Doing a lean out for summer, so I'm amping up the produce. Also, my schedule is weird so I'm awake from 3pm to 6am... that's why my "lunch" and "dinner" are at strange times.

Yesterday:

Lunch (7pm): Turkey and havarti sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mustard on wheat.
Dinner (11:30pm): Homemade hamburger without bun, 3 cups steamed broccoli and carrots
Dessert: 2 peanut butter mini eggs
3L water

Today:
Breakfast (3:30pm): 2 cups strawberries, 1 large banana, half L of water.

We're planning on going out for dinner at 10pm tonight, so I shall report back.

Reporting back:

7pm: Small homemade burger with no bun, 1 cup steamed carrots.
10:30pm: Caprese salad with heirloom tomatoes, olive oil, fresh basil and fresh buffalo mozzarella, handful of calamari.
Midnight: 2 peanut butter mini eggs. ;)

4L of water today.

I love raw baby carrots as a snack, especially dipped in Greek vinaigrette dressing.

3 scrambled egg whites with spinach and fat free feta - Breakfast

Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte (starbucks) and their delicious Protein Plate (apple, peanut butter, grapes, cheese, hard boiled egg, raisin scone)

So far no dinner :(

small kale smoothie made with unsweetened coconut milk, strawberries, peaches, and mangoes.
a banana
sandwich i made with light salami and yogurt cheese
some trail mix
a cup of chicken noodle soup
5 butternut squash raviolis tossed in olive oil.
a lolli pop

Need to clean up my act a little and eat salad at lunch, it just always gets gross by the time I eat it at school. These last 4 pounds are gonna be the hardest to lose :/

^ I need to start doing that! I don't have any little tupperware containers so I was just mixing everything and it would get all wilted by the time I ate it a couple hours later :(

Greek yogurt with chia seeds.
Salmon and avocado sushi roll.
Vegie sushi roll.
Grande low-fat sugar-free vanilla latte.
3 KFC wings.
Raspberry white choc muffin.
Block of acai dark chocolate. (Oops!)
Green tea with peppermint and fennel.

Ok, this is why I don-t buy whole blocks of chocolate! They don-t last one night. And thank god my housemate who always brought home unhealthy stuff from his work at a cafe just moved out. No more muffins and battered Asian food.

my typical day is:

breakfast--puffins cereal with skim milk (puffins is all natural, 90 calories, and good amount of fiber and protein--very filling and yummy)

lunch--egg white omelet with broccoli, onion, tomato, american cheese
blueberries with yogurt

snack--chobani yogurt, maybe with some kashi if i am really hungry

dinner--whatever my boyfriend cooks, usually a lean meat with lots of veggies and possibly a complex carb side (such as chicken with green beans, maybe some rice)


if i do a really intense strength training workout i will drink a 100 calorie muscle milk to help me gain more muscle and help my muscles recover quicker.

raw banana soft serve.
thinking kale salad for dinner, green juice mid-day. and if i make it to santa cruz maybe ill pick up something from cafe gratitude for tomorrow and have Sidamo coffee at the Octagon. :D

A great site for the fitness and diet minded ladies: It even keeps track of the percentages in your diet. For example it says today I've eaten 43% protein, 33% carbs, and 24% fat. (2 cups raw strawberries, 3oz of turkey)

Edited to say my total intake for today was 1,061 calories. :)

Better today. Except that I shouldn-t be eating gluten at all as I'm intolerant. Apart from that, at least I didn-t eat any junk.

Four pieces of wholemeal multigrain bread with butter and blackberry jam.
Black Ganoderma coffee with one sugar.
One Hairy Lemon. (Kinda like Berocca, but with guarana and caffeine.)
Soy latte.
Various mini Subways from a platter, adding up to about a footlong. Had beef, chicken, and ham with salad.
Snacked on more roast beef and chciken slices.
300ml five fruits juice.
Greek yogurt with a chia/spirulina/pine nut mix.
Freedom Foods Ancient grain cereal with rice milk, honey and cinnamon.

2016 calories.

Two slices of bvread with blackberry jam and margarine.

I ate tofu spring rolls and thai tea with soy milk from lovin hut but than fucked it up when I got high and devoured 4 mini bags of famous amous.


I can eat like a total fat ass and still only weigh 85 pounds. I'm five foot zero. I'm 33-22-32. I'd love to get healthy and start eating organic though. I'm just so concerned about losing what ass/ boobs I have, because I'm always the skinniest girl in the club anyways. I think I might try doing yoga or something?

just got groceries and in the kitchen preparing green juices for tomorrow. i'm trying out a low-glycemic diet and cutting out fruit completely for the week to see what happens. green juice, soy milk, coconuts, sugar free macaroons, potatoes, fish, and veggies is the plan.

I had coffee.

Then I had one of those 90 calorie fake crab packets and a banana.

Then I had like 12 breaded shrimp with cocktail sauce, fresh baked broccoli and some fresh pineapple.

Now I am having some coffee.

Normally I only eat boiled shrimp but I am celebrating.

Then i just had about 4 slices of roast beef 2 slices of cheese and some ritz crackers
and a slim-fast protein shake

A huge baby spring mix salad with leftover baked yakitori marinated chicken breast..... I've been making my own salad dressings, just single sized portions at a time, and this time I threw a table spoon or so of olive oil, tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, about half a table spoon of dijon mustard, some crushed red pepper, black pepper, and a touch of sriracha sauce, all whisked together, it was delicious!

Healthy fail day: a bag of chocolate covered cherries followed by a bag of chocolate covered grapes at 8 am, 2 cups brown rice w veggies, huge package of afghani flatbread w a huge tub of hummus. I never eat bread anymore but surprisingly feeling pretty good.

Now sipping on mango coconut kombucha and Yerba mate.
