Carrot and kale juice
2 eggs in coconut oil
Apple and handful of almonds
Blueberries
Rye toast with peanut butter and jam
Roast chicken, roast potatoes, brown rice, salad
Small tub of vanilla ice cream
Mint tea, Water

All of y'all eat so little and so healthy!
Breakfast: white rice, pancit, sisig, chocolate meat
Lunch: jack in the box tacos and french fries
Snack: odwalla orange/carrot juice
Dinner: 2 small ham and cheese sandwiches
I go through phases where I eat healthy and I eat like shit. Right now it's the shit eating phase :D

I'm the same way too. I'm eating healthy and exercising lately because it's summer and I like looking good in my bikinis, but when winter gets here I eat more and not so healthy.

Breakfast: Organic bullet proof "mocha" coffee.
Lunch: Mexican grilled chicken salad.
Dinner: Grilled garlic prawns and zucchini.
Snacks etc: organic pop corn, green tea with lemon.

Chinese Hunan shrimp and an iced americano. The portion size was so huge I ate it for every meal and there's still some left over.

Lunch: Little mash-up plate of gf falafel, organic veggie sticks and spicy hummus dip and white wine.
Din dins: Spicy organic chicken and wild rice soup.
Snakcs: Banana, green tea.

Breaky: Half an organic avocado, AVC in warm water.
Lunch: Organic fruit salad with chia seeds, honey and Greek yoghurt.
Dinner: Mediterranean seafood and vegetable stew.
Snacks: Salt and Vinegar popcorn om nom nom and a lot of organic green tea with lemon.

Breakfast - veggie omelet including fresh picked peppers from my garden ; decaf coffee ; bran muffin and a cup of berries ( blue , raspberries , strawberries and blackberries ).
Lunch - Fresh veggie juice - tomato , carrot , celery , watercress , spinach and beet. Water with lemon
Dinner - wild caught salmon filet sautéed with white wine and Dijon mustard ; fresh salad from my garden ( romaine , endive , escarole , parsley , tomato , carrots, red cabbage and scallions ; steamed spinach.

I ate like a freaking pig :/ but I'm also struggling with bulimia :/ I had a banana, nutrigrain bar, and vegan latte for breakfast, marysgone crackerrs (vegan) crackers and egg free and dairy free pretzels and gaucomle,another nutrigrain bar, then I got home from work and had 3 more nutrigrain bars, some quinoa and kale, rice cakes with pb2, skinny pop... I need to start going to the gym. are there any strippers struggling with eating disorders here?

I ate and drank too much the last couple of days I feel queasy and nauseous. Margaritas, beer, Jack and coke, bourbon and coke, BBQ chicken, fajitas, sausage in a flour tortilla. I'm dehydrated, my body is craving water.

Have you ever noticed the raunchier a fish smells the better it tastes? Bluefish smells like 2 week unwashed pussy but it tastes so good!

Yesterday: i ate blueberries all day long probably over 5 lbs of them.
Today:
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, sauted kale
Lunch time: irish butter,( shamefull) white bread, latte with carob powder.
Dinner: i made a sandwich with a fried pork, sweet potato and cilantro.

I've been obsessed with red potatoes lately. Microwaved and smashed with olive oil, salt & pepper, and greek yogurt on top.
I guess potatoes are considered high-glycemic, and I'm aware that they're a 'white food' (generally lower in antioxidants and whatnot). But they're extremely filling and extremely satisfying. And they don't make me break out despite being rated on the higher end of the glycemic scale. Shrugs.

Dinner: Grilled steak, org. steamed veggies (beetroot, asparagus and carrots). I rarely eat red meat....it was so good lol!
Snacks: org. carrot sticks with caramelized sweet potato dip, handful of strawberries, a lot of org. green tea.
Today:
Breaky: Bulletproof coffee, a berry, banana, honey and chia seed smoothie.
Lunch: Org. chia seed "crackers", org. coconut "chocolate" butter topped with banana and strawberries.
Dinner: Steamed Atlantic salmon, org. vegetables.
Snacks: Org apple and green tea, natural popcorn om nom nom.
^I'm committed to loosing weight before my Birthday, but I still have some loose dietary ends to tie up...like forcing myself to have breakfast and locking up the carbs and wine :'(.

I find carbs are easier to avoid when I eat low salt. Something about salt makes carbs go in at 10x the speed. I'm a potato fiend any day, but without salt I eat less and don't get as bloated. Popcorn is my enemy there, so I've replaced it with corn cakes (like rice cakes, but corn, and taste of popcorn without salt).

Morning: pre breakfast. 1 cup of goat kefir, 1 sopon of turmeric, flaxseed oil, coconut oil, chia seeds.
Breakfast bacon, sauted kale, mushrooms, sweet potato fried in fat, eggs. Big fatty dish
Lunch: same as pre breakfast
Dinner something fatt!
I avoid carbs and yay i have no problems with energy and sugar! I lost 4 lbs in a week!

2 Bananas and 2 Peaches between meals. I do not eat Red Meat and avoid Carbs.

I also had pomegranate and blueberry juice, a handful of strawberries and lot of org. green tea with lemon and ginger...I feel a sniffle coming on :(.

I use Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice as a salad dressing I have given up all other kinds of dressings.
