a post graduate degree and they did, did, or did.

I once got into it with someone I used to talk to and considered an offline friend. She claimed she knew more about radio because she listens to the radio! I guess my radio degree and actual experience doesn't count because after all I don't listen to the station she claims to be an expert at.
This could be why I don't talk to her anymore.

When someone sits next to me on the bus or train it's ALWAYS a fat person. I must have a sign saying "fatties here". Then they take up half my seat with their fat butt and start eating cheetos.
Another pet peeve are those who feel any job is the same. Um no, a management job and a burger flipper job are not the same.
Judgemental jerks. I recently had a relative come up to me complaining about the "slutty strippers" she saw at a party. I wanted to tell her I have been one of those "slutty strippers" but instead I asked what made them slutty. She said "because they took off their clothes". I was thinking to myself that I was happy my fat slob relative never stripped and was likely jealous.
People who assume because I am single I must be lesbian. Nope, I refuse to settle for a fat slob, a chauvinist or a jerk.

Tell me...I went to my 10 year high school reunion last weekend and was one of like 3 guys there (class size ~40) not married and without a kid somewhere along the line. Gets old after awhile when everyone just talks about kids and shares the same boring parenting stories. And also, sorta snootily saying they wish they still had some freedom like you do.
And speaking of class reunions there's another pet peeve...being roped into gatherings by your friends and hung out to dry when it sucks ass.

ugh I hate people who use the equipment directly next to me. it' not like you can say anything to them, it's public equipment but it's just a courtesy.
I hate when I'm at the gym and the bitch next to me looks at the screen on my treadmill! one time some fat chick took the treadmill next to me and sprinted like half a mile trying to show me up (I like to jog for 5-6 miles I hate running) and then looked at my treadmill and was like "damn how did you burn 400 calories?!"
I hate when people say "we need to hang out!" after not seeing me for a while. people who say this never make plans or even plan on making plans. they just expect you to come up with plans and invite them. whenever someone I haven't seen in a while says "we need to hang out" I say "what do you want to do?" and they're always like "I dunno call me sometime!" so annoying!!!
I hate guys who give me their business cards when I didn't ask for one or really give a fuck about their business. or when a guy is flirting with me and gives me a fucking business card R U SRS??

I could write a fucking book of pet peeves, but they usually boil down to people exhibiting behaviors that stem from the following....
1-Willful ignorance...like people who claim that creation is as scientific as evolution
2-Stupidity....people that drive with their hazard lights on in a fierce thunderstorm
3-Thoughtlessness (i.e. people who don't think about other people)...like people that use their fucking cellphone in a movie
4-Cluelessness-(people who don't have or can't understand other people/societal norms)...like a person that sits at the front of a LONG line ordering food and takes forever to do it
5-Rude people....like drivers who cut you off
I'm sure there more of these, but anything where someone else basically doesn't try to treat others as they'd want to be treated.

-people who interrupt you in the middle of a sentence to say WHAT? because they were not paying attention
Hmm. See - I do this a lot, lol. But it's not because I'm not paying attention or don't care - if I don't carfe, i won't say "what?". I have HORRIBLE ADHD. And it doesn't even have to be something that distracts me - sometimes I'll be deeply involved in a coversation and suddenly a thought process from like a week ago will drop a result on my concious mind and I'll space for a second while I try to refocus. If I lost track of what you were saying, I'l politely stop you and ask you to repeat something. I do this because I DO care what you're saying. You may want to consider that sometimes people are saying that because they do in fact want to know what you were saying, so it's npot always rude, lol.
Just my .02...
Sorry. Couldn't help it. ;)
:P
1-Willful ignorance...like people who claim that creation is as scientific as evolution
Huh. See - I'm not ignorant, and I still think evolution as it is currently taught is the biggest load of crap I've ever heard. To the point where creationism almost makes more sense, lol. Evolution as a natural occurance is undisputed fact, no question about it. But as far as being "the origin of the species" (in quotes for fun, meaning it literally, not as in the work of Darwin specifically) there are more holes in it than substance. Coming from a very scientifically minded person. Just sayin' - as far as "willful ignorance" is concerned, that might be a poor example. I would probably go with "people who still buy all the global warming bullshit". :D
