When I saw the title of this thread I thought nobody is going to believe I subsist on that little but I only have one sometimes two relatively small meals a day which is usually a salad or dip of some description.
The rest consists of drinks: fresh aloe vera, wheatgrass, green smoothie & green juice; I have a 12 hour fasting period every day so if I don't eat after 7pm the day before I don't tend to eat before 7am the next day.
I'm raw vegan & f*ck me I've never felt so good with so much energy!

Yesterday:
- green juice early
- 2 steamed apples blended with cacao and cinnamon (tastes like apple pie)
- for dinner i had a raw vegan plate at a place in sf with live tacos, caesar salad, kale salad, sprouted taboulleh, flax crackers, cashew cheese
- then i split half a slice of vegan cake with my boyfriend.
- then some sugar free fat free pudding made with coconut milk (chemicals galore but im replacing this and jello for moments when i feel the urge to binge and it's helping a lot)
Today:
- celery juice
- hot water w lemon
- grapefruit
- steamed veggies w flax butter and some basmati rice
- americano w soy milk
- for dinner im planning on lamb kebabs and more veggies, green juice
im trying to have more variety and not be afraid of foods to help with my all-or-nothing mentality (when it comes to food and everything else. :) )

Breakfast: Oatmeal with cinnamon and small bowl of cereal and 1% milk.
Lunch: Wheat pasta with cooked spinach and minced garlic and avocado.
Dinner: Same thing as lunch.
Snack: Cilantro and jalapeno wrap with avocado.

That sounds really good! What did you wrap it with? Lately I have been making some mexican inspired lettuce wraps with avocado, tomato, a little light sour cream (it's really low cal), and a few pistachios and they are amazing and so filling.
I make wraps pretty much the same way you do, but with green salsa instead of sour cream. I seriously had no idea there was such thing as light sour cream until I read about your mexican inspired salads on MFP. I'm going to look for it the next time I go to the store and try to make low fat tacos.
I only put avocado in it because I was eating it as a snack, but it was still pretty filling. Whenever I eat a wrap for a meal, I usually put in lettuce or cooked spinach, avocado, a tiny bit of feta cheese , tomatoes, and green salsa. It's delicious.

this may sound like im a creeper, but its so inspirational and cute to hear you say we in reference to normal stuff with u and your SO.

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/a couple green grapes thrown in, grean tea for drink.
Lunch: Com tam (Vietnamese food, its basically grilled pork over rice with some garnishes) plus some sriracha hot sauce and hot tea for drink.
Dinner: Korean BBQ chicken over rice. Hot tea for drink.
Evening snack: A small bag of takis fuego and some ice cold water.

I ate so much yummy barbque red meat yesterday, didnt have much of an appetite today.
Today - coffee with coconut milk in the morning. Snacked on almonds.
Ground chicken with shredded carrot & sweet potatoe pieces, wrapped in romaine lettuce. Whole Food's tropical smoothie. Two coconut ice pops. Later tonight, some dandelion tea.

coffee... boiled cabbage. . Some of the food you guys eat sounds so good and healthy.. its hard to eat healthy when you are making like 40 a day sometimes- but getting a new job woot:) how can I eat right on a budget? Sometimes all i can afford is fast food.

i'm on those oxyelite pro pills and my appetite's nonexistant...but i'm trying to not let my metabolism creep to a halt by not eating.
wanted to lose love handles and tone up for summer, went from 120 to 115 in barely a week.
so peeps trying to shed a bit...oxyelite pro and an hour of ballet conditioning workouts (*4x/week) ftw!

Mashed yukon gold potatoes and turnips (50/50 mix), turnips are a great substitute for mashed potatoes without all the starchy carbs! And you cook them exactly how you would cook potatoes!
Turkey meatballs with spicy marinara..... I've been doing something new for breakfast and after workouts, I've been throwing in a few handfuls of Power Greens or Super Greens salad mix into my magic bullet blender with water, a splash or two of Flax milk (my new fave, replaced coconut milk!) and protein powder. It's actually not bad, and I get all the nutrition from the greens without the hassle of juicing, and I get the fiber!
I'm also trying something new and phasing out meat with the exception of fish for the next few months to see how my body responds, should be an interesting little experiment :)

yesterday since it is morning here:
pre-run snack: a peach
brunch: turkish breakfast which is a fresh tomato chopped and salted, beyaz penir (fresh white cheese, which is totally the bom-diggity), and bread.
dinner: chicken with awesome sauce over rice
drinks: soda water because i am taking a break from teh-alcohol
dinner: apricots
i never eat fruit back in the states and i have no idea why. peaches and apricots are fuckin delicious. millions of peaches, peaches for me!

-coconut greek-style yogurt for a snack
-whole grain sweet potato+quinoa+corn chips with black bean hummus-style dip and my breakfast shake (a combo of greens plus powder, metagenics ultra clear detox+protein powder, beta glucan probiotics powder, and d-ribose powder) for dinner
-a spoonful of chocolate almond/hazelnut butter for dessert
-a few cups of yogi skin detox tea (it's delicious, tastes very herbal-y)

I had too many cookies, mountain dew, and too many cheese curls. I just ordered a pizza. I seriously need to lay off the junk. I have a high metabolism so I don't really get fat but this really isn't good for my body.
