2/3 c cherry vanilla granola
1/2c yoghurt
turkey, havarti sandwich on wheat with lettuce, tomato and mustard
5 potato and cheese perogies with 1/4c sour cream
2 raw carrots
marinating some chicken in greek yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and salt. I'm going to roast it and serve it with broccoli at around 5am.
Starting tomorrow, I have a new running route and am re-committing to my diet after a week of birthday slacking! I'm cleaning up the diet even further- no more sandwich for lunch, no perogies (they were a treat though). Upping the run to 45 minutes, EVERY SINGLE DAY. NO EXCUSES.

Haha, I love this. It makes me feel so normal for eating steak at 4am. Also, pierogis are fucking delicious!!

My husband gets home from work around 5am, so I eat "dinner" with him. :) I usually eat at 4pm, snack at 6pm, 10pm and 5am.

yesterday was bad: a cookie, an apple, nasty 7-11 sushi at 3 AM after work, coffee.
today was not so good, but improved: chicken kebab and steamed veggies at the rodeo (limited options), tea, pico de gallo with 2 tblspoons sour cream, green juice
tomorrow i plan on doing a light detox/rehydrate day with lots of juices and smoothies, maybe a salad for dinner. this week has been such a mess!

Watermelon salad with Tomatoes, Goat cheese and Basil (recipe from Whole Foods)
Water
Snack:
Almonds and Dried Ocra
Water
Dinner:
Salmon (plain)
Salad (Watermelon and Arugula salad with Feta cheese and sunflower seeds. Another Whole Foods recipe)
Small glass of red wine. :)

I read this as 'Dried Orca' and got worried.:D
Lately I've neglected my wholefoods regime because I've been trying to save money!
I woke at 3pm, manshape fed me tomato soup with nasty white bread, crispbreads and salsa.
Later on had lentil, tahini and tomato soup with chickpeas, few popadums.
Now eating vegan 'meatballs' and mashed potatoes...
I've been trying to eat really frugally. May seek out some vitamins to take though, miss my healthy stuffs!

one 3 oz patty of 95% lean ground beef grilled with one very thin slice of avocado
1 glass Simply lemonade w/ raspberry
Snacks

2 tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter with honey

I did do good drinking water though at 12 eight oz glasses

Whole Foods is expense; nonetheless, I found a better market similar to Whole Foods and much cheaper. The market is called Sprouts. :)
What I have eaten so far today:
Breakfast:
A cup of Muesli with Almond Milk
Flaxseed and Soy bread (one slice) with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top (I'm trying to stay away from butter). Sounds gross, I know, but it's actually not that bad. :)

I've re-discovered cornbread. I recommend making Alton Brown's cornbread, and substitute almond milk / milk for the buttermilk to make it quite healthy. Buy cornmeal that hasn't been degermed (a process wherein they remove the healthy parts of the corn). Serve plain, or with agave, organic jam, etc.

Eggs and olive oil.

bowl of pho (rare steak, beef broth, scallions, bean sprouts, cilantro, vermicelli noodles). I don't add any condiments to it (not even soy sauce) so it's super healthy!
I still have about 300 calories left in my budget for today.

Hubs is grilling organic sausages and corn on the cob! I had a couple slices of salami when I got up, but this will be the first meal. We are also splitting a white chocolate bar for dessert. ;)

I worked the last couple days and did a lengthy pole practice today so my metabolism is off the wall.
Had a smoothie, dried mango, peanut butter toast, Mediterranean broccoli-potato soup, a couple pieces of dark chocolate... and I'm still hungry.

I'm thinking about having a small bowl of oatmeal, or maybe some chicken noodle soup. I need something to tide me over until 5am, when I will be making:
Chicken and rice with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and onion. I only eat a few tablespoons of the rice, so maybe for me it's actually chicken and veggies.
Edited: I forwent the oatmeal and soup, and instead had 2c of popcorn for 150cal.

A cup of black coffee, a banana and 1/4c steel cut manly oats with a smidge of honey and cinnamon.

2 small pancakes with 1 tablespoon of butter and 4 tablespoons syrup

I'm making steamed veggies and fried chicken for dinner. I have company this week, so I'm a little more lenient. As long as I only have 1 piece, I'm fine. :)
