Visiting family in CA, everyone is on this home fermented foods kick. I've been basically living off of Kefir, Sauerkraut, and Miso Daikon for a week! (And I actually feel pretty fucking good!)
Gonna start fermenting my own foods when I get home. :)
To drink:
Coffee with Stevia
Cultured sugar cane/lime/chlorophyll juice
~1 1/2 liters of water (shooting for more)
Breakfast:
Egg white crepe with ham, mushrooms and spinach (went out)
Lunch:
Sauerkraut and Pickled/Fermented beets mashed up with an Avocado, with Trader Joe's organic blue tortilla corn chips
Fresh organic blueberries and strawberries from the Farmer's Market
Dinner:
Tilapia with a cucumber/tomato salsa and homemade baba ganoush & pinto beans soaked in apple cider vinegar water and cooked in bone broth. (It was a weird mixture of foods)
Also at some point throughout the day had a spoonful of Nutella (so like 100 calories of processed crap, oops), sampled a bunch of almonds/almond butters/tapenades from the Farmer's Market, and stole a couple bites of my brother's PB & J.

I mainly try not eat bread or too much fat during the week. Bread makes me swell up and feel like shit. I try eat citrus stuff with lots of acids thinking it helps burn fat and keep yeast out of my stomach and same with vinegar. I like your diet but I don't know what a lot of you eat is lol . I looked at couple things you made up on google and might try sometime. I just make easy stuff pretty much and keep it basic, because I really dislike cooking.

Ehhh the sugar in citrus fruits like oranges sort of outweigh the benefits of the acid, when it comes to yeast. The ACV is good though! And lemon juice is still good for Candida. :) I've been on a long journey to eradicate candida and fix leaky gut, but I haven't committed 100% to it yet (As evidenced by my spoonful of Nutella yesterday!).
I think once I'm done with vacation and have worked for a month or two, I'll take two weeks off and do a serious candida cleanse. My doctor ran blood work on me and found over 3% of the fungal phase in my blood! I'll just confine myself to my house for two weeks, write and drink veggie broth. Lol.

citrus fruit keep my stomach flat, my face not oily, and also a clementine has only 40 calories and vitamin c. Citrus fruit is not fat food. What kind of snacks do you eat? I would rather have a no-fat acid-y food for the above mentioned benefits , how much sugars could be in a 40 calories? It works for me. My goal is to stay toned eat healthy during the week. I have been eating same foods a real long time and don't get sick of them and have not become flabby o body irritated. The only thing that does that is heavy food and bread and grease. I do consume on weekends because they taste good.

^ Sugar in your system will 'turn to fat' and also fails the satiety test- so you are more likely to reach for more food (than your body nutritionally requires).
2 Books I love that have made so much sense and changed the way my husband and I view food & the food industry (as insidious as the tobacco industry), the nutritional guidelines promoted by governement (Australia and USA follow the traditional food pyramid).
Please pick up these books and watch your life unfold/change;
Primal Body, Primal Mind http://www.amazon.com/Primal-Body-Mind-Beyond-ebook/dp/B0057GR59G/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1362230033&sr=1-1&keywords=primal+body+primal+mind & Sweet Poisin http://www.amazon.com/Sweet-Poison-Quit-Plan-ebook/dp/B006O8VGM8/ref=sr_1_2?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1362230196&sr=1-2&keywords=sweet+poison
Read some of the reviews and make up your mind from there- I am not kidding when I say this 'diet' will change your life (and looks) for better.

ok, I get why you don't eat fruit. I just like the low calorie and low fat it has. It takes 1 and 1/2- 2 minutes on treadmill for me to burn up a 40 calorie clementine. That's my point. It doesn't have fat either. What is your snacks and how many calories? I like to get the most out of my workouts by being able to burn the foods I eat to be in the negative for fat burn. Heavy food makes that hard to do. I only eat cupcakes or shit on 1 or 2 days a week, mainly during winter months. Spring and summer, no way lol. Mostly fruits and veggies. I don't eat meat everyday either, because I think its gross how it rots in your stomach lol.

What in gods name are you doing on a treadmill that you're burning 1200 calories an hour?
That's literally like a 7.5 minute mile on 15% incline...
Lol I run at 5 mph and my treadmill has incline 1-10,and I use it at highest 10. I run for 30 minutes,I crank it lol.. After dinner I walk at 3.5 mph and start 1 incline raising each incline every minute and the speed by 1. I do anywhwere from 15-30 minutes the second time or I will use it at 5 incline at 3.5 and use 10 pound dumbells while walking for 15 minutes or so. My husband also trains with me on our bowflex and dead weights.

Well I am a total Meatasaurus! I agree that meat can rot in the stomach; unless you have your gastrointestinal balance in check.
The number one way to start doing that is to remove gluten completely from your diet, remove starchy veg from your diet and remove sugar from your diet (fruit/honey/maple syrup may be natural sugar unfortunately our bodies don't really differentiate in terms of what the sugar does to our cholesterol, insulin and organs). Gluten affects the human body at a genetic level.
Not only does following the Primal/Paleo diet cause a reduction in fat and increase in muscle, it also improves sleeping patterns, skin, hair, teeth, nails and greatly reduces your risk of disease (you name the disease!) and improves your childrens chances of all the above + having straight teeth and well formed jaws.
My typical snacks are sml leftover serves of dinner/meals from my previous posts and homemade from scratch!
No more than 2 serves of fruit a day (preference to high fibre/low sugar content choices)
Kale chips (or brussel sprouts/swiss chard chips)
Sml handful of nuts high in Omega 3 and very low Omega 6
Half avocado
Pesto w veggie sticks, romaine leaves
Roast chicken with salt and pepper
My hubbie will snack on canned fish tossed through a salad
or....... http://paleo.com.au/2012/09/75-paleo-snack-ideas/
I made this tonight (as muffins) http://www.multiplydelicious.com/thefood/2012/08/banana-spice-coffee-cake/

I wasn't trying to say it's bad for you, in terms of fat or calories! I love clementines. :) You just specifically mentioned that it helps keep the yeast out of your stomach, and since I've been on my own personal battle against yeast & leaky gut (or mentally preparing for it at least...), I figured I'd mention the fact that every Candida-specific diet I've read makes a point to cut out ALL sugars to initially eradicate (which can take months!), and then to restrict your intake to small portions of natural sugars thereafter. I agree that they are an acceptable and healthy snack, just not if you're dealing with yeast.
