It did to me few times this week too. I am using windows 7 and I downloaded and installed 3.2 just fine. But I have not use it on live yet.

Where are you ladies finding the encoder update? And if I update are the settings the same? That thing is such a nightmare to deal with.

Does anyone windows users use encoder 3.2? In the last week or so the encoder has froze on me like 3-4 times. Like the picture will freeze and then when I try to disconnect or close it, it turns white and says "not responding". It won't even close when I try to force the end processor through the task manager. I have to restart my computer in order for it to close. Has anyone else experienced this? I never had this problem before, I dunna why its doing this.

i always have problems with 3.2 idk why, i use 3.1 on for sm and it doesnt effect my placement. 3.2 i use on other sites but it crashes every other hour it seems like lol

Has anyone on Payoneer been paid? Im waiting for my first Streamate payment, I made over the minimum and as far as I know I'm not on the 3 week wait but still nothing. I emailed them 6 hours ago and still no reply *tries not to worry*

the weekend , they do not respond as fast

if u get it to ur bank account then it will not show up until tuesday

I am with payoneer and this will be my first weeks payment direct with streamate, its supposed to hit our payoneer accounts on friday, but payoneer have confirmed to me that no payment has been sent by streamate.

I emailed support saturday they got back to me with a standard reply telling me if i want a check reissued it would cost me $25.............sigh, they clearly didn't get the hang of my very clear question if payment has been made to payoneer. (i don't get checks)!

Anyway now its confirmed i have not been paid, i am waiting on yet another reply from streamate, hopefully a clear response.

Had my first time on cam on Streammate tonight. Did not go over well. :( I didn't make anything and I was on for three hours. Now I have to go to my other job at the club. Hopefully it will be different there.

did you check spam folder?
are you giving payoneer the correct address used to sign up w payoneer? (I use a diff addy than what I use with camming)

Support doesn't deal with our finances to well

what usually will happen is this
1. Fridays payoneer emails me from [email protected] <--- type that in your search for messages and see if it is lost in spam or something
it is a confirmation email that streamate has sent payment
2.It processes through payoneer at this time....

3.Tues it shows up in my bank before 7am est. I usually check when I wake up

The ONLY TIME it should show up late is when we have a bank holiday and then it will deposit on weds but never past weds

It should be in the email used to sign up w Payoneer
at least a confirmation

Nissim is a big help here on SW W PAYONEER .. I go to him for everything He has a thread if you have not seen it.. Nissim is awesome , esp if he deal with my dumb ass questions. ;) Im embarrassed to post on the forum so I just pm him :)

After 3-4 non-related answers I recieved this

As an individual performer, you are able to determine your own per minute pricing between .99 and 4.99/min. You earn 32% of what you bill.

I say to only email Liz for emergencies, but I feel like support can't answer the question for you. I'd email her and ask her if you are in a studio and if she can tell you which one.

Hi,

Yes earned well over min payout been on sm a while now but emailed Liz to see if i could switch over the night after all the dp malarky, which 3 days later they switched me over to receive payments via sm. I didn't work while all this was being sorted so dp would owe me nothing.

First thing i did was email support, check spam folder, then pm'd nissim. Nissim confirmed on sunday no payment was sent by streamate. :(

Also i clarified with nissim that it was set up correctly and sm have the correct payment id, i also don't use the same email address with payoneer as i do for streamate.

Payoneer are pretty good and i receive confirmation pretty quickly as soon as funds have hit the account with any other sites.

I emailed support again telling them payoneer have confirmed no payment so with any hope they may actually read that one properly and not give me a standard to reply and some explanation.

Also emailed Liz when i just got a standard reply from sm as they clearly didn't read my email properly seeing as they went on about checks and having one reissued. i was told i would be paid weekly with no mention of a 3 week delay.

I am just hoping i get funds in ASAP.

Hello, I just reopened my other SM account. I wanted to know... Will I not be listed in the list of models AT ALL (not even as offline) until I stream again?
I just tried having a friend search for me, but he can't find me at all no matter what he does.

Would it show me as a new model or just a regular model?

Thanks Carmen I guess if it's not showing up for other girls I should just calm the fuck down and wait until the mail runs this afternoon before I really freak out right? Most girls say they get their checks by Monday... I've seen one say Tuesday so maybe I'll give it until Tuesday before I have an anxiety attack about my money... oh who am I kidding... I'm sleep deprived I'm already having an anxiety attack lol.

In general. And they say that often. If you get another bad rating, just e-mail support. You may get someone willing to do it. You may get someone who says no. Or you may get someone who says "yes, but this is the last time..."

It's not Liz's job to remove your ratings. E-mail support. If they say no, just take your licks and move on. No offense, but when people constantly bother Liz for little things like 3 star ratings (which support won't normally remove anyway), it makes it harder for us to get her attention when we need something important done.

Yeah, support is super fussy about it like they are with everything else. And no, they won't always remove any unfair rating. There are a lot of new girls (I'm not talking about you specifically) who e-mail Liz for everything since her e-mail is being spread around here. But she's not general support. I would hate for her to change her e-mail address or stop answering e-mails because she's too overwhelmed. And if you don't get the answer you want from support, you can always try e-mailing them again. Sometimes it works the second time.

what about one stars? I heard they'll remove those.. Ive personally never got one... but if I do... will they remove it?

They're finicky about it. If it's clear why the customer gave you a 1 star rating and it's unfair (ex: you don't use toys, it clearly states in your profile that you don't use toys, the customer came into pvt, wrote "get your biggest dildo & bang ur pussy bb" and you said "I'm sorry, but as it says in my profile, I don't use toys in my shows," he left and gave you a 1 star rating) then they usually remove them. Especially if the show was under 1 minute. They remove 2 star ratings too. I've heard they usually won't remove 3 star ratings. And they're less-likely to remove ratings if you e-mail them often. However, I've heard from other girls that they've had every single bad rating removed.

My suggestion is that when you e-mail support, keep the e-mail very short and to the point. You're always more likely to get what you want with support if you make it super easy for them to read & comprehend. "Customer xxxxx gave me a 1 star rating on xx/xx/xx (date) for not using a toy. My profile says that I don't use toys. This is an unfair rating, doesn't reflect the quality of my show, and I would like it removed."

Got another reply from support today re no payment sent about 6 hours ago just to let me know they forwarded it to the appropriate department (it was addressed to pay issues) and i will get notified when they receive any further info.

This is a complete nightmare now, it spoilt my whole day on cam my mojo just was not with it today meaning i kept logging off had a shit attitude and made much less money than i normally do.

Just would be nice to actually get a clear response so i know what the hell is going on.

How long does it take to get approved for this site? I submitted my stuff on Friday and they rejected my Bio Pic after like 4 hours. I sumbitted a new bio pic instantly and it's been 3 days now and I've heard nothing. :(

LoL, ive seen a girl email support to have her thumbnail changed, and she got an email back saying, we have closed your account per your request... Ive had some emails into support, and ive always gotten back random answers to questions i didnt ask. So thats why i email liz, on the rare occasion when i need support. I get why she shouldn't be bombarded with basic questions and requests tho, but support is sketchy.

I got the "we closed your account" but they didn't close the account. They did what I asked for just sent the wrong reply. I also found another email then, saying they sent the "we closed your account" email, and I could just ignore it.

Idk, they always did everything I asked for, they just send canned replies. I always send them 2-3 basic polite lines and they get back to me sometimes in 2-3 hours, sometimes a bit later. I even had them approving my profile pictures in 2 hours. I told them politely it was very important because I was doing themed shows that day and later it would be too late.
