How do you ladies deal with the guys who come on and say “I’m new on here, how do I work the site” or “it’s my first time, how does it work?” Or anything along those lines?

No matter how sincere they come across initially they nearly always seem to be trying to lure me into giving free attention out of me. Every now and again they’ll genuinely want to understand something and tip or/and take me private and turn out to be a great customer, so I don’t want to turn them all away but I don’t know how to filter them out so I don’t have my time wasted.

Is it reasonable to ask for a small tip to explain it?

I just got tired of doing support's job. So I tell them to read the FAQ at the bottom of the page and if they have any questions about it to let me know. They usually fuck off or get educated lol. I'm not wasting my time with it anymore...most of them never buy a show anyway. And I feel the site is pretty self explanatory when I have a profile they can read and there's a huge "Go Private" button under me lol.

Some of them ask and they genuinely want to understand what the deal is. Then they either tip or whatever or say thanks and come back later sometimes (or not) etc. Then on the other hand I’ve been getting loads who ask, then the conversation descends into, “How do I go private” “How do I top up” “How do I send gold” and I wonder if I’m not being patient enough or whether they’re just deliberately pretending they don’t understand to keep me talking and possibly not even knew.

I don’t have an issue with chatting away with people without payment within reason. I like the chatters. I’ll take interesting conversation any day without a payment over a bunch of people parked starting at me and not interacting!

I honestly think most of them are lying and just using that line as a way to get attention and to waste time. Its like dude if you don't know how to work the site then how did you find your way here? The tip and pvt button is right there in their face, its not that hard to just click them. I've also been on the customer side its not any easier or harder than our panel....all the links one would need (my account, support, etc) are in plain view....they aren't hidden in some abyss. If they can figure out how to get into our rooms then they know or can figure out how to tip or pvt.

I've become very sarcastic over the years of camming. I tell them in a sarcastic tone to click the big yellow or blue button that's right there in front of their face. If they continue to whine about not knowing how to or that its says they need to add money to their account I tell them to contact support. I'm not here for hand-holding in any form, like use your brain and figure it dude. I will and do help guys who have genuine tech issues (to a certain point) though but that's simply because tech issues stops them from being able to spend which stops me from being able to drain their $$$.

Yes this is where I'm at. They literally go one way or the other, they end up spending a nice amount or they start stringing me along and they'll come back to my room so many times and never spend. It's usually the latter.

It's figuring out who's who which seems to be the battle. I think I'm going to copy and paste something and see how they deal with that before investing too much time in them

I'll usually ask them what they would like to know/need help with. 90% I'll quickly say there is 3 main ways to play: premium which is a potential for a group show, exclusive which is 1on1 (ex in my room phone & c2c) and gold show which is a group effort goal show. A great way to play if you're on a budget or want to get to know a model first. I'll also mention that exclusive is unlocked after spending 10 gold, and I'll casually mention my tip menu afterwards, and often times they will tip off my menu as a thanks + to unlock it. But I keep my blurb short and sweet. And tell them if they need any more info refer to the FAQ for more details.

It's a pretty good conversation starter imo, esp if the room is dead or change in conversation bc also after I'm done my minute long shpeal, I use it as an opportunity to start talking about myself, mainly what I offer in premium vs exclusive, what kinks I like etc and engage the room into the discussion or change topic. You'd be surprised how many guys I've had added me to their faves after that and then come back and take me private bc they remember me being friendly & helpful, or they will say, "you were the first I added to my favorites" etc.

YOU think they are wasting your time but many of these guys are older gentlemen and what comes as obvious to us on the internet is not so intuitive to them. I get what you're saying and I see your point however to each their own. I'm glad it works for you but mentally and emotionally I just don't have the patience to explain how the site works to each and every dude that asks. Personality wise I'm just not a hand-holder, never have been. I value my emotional and mental state. I have to do what works for me. If being patient and explaining the site gets some of you ladies more pvts more power to you. Trial and error is never a bad thing neither is doing what works for you.

So I am usually very avoidant to contacting support. I get way too frustrated by their 3 steps to an actual answer system. For example when my earnings were not showing up correctly, their response was that earnings won’t show up for 2 days? This was after Liz came on here and acknowledged the issue.

On to my issue, smc is not loading mobile c2c. I believe it is mostly on the customers end, in the way that they need to set up their phone/the site’s access to their cam. I have a number of regulars where I have switched back to smb and voila the cam works. So obviously there is a code problem. I can’t be the only one having this issue.

So has anyone gotten any useful info from support? Or discovered anything we can tell our clients? After a long resistance I have come to like many features of smc, and smb is being pulled on the 30th. I’m sick of losing out on shows because of a failed c2c.

I know Sm can’t fix a problem they don’t hear about but they really need to care about our inquiries more then they do. If we take the time to take screenshots, give a detailed account it really should be moved to an actual support person and not the basic response that can be found in the FAQ

^^ I tell my clients to contact support. They get live support on their end and they will help them right away. They can usually sort the issue out right away in my experience. Its a pain in the ass to have to ask them to go and do that when they are ready for a show but its worth it cause they do get support right away and it normally sorts it all out.

You aren't the only 1. They are aware of it just like they are aware of everything else. All of us know they only read model emails 10% of the time. They care more about an issue when a customer says something that's why only customers get live support and models don't.

That's because u typed privately to a member who left ur room so now the messages wont go thru, just select to type to 'All' then it'll work.
This is a glitch i encountered some time ago and til i figured it out i had to close my session and reopen it lol.

I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY want to love this site - I really do! I do very well there when the site is working - but the other like 70% of the time I log off and go to a site that I hate just to be able to try to make SOMETHING! It's sad because this site has the potential to save my life financially but it's fucking me in the ass at the same time LOL It's to the point my regs come in and tell me if my feed is working or not - and if it's crap they just say see ya next time LOL

Days site does well - 49-55%% in Paid chat
Days site is garbage - 10-15% in Paid chat

Not gonna kill my stats so I just go somewhere else unfortunately. I prefer SM atm... My regs know where to find me but I'm sure they are tired of hopping platforms to play......

they just want free attention, any attention some of them even cut and paste that they are new to multiple rooms just to get you to talk to them
it makes them feel "special"IMO is enough to make them stroke or get excited.
or their little fake question "what do you think of ___? or where are you from?
if they dont want to go private they cant waste our time on a pay per min site IMO
just like they "have no sound please type" just a way to get you to talk to them. most of the time its not true they just want you to give them 1 on 1 attention
without paying.
i just block them if they come back a few times and dont go private or are trying to get attention for free.
i currently have almost 800 blocked users (and counting) in less than 6 months on this account.
also though i think it depends on your traffic to your room, if you have limited traffic you may need to push harder to try to convert these attention seekers
regardless of it being unlikely they will go private. just dont get sucked in to their BS. youll loose the real clients

There is a real difference between the copy and paste/no sound bb guys and possible newbies who often do turn into “real clients”. In high traffic rooms they are often interacting with them in their own way. They are high traffic because they convert people into signing up, giving them prime placement on the main site and the white labels. I personally like being a guy’s first show on the site.
Protip, get them to tip a buck and look at their customer number. Gives you an idea, barring it being a new account of how long they have been on the site. To each their own, there is no guide on how to hustle; just that you are hustling the whole time.

There truly is a brand new set of clientele out there right now. We have all lived through a life altering event. People of all ages and wealth levels are trying out cam, I have seen it! Train them to be the clients you want them to be.

I had that issue a few months ago & was losing pvts right and left because Murphys Law I got a bunch of guys going pvt who didn't have audio :/. Some guys tried multiple times. Nothing fixed it but it went away after a few days. I could type like normal in free chat.

I’ve grown to quite like the contests. When I put my energy into the contests I find it gives me something different/extra to work towards aside from the usual main end result which I’m sure like most of us,is money. It changes things up for me mentally. It’s refreshing.
I never used to put much work into them until 3 months ago.

i totally agree! one of my favorite things to do with the multi-day contests is write down where i am at the end of the shift, then the next shift see how fast i can get back to the previous shift's placement...it's another way to "play" with myself

One of my regulars had came by to see me but then had to leave but he came back and sent me mail asking if I was gone for the night. I just tried replying back to him to let him know what my schedule was and that I would be on tomorrow night but I got an error message saying" Cannot send to these users" and has his username beside it??? Does this mean he got mad and blocked me now? wth?


It could also mean his account was deleted or that he changed his username. To the best of my knowledge, customers cannot block model messages after the customer has sent the model a message the first time. I never played with messaging much on my old customer account though, so I'm not 100% sure on that.


That happens to me a lot. First I also thought there was something wrong with their accounts. But it also happens with regulars of mine with active accounts, who haven't even changed their screename. So I don't know. They come to my chat and I tell them that I couldn't answer to their message. It's very strange.


Just had this happen. wtf. still 4 years later randomly cant reply to a regular.

I'm going to message support to see if they have an explanation and hope for an actual answer that's not cut and pasted.

Hey! Can anyone tell me if OMB ESCA2 stays connected to its app and reacts correctly when tipped? Or, does anyone know a fix for Lush to stay connected to the app and to make it vibe correctly? Since last software update it disconnects all the time and never stops vibing after a tip unless I press the power button. So the only option for me here would be an ESCA 2 but before purchasing it I'd like to know if it works properly. Thank you.

Alright. That's good to hear, thank you. I can have Lush react to sound, when it stays connected, but now that customer's phones are vibing when they tip through toy menu is better to have one that it's actually connected to the website.

I have one and it works perfectly for tipping...it does disconnect sometimes from the phone app maybe once or twice a shift (not the website), but i can easily see it on the face of the app and reconnect it without anyone noticing whether or not people are tipping.

Okay I am having the same issue with it vibing and not stopping unless I press the power button. Also happened right after the last firmware update!! If any of you have the LUSH and you havent done the update then Dont Do it!! I reached out to support and asked them about this. This is my converstation with them.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app many times now as well as resetting everything I can possibly think of to reset and still the tip vibrator vibs but does not stop on its own. I sure you can appreciate that this is very frustrating for me as it takes away from the magic of having clients activating my vibrator with tips. Please look into this on your side once again and let me know. Total Crap service. Like first of all if there is a "known issue" Then why is your first email back to me to say "restart the app and bluetooth and try shoving your phone up your bum" Why not just start with "There is a known issue"?? I hate that they treat us like idiots straight out of the gate. Also There is never an ETA. Like we are working to fix it and we hope to have the issue resolved by next week, or next year, or when Elon Musk finally lands a man on Mars?? But no!!! They just give me this open ended response. Makes me believe that they ARE Aware of the problem but not actively working on fixing it.

Also I got the webvibe and that thing sucks balls. My phone vibes harder then that toy. If you dont want a toy that vibes a lot then that is the one for you. I prefer my LUSH cause the guys can hear it vibing and they love that. For now I just deal with it not stopping by pressing the button by myself.

As for the disconnection issue. This used to be an issue for me when I wore it inside me but now I just keep it in my panties so I can tell guys that "I like it better when It vibes my clit". They love that and I prefer it, it never disconnects anymore and I really do prefer it there although low key it does make me horny :D

I have one and it works perfectly for tipping...it does disconnect sometimes from the phone app maybe once or twice a shift (not the website), but i can easily see it on the face of the app and reconnect it without anyone noticing whether or not people are tipping.

Thank you! Everything disconnects now and then, a couple times a shift wouldn't bother me. Lush is disconnecting lately like every 5 mins.

Okay I am having the same issue with it vibing and not stopping unless I press the power button. Also happened right after the last firmware update!! If any of you have the LUSH and you havent done the update then Dont Do it!! I reached out to support and asked them about this. This is my converstation with them.

Hello, Please try disconnecting, deleting the app and reinstalling. Also hard reset your interactive toy, or simply power off and try to connect again.

HI thank you for your help. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app many times now as well as resetting everything I can possibly think of to reset and still the tip vibrator vibs but does not stop on its own. I sure you can appreciate that this is very frustrating for me as it takes away from the magic of having clients activating my vibrator with tips. Please look into this on your side once again and let me know. I emailed lovense when I first noticed the issue, a couple weeks ago, after software update. Never heard back from them. Then I didn't cam for a couple weeks and I was hoping it would be back to normal when I get back but nope.

I could never wear Lush inside because it disconnected, and I don't even put it deep. I keep it in my panties but it's disconnecting from the app like every 5 mins lately. Are you on android or IOS? I have android 10.

Good to know about wevibe too, I prefer stronger vibes so hopefully Esca has some strong ones.

^^ Android 10 as well. And Im using the original Lush not the Lush 2.0 I know some models have been struggling with the 2.0 on SM. Im the same I was off for a week and hoped it would be fixed when I got back but no dice! So frustrating.
