Ugh, traveling too much and too many dinners with clients.

LOTS & LOTS of scotch. Tried $800 Macallan 25yr- wasn't impressed. Did have a rare UTR release that rocked though.

Nothing yet. But yesterday I was majorly hungover from celebrating the end of soberjanuary.
Hangover food was
Homemade vegan mac and cheese for breakfast.
Ramen with carrots and onion for lunch.
And ordered for dinner veggie hibachi which came with a ginger salad and clear soup. It was so good.
And for dessert a little bit of almond chocolate vegan icecream. It was just ok tho not great didn't eat much of it.
Oh and like 3 coconut waters to help the hangover.
Over all I would say that was some of the best hangover food I've had in awhile. I love me some Asian type stuff when I don't feel good.

We just got rice paper from the grocery store...great for making quick snacks. Chop up some veges and roll them up in rice paper to make Vietnamese spring rolls. Tonight we used carrot, cabbage, red onion, cilantro, grilled chicken, red pepper, and cucumber dipped in Trader Joe's gyoza sauce (cheap). Super healthy and fun! Plus, they're beautiful.

Dinner: Grilled free range chicken breast, salad, light hummus.
Snacks: A handful of org. corn chips and light hummus, 5 org. dates, 1/2 an organic banana with nut butter.

I had a smoothie for breakfast; fresh strawberries, mango and kiwi, flax seeds and a little bit of water.

I had a salad for dinner; spinach, tomatoes, red onion, hard boiled egg, avocado, goat cheese, chicken and low fat ranch.

I had cinnamon toast for dessert. Not my typical dessert, most of the time I'll eat fruit but I have barely any food til I go shopping on Friday. :)

Throughout the day when I'm home I drink nothing but water.

LADIES......i was bad today. period times mean i eat sweets if i want without hesitation.

-2 mini donuts from starbucks which actually had a rather "relatively" low calorie count
-black coffee

-diet coke

-leftover brown rice

the weeeeee little doughnuts (srsly, very small) affected my digestion (sry, tmi)

^at least it wasn't the lemon pound cake! 600cals a slice but soooooooooooo worth it. Good on you for stopping at the two :) That's my #1 issue, has to be all or nothing.

Eh, met up with old friends. Drinks in with homemade crab dip, port, and chocolate. They may be staying over this week so burritos, steak pasta, and rice are in my future if I can't resist. The booze needs to be strong this week,fml. Complimented on my 'violin shape body' though from notoriously critical person, counts for something. I feel good anyway.

Allergies mean my nose is clogged and I generally can't taste, much less smell, anything....sooo the last 2 days were freshly made juice. I'm trying to get a bit more exotic w/ my ingredients as I'm a total newb to the juicing world. Thus far, I've kinda only done Kale, Carrot, Apple, Cucumber.... I bought bananas too although I think I'll blend in w/ coconut milk and then add the juices for a smoothie kinda thing.

However, on Vday a few days ago..... BIG FAT STEAK w/ brown rice. (Still perfecting my technique to get it Medium Rare....it came out more on the Medium side.)

*If anyone has some rad juicing recipes or tips....or even how to best cook a steak seared on the stovetop & then put into the oven, PLZ PM ME!

Yours sound a bit eastern and a lot more delicious lol. ^^
Mine is mostly just frozen veggies + rice + boiled chicken. It's nothing special but it still tastes good, I can never get tired of it, and it's easy to make.

I do not eat meat, ever.
Today: Organic Coffee black. Organic Vegetables of all kinds mixed together, slightly tossed in warm heat with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Tonight later I will have 90% chocolate, a small piece.
Before bed, a small bowl of Low Fat Plain Yogurt.

I hope to stick to this. I have been good at being a Vegetarian for years, but slip. Vegan about killed me!

2 very fresh little shrimp tacos w/ cabbage from the "Best Fish Taco in Ensenada"-really, that's the resto name.
