Don't ever let me catch you slathering on the lotion. And when I confront you about it, don't tell me that it is okay because 'you don't do many pole tricks.'

YES.
When I was new, in like my second week of stripping, I completely wiped out one night as soon as I stepped onto the stage. I was shocked because I hadn't done anything at all...my set hadn't even technically started yet, and I didn't know why I had fallen. But as soon as I touched the stage with my hand to sit up, I realized that the stage was COVERED in some bitch's lotion...apparently, some girl had just been putting on lotion in the dressing room, then gone on stage and done a lot of floorwork in her set. I was furious. And a few days later, a seasoned dancer saw the same girl putting on lotion upstairs and told her off, and she said, "Oh, it's okay, I don't do pole tricks!" Everyone flipped, and there was a mini catfight. She was gone the next night I came in to work.

I can't wrap my mind around people giving out personal info. Seriously? That can get someone KILLED.

^Exactly!
I've had girls tell customers personal shit about me. My real name, the city I live in, my relationship status, that i have a kid, that my hair is extensions, that my boobs are fake... on and on and on and some of it isn't even accurate. IMO, that's the NUMBER ONE no-no. It can cost someone their safety, fuck up their hustle, disrespect their boundaries, undermine their stripper persona, and screw up their money. Fucking ridiculous.

I don't know what the big deal is about customers knowing you're married and you have a kid/kids - but this is just me. Personally, I volunteer this information without any qualms, so if some idiot dancer thinks she's somehow going to "screw" me over by telling custies I'm married etc. I'm already one-up on that front. Naturally I don't reveal any personal info. that would put me in harms way, but silly stuff like being married? Meh. So what?

Besides stealing customers, tip blocking.Keeping a customer away from stage on purpose when he should be going up to tip.And then acting like they didn't do it.
^
This. One of the clubs I work in occasionally is a stage club w/ air dances. A dancer who has been there for a while (and who I get the vibe that she is selling drugs to custies, but I can't prove it), just did a total cock block on a guy who was very into my stage act. He made her tip me at 1 point. It was slow too. He never bought dances from her, but eventually she "won", I guess.

I have been lurking here for a few days and I havent seen anything about this yet but i HATE when I new girl comes in and covers herself in glitter and then I have to go after her on stage and get covered in glitter as well. No guy wants to get a dance from some one covered in glitter because he doesn't want to go home to his wife covered in it. You have essentially cut my money in half for the night at least!

There was a quote about herpes being like glitter somewhere. It never goes away:D

If im sat with a couple, ie a man and a woman, and both are engaged in conversation with me, like obviously engaged, im knelt down between their chairs and they have their bodies and heads turned towards me, Dont sit down next to me "cause you were talking to them before" i was, it doesnt matter, you just ruined my hustle and lost me a double dance! Then to tell them you know the rules now and hustle in front of me ACCROSS my face...NOT COOL!! Its no wonder you are "finding the atmosphere bitchy" if you keep doing that, you are losing people money. Learn the rules of the club re customers and ettiquette.

Yeah, I don't see anything wrong with telling them you're married etc either, but I think it depends on the kind of hustle you're working. Some girls are trying to make it seem like they are unattached and care-free and available so, yeah, it would get in the way if this info was revealed about them.

For me the worst is when a dancer's been turned down by a customer and then when I'm trying to hustle a dance tells the guy that she'll be MAD if he gets a dance from me because he said no to her. There are two younger dancers that keep pulling this on me lately and I've been keeping my cool but I find it tasteless and counterproductive to everyone.
Customers have the freedom to choose who they want to fucking dance with! Cockblocking my hustle with this nonsense is totally unacceptable.
Last night I had a club regular who I have danced for before turn down a dance with me because he didn't want to "hurt any of the girls feelings" by only getting a dance with me and would rather spend the money onstage. End of the night he still had some stage money and we did that dance but shit like the situation above makes these timid dudes think ridiculous stuff like the above when in reality most dancers are HAPPY when their fellow dancers are getting dances [at least where I work!]

Don't claim a customer as "yours" unless he came in just for you. If he asks me to sit with him and wants dances, I'm gonna do it.
Don't try to tell me your whole life story in the first five minutes of me meeting you. I'm being nice but I don't care about why you're dancing or your kids (and definitely don't show me ten pics on your cell phone) or your baby daddy or any of that shit. If you stick around we will eventually get to know each other during casual conversation.
Don't piss on the toilet seat, and don't forget to flush, either. Don't leave blow or other shit on there, either. And don't flush your needles down the toilet because then it breaks all the time and I have to sneak my wipies out to the customer bathroom and possibly deal with female customers being in there when I'm doing my business. (They fired most of the girls that caused these issues but still.) And for the love of god, wash your hands after you go to the bathroom or sneeze or cough into them. Or at least use one of the five million bottles of hand sanitizer they keep everywhere for us.
Don't ask to borrow anything, especially shoes. It blows my mind how girls will show up with absolutely nothing expecting to be able to borrow everything they need from other girls. I don't even let girls I've worked with for years borrow outfits and have only loaned shoes twice to girls that I know REALLY well when they had an emergency situation. And they cleaned them with lysol when they were done.
If we do double dances don't try to lick me or rub my pussy. I don't let customers do that, why do you think you can? And don't try to take over the whole dance, or get dirtier with the customer than I am in an attempt to get him to send me out and dance only with you. This tends to only happen with busted ass bitches but to date it has never worked. But I had to deal with the snail trail a bitch left on the customers pants after he sent HER dirty ass away and it was vile.
Don't hit on me. I don't shit where I eat and it's annoying to have to deal with when I'm trying to make money.
Don't ask to borrow money.
...dont ask me what my real name is !... u dont need to know it....and stealing thongs !!! are u serious ...that earns you a special place in stripper hell

No need to talk shit to your friend about me/otherpeople when we are in the same room as you because you carry an attitude of I'm the hottest thing in the club. Puhlease bitch.

I have a new one... do not talk down to or treat the rest of the staff like shit because you somehow think you're better because you're a dancer. It won't score you points and we're the ones that can make your life a living hell if you piss us off.

CONSTANTLY asking for stuff. I had one girl who would ask me to drive her home EVERY night after doing it once. She lived 20 min north of me! I lived maybe 5 min away from the club.. She would also ask for money for food every day, to use my babywipes, tampons, etc. Ask to borrow my straightener or outfits. And never understood why I would say no!
STEALING! Of any sort. I've seen girls steal thongs for christ's sake.. I don't even know how many sunglasses, fake glasses, outfits, etf have been stolen from me. Even though I constantly locked my shit up.
Sitting right in front of a customer blocking their view from the stage when they are obviously enjoying the show.
Being so high or drunk that you can't even function. Customers think it's gross and the girls can't stand it. Don't be so drunk you're falling over or so high you're nodding off on stage.
Constantly following me around trying to talk to me when I don't even know you. I'm here to work, not to make friends.

Don't get impatient with me when i'm taking too long to pay/tip out. fuck you! with the number of dances I've done, i have alot of counting to do. I got to the manager first so wait your damn turn! if u wanted to leave earlier, you should have looked for the manager earlier
