And after Thai .... next is CHINESE , but ( Sorry ) ..lol , must be Real Chinese , not what you buy in the beautiful US of A ...Its easy to get to China from Thai , plus when in Australia we also have a huge Chinese influence ...

Asian food in general is great !

Scratching my head on this one??
It's made by Chinese pretty much off the boat.
So how much USA chinese have you had? 8)

LOL Rachel Ray. She's right up there with Guy Ferri. And Sandra Lee. Awesome TV personalities, not so great chefs; and their all on the Food Network.

Food Network is a television channel - it's for entertianment. Not something you'd want to refer to as backup or credential when you're talking about authentic foods from far and away.

Unless you're talking about Southern Cooking and Paula Deen.

Sandra Lee makes a hidious cake that can be used "At Weddings and babyshowers!". LOLOLOLOL!

LOL @ Sandra Lee, WTF?! I love watching Food Network (like Iron Chef, Chopped) but haven't had the pleasure of seeing her before.

What IS she playing at...hilarious.

Indian food is up there among my favourites, I also love Mexican, Thai, Japanese, Caribbean...

Iron Chef is addicting because it has that humorous quality to it. LOL, I'm glad I could introduce you to the likes of Sandra ;D . She's a nut.

And you're like my foodie twin. Mmm Mexican, Thai, Japanese....

The answer I guess is not enough ..because Im sure Its incredibly varied , by the way when I say " Real " ...I should say not as you would commonly find in Australia or the USA ..but Im sure there are exceptions , as there are here .

But like everything ..a considerable difference when eating in China , much chinese / western food , is not really eaten over there at all .

Same in Thai ...... Nothing matches the actual location , even our best here wont come close to what I can eat in Bankok . What freaks me out is the Farang who come here and want to buy a hamburger , sort of defeats the purpose of the visit .

Anyhow , sure there are exceptions . :D
