^^^Lol I just diced up some pork back fat and have it on a burner right now! Also just had 3 eggs cooked in lard, some raw cream and a little coconut milk.

So since im in the process of moving i have been eating terribly and i think im using that as an excuse but today i had perfect oatmeal from Starbucks, then a sun dried tomatoe wrap with rotisserie chicken a bag of lays and a Diet Dr. Pepper, For dinner just now two tacos from Moe's Which that were sooo Delicious pork n chicken! I don't even feel bad about tht and Frozen yogurt for dessert.... So yah im ready for some home cooked food when i get settled in ugh....

so i had a series of binge days after dancing 6 days in a row -- my stupid regular kept giving me these chocolate covered mangoes and grapes so i ate like three bags in one day, hummus, pho, bread, all kinds of crap i don't usually eat because i was a) exhausted from too many shifts, b) not planning well, c) underslept, d) in the middle of a move and didn't have a fridge.

i was on a really bad sugar rollercoaster and suspected i may have candida again and so i was researching coconut oil/coconuts to rebalance my blood sugar maybe help with the candida problem.

i've been eating about 8 tablespoons of coconut oil for three days (either in tea/coffee or blended with cacao powder and shredded coconut) and also vegetable juices bringing my calories to about 1000 a day pretty much all from fat and i went from 122 (freaked me out as i was just 118 less than a month ago) on saturday morning to 117 this morning. i'm gonna keep with this high fat experiment for the week (but probably bump my calories up to 1500) and see what happens but anyone who has hit a plateau or is looking to get back on track should try this out, it really works.

Today i have realized that my weight over than i decide reduce my weight. I was eating low Calvary food.I am eating only fruits like apply,grips etc.

Life Cereal w/ 2% milf for breakfast. A Michelina's Lean Gourmet Meal for lunch, fat free chocolate pudding and 100 calorie pack mini brownies for snack, and Seasoned Turkey Burgers for dinner. yum-o.

Today was my off day. I ate too much salt and paid for it.

1 roasted chicken breast
1c deviled egg potato salad
small ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato, american cheese and mayo.

NO FUCKING FRUIT OR VEGGIES. AWFUL. My stomach was NOT amused.

^yikes. That's so rare for you. You've gotten me into the habit of eating like - a whole 16oz container of strawberries in a sitting btw. I thank you for that. Filling, satisfying and low calorie....

Today I've had nothing. Because I've thrown my back out and can't be bothered.

chlorella
blueberry coconut yogurt
chocolate hazelnut milk, fucking yumm
water crackers with goat cheese (humbolt fog, the best eva)
small dark roast coffee with steamed soy milk and added mocha
cranberry kombucha
a hug bowl of kale with a diced tomato, rice vinegar, olive oil, a bit of sea salt and garlic powder with a piece of lemon/thyme baked salmon :)
a handful of dark chocolate covered banana chips

I went on the most horrific week-long binge at my dad's house. It was awful, I gained back 5 lbs in the time I was there. Back on the wagon this week!

Today so far:
coffee
scrambled egg whites
shake made with half a banana, handful of strawberries, vegan vanilla protein powder, and coconut milk
water
trail mix
teriyaki salmon with steamed broccoli and rice
