yesterday:
Pre run snack: handful of sunflower seeds, a few baby carrots and a few grapes
Brunch: bitchin tuna salad-- chopped tomato, cucumber, celery, pepper, onion with tuna and sunflower seeds added. Then a squeezed lemon on top for dressing (a trick i learned in Turkey which is fucking AWESOME).
Dinner- same thing as before (was short on time and already had leftover chopped veggies prepared)
Late night snack- 2 peaches and some baby carrots
Today
Breakfast- 2 eggs over easy with paprika, salt, and pepper. A couple of handfuls of sunflower seeds. And some cucumbers with lime squeezed on them (this also tastes awesome if you like lime. which i do and i havent had all summer because they dotn seem to exist in Turkey).

Bacon/eggs for breakfast with milk and toast.
Lunch was brie, some veggie crackers and some grapes with water.
Dinner will be spaghetti with bread and wine.

Green juice for breakfast,
pita chips and hummus for lunch,
salad, sautéed mushrooms, mixed veggies and some seasoned rice for dinner.
Then had a bowl of special k cause I was starving still. Prob from a long workout I did earlier.

Yesterday:
2c salad: romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, crumbled goat cheese, 4 oz diced ham, 1 TBSP balsamic vinegar dressing
1 slice home made meat loaf, 1 1/2 c broccoli
I got my hubs a meat grinder so all our ground beef is ground steaks. We're going to be making our own sausage as well!
Today so far:
1 banana
1 can Campbells chicken noodle soup (yay for not having to watch my sodium!)
Going to have a protein drink later around 11pm, then "dinner" with my hubs at 5am. Not sure what I'm making yet.

I have lost weight but I messed up at my sisters birthday on Tues by eating gluten,dairy and a big steak!, now my stomach is a swollen ball trying to nurse it back to health.

I've been Paleo/Primal for about 2-3 months now ans the transformation in my bod is staggering! I was already fructose free for past 2 years so I have adapted the diet to suit me.
2 Poached Eggs with Coconut oil over Zoodles (Zuchini noodles)
Sml handful Macadamia nuts
Rosemary & Garlic Slow cooked Lamb Shank w zoodles, scallop squash and brocollini
3 Coconut/cocoa/rasberry (Gluten Free) cupcakes----- I don't usually have sweets but I am at that point in my cycle.

I had three pieces of fried chicken, mashed potatoes with extra gravy, An 8oz very rare steak, an avocado, some steamed spinach, three pieces of sprouted grain toast, a bowl of pumpkin seed granola with yogurt, and who knows whateelse before bed. ALL of it is 100% organic.

All this sounds so yummy! Unfortunately, my typical day I only eat like once and then it's not healthy; bowl of cereal, cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, french fries, sometimes maybe a blueberry muffin or two. But that's bout all I eat. Today, it's 5pm and all I have had is a mcgriddle type sandwich and dry trix cereal....oh and forgot my super large frappe with 2 espresso shots. Seriously, espresso is how i get through the day! :P

This week is treat week so I will have a little sugar but still gluten free
Treat week is week before my period where im bloated anyway and craving like crazy so I allow myself some sweet treats. or greasy.

Today I did horrible. Woke up late. Had a green smoothie and a handful of almonds. Completely skipped my workout. Then had a salad of iceburg lettuce, hardboiled egg, and cucumber with Olive Garden dressing. My coffee this morning was with only milk. Happy to be cutting out sugar. I don't feel like I ate enough today, but do not want to shovel food in my face this late in the evening just to make up for it. Plus last night I got a random craving for McDonalds n just gave in and ate two burgers n fries n soda!
I am just wondering if it is ok that I do not eat for the rest of the night? Will that slow my metabolism down too much? I have been drinking lots of water n will probably still have a couple glasses of wine and some more water after.

breakfast: ham and omlet w tons sharp cheese and banquet brown n serve sausage cut up in it and green peppers. 2 French toast with butter and syrup ,hash browns cooked with onion (omg yum) with tons ketchup. coffee w hazelnut creamer and sugar sub.
lunch: peanut butter jelly sandwhich, hotdog w/o bun microwaved dipped in mustard, lays potato chips with French onion dip, about 5 oreos with milk
dinner: fried chicken, mashed potatoes gravy, baked mac cheese, hot rolls with honey and butter,small brownie loaded with choc frosting and ground up reese cups sprinkled on top.
snack: 1 leftover from husband's supreme pc pizza hut pizza and 1 breadstick with cheese sauce. cup of dark chaocolate almondmilk. small brownie.
Sunday only day I eat like this. I am very petiteand only allow this on sundays. lol how embarrassing haha

I am bringing a cliff bar with me to work. My goal is to not eat a lot when I come home from work but still be able to sleep.
