It is fucking amazing!!! Here in the states it's expensive as fuck though!!!! $9.29 a llb USD!!!! I usually stick to ground turkey or chicken. No I've never tried kangaroo. I'm curious about it though. The only things I really won't do is veal, bunny, and snake meat. Have you tried Buffalo?

I've done Buffalo cutlet marinade in hoisin sauce, very good for different.

OMG, I could never eat snake. I only just got over my phobia of being within 100m of non-venomous snakes. (I touched a python and it was kinda cool.) But one of my favourite dishes ever is French rabbit stew with prunes and carrots.

My day:

Stewed apples with oats, Greek yogurt and walnuts.
Strong black coffee.
Stir fried beef, capsicum, onion and mushrooms.
3x decaf green tea
Pear
Curried egg whites and tuna.

You'd hate to come visit my apartment then :D

I have a few friends with pet snakes, and I have no interest of ever going to their houses. Even now that I held a snake at a street festival and enjoyed it. It kinda nuzzled me like a cat, and it felt reallty cool. But in a normal house I'd be constantly paranoid about the snakes getting out and surprising me. Oddly, I'm very calm around spiders and just let them be.

Ok, derailing the thread now! Olive Jardin, I had a funny thought - my new diet mantra should be WWOJE, or What Would Olive Jardin
Eat? Not OJ Simpson...

I sautee the liver in a little olive oil with some corriander and maybe some mushrooms etc. Had beef liver today! Will have steak tomorrow.

Once you start eating meat and nuts for breakfast, you'll never go back to oats!
