Maybe their payment processors in the UK are down or something. Yes, there was always SEPA in pounds or euro and it was 4$ something fee to cash out. I will post here asap when they reply but I doubt it will be any time soon, they are based in Las Vegas from what I did gather and usually reply in our mornings. Good thing is Masspay is the only way Streamate pays us directly so they are responsible about the money. When is third parties like cosmo,Paxum, Streamate has no obligation whatsoever. And yes, they will recall the money for sure because I have had an issue last week with Masspay and I asked Liz team if in case of worst scenario will they be able to recall and pay me again next payment etc etc and they confirmed that yes.

Fact is, it asks for routing numbers - which UK banks don't use. It essentially means that unless SM can find a payment processor quickly, European/UK models can't get paid.

More models are asking how they can get paid when they aren't in the US - and they're getting ignored. Masspay seem to be screwing us and SM over. And I can't get hold of anyone at SM.

That is very poor practice by Masspay. They lack transparency. Now, do you have Wise or Revolut? If so, I put the routing number from Wise usd or Revolut in order to get paid, I shall do that later. We need to contact Liz and Catalin, the UK representative (but he will be online in the morning) and let Streamate know about Masspay. They will need to find a solution to pay the UK models directly because I don’t really like Cosmo, Paxum etc third parties, I want to be paid directly by Streamate so when there are issues they will deal with the money.

I will try doing the swift transfer in usd now and see if it will work. I think in your case Streamate may recall the money from Masspay and then they will pay you in another payment you have set up (or will set up meanwhile). Very upsetting that is happening at the end of month when bills, rent gotta be paid.

I have swift code. I have IBAN but it's the routing number that I come a cropper on.

Sounds like they may restore. In fairness, yesterday the SEPA options were available when I was checking Masspay as I had money from last week payment still there. I think I will just wait before initiating the swift payment because I never done a swift payment and I know it may take 2-3 business days and tomorrow is Friday. Once I initiate the transfer is out of Streamate hands basically. I will just leave the money there in Masspay for now and see what Masspay rep will come back with tomorrow (will post here asap) and I shall contact the Streamate UK rep after Masspay email and see what is going on because here is about next week payment and I would like to know by Tuesday if I will need to move over to Cosmo or whatever. So tricky to be paid by Streamate, is what it is.

Well, I'm hoping so because I can't see any reason why they would stop that option unless they've been naughty and their partner business isn't happy. But nothing we can do for now until SM or MP come back, whichever is first. So I'm just gonna carry on as normal. It'll get sorted. SM is usually on the ball with this.

This is totally fucked up, I didn't even notice the request for a routing number and I don't have one either. I'm going to wait to see what happens too. I like using Masspay, the fees are low and when I withdraw it's in my bank in a few minutes. Thank God that SM can do something about it if needed, I hate when I have to worry about how I'm going to get my money.

I just googled what "Intermediary Institution Routing Number" means and found a page for my bank which gives the number to use, it says this -
'If the payment is being made in US dollars, you might be asked to supply the details of who Barclays UK banks with in the USA, including the ABA code 026002574. This is equivalent to a UK sort code and is also known as the Fed Wire number. Barclays Bank UK’s PLC USD account is held with Barclays Bank PLC, New York. '
So if we DID have to use the bank wire I'm assuming that would be the correct number to use, I guess other banks would also have their own. This info was on the Making & Receiving International Payments page.
I'm definitely not withdrawing any money yet though. I'll see what happens. And I don't like the idea of waiting a few days. Hardly fucking SWIFT is it?

I don’t wanna email SM cos I’m guessing they are getting hundreds of emails, wondering if I should get them to recall the money and use Cosmo which is my back up which I don’t trust much either… out of the frying pan into the fire! Or do I wait and see if mass pay change it? What is everyone else doing?

I don't think we'll hear anything until at least late afternoon or evening as it's only 3.30 am in Washington where SM are based. But they'll sort it. Have faith. Just gonna take a few days at the most, I reckon.

It is my feeling that SEPA will be put back because there is an EU directive to make SEPA euro payments instant. When it will be, we don't know. But I'll keep you all informed.

Well I am not sure what is going on and it is my first week to get paid so I knew nothing at all about anything being different!
I was a bit astonished with the 28 dollar fee.
I had no clue anything was going on. I requested it last night so does this mean I have now lost my first week's payment?? This is a real fuck up. For a reference I didn't know what to put so I just put the Co Op Bank SWIFT info and then my account number in a separate place....

According to the general internet, it seems that SWIFT payments take between 1 and 5 working days. WTF? Why are they so fucking slow? But that's most likely good news for you Nymphette!

Lol we shall see! I did not even give the branch account number they were only informed of the SWIFT and my account number itself.
I got bills going out next Thursday so will have to trot to the building society next week to do a quick money top up!
On the plus side I have been really enjoying the camming lol.

I've only gone back to cam this week after taking 3 weeks off and it's been shit trafic today, but my potentials have been like 3 to 5 times what they normally are for me, and I wonder why. I haven't changed any of my settings (I use geoblocking), so I thought it was strange!
Have they been messing with things again or is it just random?

YES! THIS! And always in batches of 5. This started the same time my traffic went away. Same day/shift. It was weird AF. I know all of my guys didn't simultaneously disappear. My $ and traffic are absolute TRASH.
I literally have 3 of my whale regulars semi-saving my ass right now and that's not cutting it.
I've seen this shit before and it's not good - Front page does NOT look the same.....

Don’t get stressed! The payment method is back. Did you clear the cookies or open in incognito mode? If still nothing just send an email as Miss Deviant said, but don’t panic, you will get SEPA sooner or later!

This is with the SEPA option ladies, I have it back, sorry i I didn't mention that! SEPA as normal, putting in details as normal but at the end says Unable to finalize payment.

I guess you tried in other browsers etc you don’t need to input BIc swift only iban from memory. Have you tried on your phone to transfer? I find no issues on I transfer by using Masspay on phone.

Thank you but no, nothing seems to work. Have tried incognito, using Edge instead of Chrome, clearing cookies and tried phone too, always an error at the end. I'm going to have to stop trying tonight it's upsetting me now.

Giving my pc a checkup and a clean with ccleaner, and then a restart does usually help with that. And give a restart to your internet router as well, they do need it from time to time. Good luck!

Same here. I havent made my usual since August.. Income just kinda abruptly stopped on Streamate. I am 49 so also in my 40's. What's going on? I don't think i can go on like this much longer.

It’s so weird. Half the models have their one from yesterday and half are current. Then a reg told me it was a different one but not what should be my current one. So silly. Does support need to approve this too now?
Was letting this bother me so I tried in chrome and it updated. Was using Firefox previously. I think there will be many hands in the coding cookie jar this weekend.

Much appreciated Liz thank you but it's still not working for me, the SEPA option is restored but it gets to the end and says the transfer has failed. I'm doing nothing different to usual. I's rather not try the Wire Transfer if I can avoid it! I can wait, I don't want to change my payment method if I can help it. I'll keep trying but I kind of felt better about this when it wasn't just me having problems!
Although reading your post it does seem like there are still issues that are not resolved so maybe I just need to be patient. It looks like it's working for everyone else which makes me think it's just me but it's probably not. :)
