I’ve still not received my payment. It’s usually in by 2pm on a Friday. Still waiting. Hope to god it’s today.

I am expecting it to be Monday whenever I have had a delay involving a weekend, the weekend days are not counted as 'working days' (it's as if the banks are shut! however you may have more experience than I. I did receive the WP confirmation this morning, and payment was showing in payment history Thurs/Fri (can't remember which but it was there).

If it comes today I won't complain!

I don't know the answer to this but I'm UK and my payments come from a dutch bank so hopefully the US holiday doesn't affect it.

I'm in the UK and still haven't got mine either :/ In the Worldpay email it says that it's 3 business days 'depending on your recieving bank and location' - so I'm hoping the US holiday won't delay it further

Why is Streamate so broken lately?! My god

How to download what they ask if I'm a BM model and don't have any link or list of requirements?
Hello,

We apologize, but we are not able to accept documents via email. You'll need to log into your Streamate Models account and upload your documents directly to the system.

When you log in, you should see a list of Account Requirements. Go through each one and follow the instructions. If you don't see these links, look for a link below the "Welcome, Screenname!" message at the top of the page.

Here's some more information about the uploads that you'll need to include before your account can be approved.

Photo ID/Headshot - You are required to upload a CLEAR scan of a valid identification with picture and birth date. You also need a picture of yourself holding the ID next to your face.

Streamate Agreement - Each model is required to enter their E-signature for the Streamate Agreement form. The Streamate Agreement form should only be filled out only by the performer(s) registered to the account.

We're looking forward to having you join the Streamate Models team!

Hi to everybody .Its just me that can not resubmit the verification stuff ? I click on that blue "here " to start the resubmit page and im sent to a blank page that look like uploading for ever . Its all white with a runny little circle into the middle , looking like there is something uploading but nothing else happen, nothing actually upload . I use Chrome as my browser .The computer is freshly cleaned ,restarted . Im trying for like an hour and is not working . Is me ? Is them ? Thank you for any help.

Getting a bit fed up with Streamate right now. Still haven’t received my pay either.

Yeah it must have missed a cutoff on Thursday, it said on the email it was sent late in the day, almost 11pm here so like 3pm USA time, and so it has been caught up in the weekend. I hope Memorial day doesn't keep it even longer.

I suspect it'll either be Monday or Tuesday afternoon when the money arrives, I've had a bit of experience with SM payments not arriving. It is upsetting. If you've emailed Liz I know she does sometimes reply on a Sunday, but I would imagine she's snowed under with many performers who also have not received payment yet. That's assuming it's all for the same reason. A few payments ago I did have a glitch on my account, but think this weeks is a general common problem - they've missed cut off.

Would save a lot of time for SM, performers and reps. It's the not knowing, I know it can affect motivation.

SM is becoming the worst site for payment reliability. I said a few weeks ago you don't fuck about with people's money and oh look, here we go again. I'm not being funny but this is human error at SM's end I'm pretty sure banks and payment processors have fairly tight rules and very rarely have 'glitches' or whatever such bullshit we get palmed off with. We can cope with site glitches, fluctuating traffic, all the kind of things to be expected from time to time on all sites. But this many errors in recent weeks with our money? No, fuck off. It's completely inexcusable.

I emailed Liz and support but my response back from Liz was about the missing payments and I never even asked about that lol…..I’m a little concerned since I’m going away in a few days and don’t want to worry about it on my vacay. Ugh

I'm having the same issue reverifying the second performer on my couple account. Looks like the issue is new because Thursday the page was ok and suggesting that I resubmit the ID for the second performer. Yesterday we tried doing it and it was just a row of blue circles showing for a second then kicking us out back to the dashboard. I emailed the support, waiting for them to respond.

Argh! What's with SM lately?! There is some weird scroll appearing in my chat, on and off, and always in paid shows, which makes me constantly nervous. When I scroll down it's nothing there, but dark screen...
oh, and they disabled room topic too.
I hate that they started to be all paranoid with everyone, because of some new models openly leaving their twitter/ig info in room topic.
I have had my solo account for several years, nobody ever appeared in my room but me, and now they want to verify me every fucking time and I feel like that additional scrolling is some kind of background verification too.
Now I read some girls don't get their payments in time.
Aaaand the summer is over so these updates suck even more because of it.

did you use phone or laptop to verify? Idk whats better and...and...has more security. Security and safety are the words that make my eye twitch lately with all these updates.

how's it fucked up? They gave us time until 15th september, so how did it happen you can't stream? Or if they don't approve ID, they don't let you stream until you send the better version of it?

My address was wrong. So I changed that at the same time. It didn't upload one of my documents properly so they have put a stop on my account. I'm super annoyed I tried to change both at the same time but now I can't stream at all.

They usually answer in about 3-4 days or so. And you have already done the best thing in this situation - messaged Liz. Idk about their days off, but you probably 've done everything possible and just have to wait for their answer.

On a happier note, I’ve been busy today helping my daughter who was having an open day for her new business. But when I got home and husband didn’t want any tea (what us in’t north call dinner) I jumped on cam and made my daily goal in a couple of hours. I’ll sleep well tonight.

Depends. I've gotten a reply from liz an hour later and then other times a week....support usually always 3-7 business days but that's just my experience/

They're probably getting swamped by e-mails too which is probably affecting it.

I submitted my documents, but my account still got closed! Grrr. I might try myfreecams until they get it figured out. Anyone else have their account closed due to their new process. I emailed Liz. Although I wasn’t rude or disrespectful, I couldn’t hide my anger. They should have asked me to resubmit my documents before closing me account without warning. I’m hoping it will get resolved sooner rather than later.

Anyone else have account issues now?

I feel so bad that so many are getting locked out of their accounts, ugh... I feel lucky that I got mine done without a glitch.

If support isn't getting back to you there is also a discord and someone mentioned on another board that there's a couple of streamate reps on there. You're supposed to join with your exact streamate model name to get verified. The discord is in this article:

edit: nevermind, figured it out!

It was right at the bottom of the payment method page, I stopped holding when they split 1 3 weeks into 2 resulting in 2 x wire fees. One was later refunded but no explanation given, then when I next held and released the payment didn't arrive. Liz told me a glitch still had it on hold, I'd released before the recommended cut off day for changes. I'm getting less hours in now, so combined with my own slightly higher minimum it sometimes rolls over anyway.

they just closed my account without warning. If your account hasn’t been closed you’re probably good

I would start camming on another platform for now. Streamate is going to lose a lot of revenue over this. It’s ridiculous. Even if your account opens back up you can make new girl money on MFC until they figure this out. They don’t want to lose us. It’s just going to take awhile because they probably have more pissy models like me. They don’t want to miss out on money, so I’m sure they will figure it out eventually.

It was easy for me. But the message to submit didn't disappear til I completely refreshed the dashboard.

Submitted mine today and got the message it was successful. I'll message Liz tomorrow so she can verify.

For those that got their accounts closed, it wouldn't surprise me if support thought you wanted your account closed. There are some real special ones, LOL. Message Liz so she can rectify the situation.

The 'working 40 hours a week' stress must have really gotten to support!

I submitted mine on Friday but I haven't had a message to say it was successful. I think I'll message one of the reps and ask for confirmation. I don't like this sort of suspense lol
