Has anyone tried "Simply Cranberry Cocktail"? I love the refreshing taste, but it's a tad sweet, so I diluted it with some Italian sparkling mineral water. Still very good.

Has anyone tried "Simply Cranberry Cocktail"? I love the refreshing taste, but it's a tad sweet, so I diluted it with some Italian sparkling mineral water. Still very good.
I used to get the unsweetened one from Whole Foods.

Breakfast: nada (I sometimes skip)
Lunch: 1 chicken kebab, mushroom risotto with tons of cremini and other assorted mushrooms
Snack: strawberries
Dinner: salad with cucumber, grape tomatoes, red pepper, carrots, avocado, and olive oil. brie-filled ravioli and some chipotle chicken meatballs covered with low-fat havarti cheese
Snack: green grapes, tea with organic honey, oat balls (quick oats, peanut butter, honey rolled together and frozen for 5-10 mins)

I had McDonald's Chicken Nuggets. I haven't had them in years. When i was a kid, I had all the time. I really don't know why I liked them so much. The guy I'm seeing bought a happy meal for his daughter. I didn't say anything at the time, but if I stay in the picture that's going to change. I believe kids need to be taught how to eat healthy. She can have treats on occasion, but little her body and brain are developing and she needs healthy food to help that along. Listen to me, I sound like uptight mom.

Meal 3 (eating now) citrus salad and walnuts and almonds

My diet hasn't been great since going out of town and thinking I was potentially going to stay for a funeral.
Today I had a big ass bowl of mac and cheese and have just slept my day which I freaking hate. Drank some redline and will be working out soon then having something healthy lol.
I need to get myself out of this funk!
I think Easter candy fucked me up. I ate like an entire small bag of bite sized kit kats in my sleep. PFFFFFT!!!!!!

This thread is motivating. I've never heard of like half the food posted but it makes me want to learn lol. and be healthier.
Today I had a salad with mozz. cheese, cheddar cheese, microwaved grilled chicken, ranch and croutons. But you know, it had lettuce in it, so I felt healthy. ha

Disgusting "Simply Nature" chocolate chip energy bar. Tastes like dirt..woke up from a nap and ate the whole thing. No clue why.

Made a quick gazpacho in my food processor. Tomatoes, garlic, roasted red peppers, balsamic, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, cumin, cayenne, black pepper, and 2% yogurt. Just stuff I had on hand! Was surprisingly good.

Left over Smokey Refried Bean Soup (http://www.ayearofslowcooking.com/2008/03/crockpot-smoky-refried-bean-soup-recipe.html) with extra corn, tomatoes, carrots, and double/three times the amount of hot sauce for some extra bite.
Couple slices of homemade bread (to counter the aforementioned "extra bite")

I skiied today, and at the edge of my skill level. I stuffed my face.
Prebreakfast: mini bowl of Alpen no sugar added museli with 2% milk
Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled with some leftover roasted potatoes, a small chunk of dense bread and butter, microgreens, coffee with cream
Late lunch: (Irish pub) 20oz beer, pretzels dipped in cheese sauce, pork lettuce cup things with shredded veggies
Post-nap: coffee with cream, two TJ's Joe's O's
Dinner: 2 glasses of sancerre, 3 jumbo bacon-wrapped scallops with maple cream sauce, a hunk of bread with butter, a bunch of broccolini
I love how I can eat and eat and eat on ski trips and not gain weight.
My cut starts on Monday, blaaaaahhhh

Three seed butters on rice cakes, pear and an orange at breakfast. Some raw pork and bacon while I was making meatballs just now, which I know has a risk, but it just tastes so good and so far I've never had food poisoning from raw meats <touch wood>.
Also I have discovered sheese and am having a day off from it after literally gorging for two days. A cheese without any lactose? That hits every damn cheese center in my brain? With great mouth feel to boot? That will not give me reflux, stomach cramps or acne? And around a hundred calories a serving lower? Thank you, god of vegan foods, for making something so good!
Cookies chocolate candy and roman noodles. Yeah I feel the shame. I haven't worked once since Friday either
