Half an avocado with salt and lime for breakfast.
4oz bbq pork, 2oz potato salad and 2oz mac n cheese for lunch (I know because the restaurant serves 4oz meat as a small, 6oz as a large and the sides are all 4oz and I ate half)
Can of chicken soup for dinner.

Cooked veggies.. Broccoli, zucchini spinach and mushroom w/ hummus mixed in

Plain popcorn
couple almonds

Diet sprite

What kind of green tea do you all buy? Post links if you buy it from amazon... I'd love to find a good daily green tea (I usually drink Stash's organic green... it's pretty cheap and tastes good).

Blueberry green tea
Hubby cooked dinner baked chicken with dirty rice
A few bites of pineapple.

Here i have been drinking lipton, but i want to order the tea i used to drink in the uk made by twinings tea which they have here but don't sell the same flavours, im planning to buy on amazon

I didn't get Indian food.
I cooked roast chicken, lemony herby garlicky gravy, brown rice, roasted carrots.
Also lots of milk chocolate and jelly beans.

^I eat way too much sweet stuff.

Today wasn't so bad, I made a kind of cassoulet with butter beans and veg, had it with homemade rye bread with too much butter.

Haha, I normally don't eat that many sweets. In fact I usually eat very healthy foods which I cook for myself, like today I had a bowl of chicken veggie soup and plan to make baked salmon. Yesterday was probably one of the least healthy days I've had in years.

Yes.:yummy: I thought I was alone in this today. It kicks in and turns me into a person I don't even know. Hormonal carb kick..it always starts out so innocently.

Whatever I eat that month shows up in my skin when my period comes along. If I eat well, my skin glows. If I eat processed sugar (at any point during the month), my skin retaliates later. Ugh!!

Yesterday:

Half a slice Whole Foods barbecue chicken pizza
Grass fed beef burger with slice of aged cheddar, no bun, 1/4c homemade potato salad as a treat
Tuna with relish and a tsp of mayo
Handful raspberries

Today so far!

Tuna with cheddar melted on top in a bowl
7oz coffee with 2 splenda and milk

Me too! Dairy is the worst I think. I've been kidding myself it's ok if it's organic but no, any dairy is just no good for me. I have a rosacea flare up now because of butter, cheese and ice cream over the past few weeks(and when I have butter I spread it thick because I love it so much). It'll be at least a week of clean eating and some hot yoga before it clears.

Today I ate:
Leftover Singapore noodles
Raspberry ice lolly
Egg on rye toast
Couple of squares dark chocolate
Salmon and avocado nigiri
Chicken salad
Milk chocolate mini Easter egg
Water/herb teas

Sigh. I had a hangover

Whole baked Flounder with chat potatos, Brocollini and Butter sauce
Hot Cacao with coco sugar, cream and milk.

Yet to have a mango, yoghurt and milk smoothie, and if I'm honest- some (lots) dark chocolate.

I've had hardly anything to eat today, doesn't bode well for later on tonight when a binge is imminent.

(I haven't been craving candy as much since I added meat back into my diet this month. yesterday ended the longest stretch i've gone without eating candy in years... about 2 weeks!)

Sipping on a crappy pinot noir while watching trashy Netflix (Revenge) and stretching / foam rolling. The nice thing about crappy pinot noirs is that they're very cheap but still drinkable - I went with Yellow Tail today. Other varietals (e.g. cabernets) tend to be undrinkable for me when they're low-quality.
