I decided to take a page from the playbook of EVERYONE and do a juice cleanse. It's only one day so I'm not TOOOOOOO freaked out at the prospect but already I want to gnaw my arm off and it's just past noon.
So, I got 8 juices from Pressed Juicery. The morning started with chlorophyll water & this: 35955
