Brunch: 3x coffee ::), 1x banana with coconut oil/cacao spread and chia seeds, 1x smoked salmon, rocket, avocado, tomato etc on gf toast.
Dinner: Homemade/dry roasted sweet potato chips.
Snacks: Grapes, carrots sticks w/ hummus, sea salt pop corn, raw coconut and cacao bar, tea.

Yesterday: Breakfast: baked eggs w/ homemade Boston baked beans.
Lunch (Cheat meal): Chips (yum) and salad.
Dinner: 2x Vegetarian Mexican wrap w/ beans, lettuce, cheese, homemade salsa and avocado.
Snacks: handful of org. corn chips, tea.

Breakfast: 3x coffee lol, 1x Banana
Lunch: Stir fried vegetables in coconut oil, chilli, garlic and Chinese spices.
Dinner: Prawn, avocado, sundried tomato and rocket salad w/dressing.
Snacks etc: 3x teaspoons of nutella, 3x green tea w/lemon.

Yesterday: Breakfast: 2x coffee, green smoothie.
Lunch: Yoghurt and raspberries, 2x corn thins w/ avo.
Diner: "Popcorn chicken" ;) (oven baked polenta/egg/seasoning crumbed chicken), salad.

Today:Breakfast: 2x coffee, 1x banana w/abc nut butter and nutella (ran out of nut butter lol!)
Lunch: Protein smoothie, carrot sticks, hummus, 1x apple.
Dinner: Steamed Atlantic salmon and steamed broccoli.

i'm on the "TOTALLY BROKE TIL FRIDAY" meal plan. Ugh, it ends up being lots of carbs.....

-black coffee
-brown rice with parmesan
-a piece of blueberry....bread? cake? muffin without a top? (it wasn't a tart) for belated fathers' day at my parents
-small cup of diet coke
-whole wheat penne with pesto
-half a cucumber with lite bleu cheese dressing.

Lunch: A lettuce wrap with chicken, a little Feta cheese, olives and balsamic vinagarette.

Dinner: Two corn tacos with shrimp, avacado, and red onion.

Lunch: The guys I work with went out for lunch a brought me back a Chile dog, fries and a Coke. Jerks, they know I watch my weight.

For breakfast I had herbed tuna, heirloom tomato, and smoked cheddar on half piece of sprouted grain bread. It was so yummy!

Lunch: teriyaki roasted green beans, mushrooms and a small red potato
Snack: olive oil and salted popcorn
Dinner: tomato soup with faux chikin strips and half a garlic naan bread slice

With workout later: the second half of the protein shake

Dinner: Steamed Atlantic salmon w/ steamed zucchini, capsicum w/capers, onion and lemon.
Snacks etc: Apple slices w/ nut butter, dehydrated veggie "crackers" with cannellini bean and basil dip.

Last week my diet was not to great so im really trying to get back on the wagon. Im pleased with today.

Baby kale salad + chopped (cooked) beets + feta cheese + chopped walnuts. I let the kale sit in the dressing for a few minutes to wilt the leaves before tossing with the other ingredients. Delicious!

I've been trying those 'green' juices to do some of that,^ I like veggies but I don't always get to grab some
I just had a hot dog & fresh cut fries, major guilt over that one.
Time to go to the gym already, ugh!
