Yesterday was much better, though got naughty at the end. Comfort ate after having a dramatic argument with a shady cab driver. Grr!:
Organic berry yogurt with nuts
4 x mate/herbal teas
1 x chamomile
Quinoa porridge with honey, banana, flax, walnuts and sunflower seeds
For work I took a huge box filled with iceberg lettuce, sliced tomatoes, fresh basil, lite cottage cheese, black olives, salami and yellow capsicum. SO good!
One slice BBQ chicken pizza
1 x packet Ritter dark choc marzipan chocolate
4 x mini choc chip caramel cakes
Handful salted cashews

More veggie chips as a post work snack, gym and just had dinner of broccoli and veggie dumplings.

I wish I could do the ACV thing. I used to take shots of it to help my skin...so I developed an aversion to it.
Did it actually help your skin?? Not being sarcastic, I'm really curious.

I didn't notice a difference, no. Now I use ceylon cinnamon mixed into water, cayenne + lemon water, and kombucha as drinks that are good for my skin / body. Even if the ACV had made a slight difference, it wouldn't have been worth it considering how nasty those shots were!
If you're looking for something to drink that will have a similar cleansing effect, I'd recommend kombucha since it has some of the same acids and probiotics that raw ACV has. Their synergy line is particularly palatable for those who aren't used to how kombucha tastes (they're low in natural sugar despite being mixed with fruit juice):

My God, you all eat insanely well. I had a "breakfast sandwich" of sharp white cheddar & an egg on 2 pcs of 45-calorie whole grain bread, then a can of some kind of veggie soup that called itself "natural" for lunch. Then, i got hungry and had more bread, more cheese, and this time, ham... I really want taco bell for dinner, but I think I'll quit while I'm ahead.
Maybe I should go eat a banana.

This thread's purpose is to inspire all of us to eat more healthily. I think most people generally post when they're especially pleased about what they've eaten, or when they eat something awesome that could inspire the rest of us. This isn't a comprehensive log of everything we're eating! :)

Daddy's in there dredging chicken in buttermilk and flour & frying it golden brown, and then I'm gonna eat it. And wash it down with a few High Lifes. I did have yogurt & cheerios for breakfast, baby carrots for a snack, and vegetable soup and 1/2 a whole grain pita with tuna salad (more yogurt) for lunch...
I do have to work tomorrow, after all. ;)

Lunch: Turkey and swiss "melt" (no bread, just a pile of meat and cheese), corn chips and salsa

I just don't really get hungry :/
This sounds like something to be concerned about. Maybe your anxiety about work is what's leaving you with no appetite? It could even be a birth control pill thing - back when I took HBC, I'd cycle through periods where I'd eat hardly anything for a week and then go back to eating normally thereafter. It could indicate a number of underlying issues...
And remember that if you are trying to eat more, you should aim towards eating healthy food (since if you don't eat enough, your body is starved for nutrients, not Lucky Charms and cheese!). It's about quality, not quantity.
