Just finished eating a salad and an orange. I'm going to try to eat fruits, veggies, seeds, and nuts all day as I heard it reduces cramps

prozac KILLS my appetite so I've had to remind myself to eat lately.

Today all I've had is 5 slices of salami and a few bites of cheesy rice. and coffee with lots of creme brulee creamer yum.

off to make myself eat more

Coffee, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 8oz glass of swamp looking Superfood power.. I chose a flavor that ended up being pretty nasty than the previous, tastes like Twizzlers mixed with mud water. :yuck:

What superfood powder do you normally get?

For me:
Couple crackers and four slices of pepperoni/cheese, plus a Kind granola bar while at the club
And then when I actually got home and could eat real food, , which is surprisingly good. I had my doubts, especially for the whole "500 degrees" thing. I was sure I was going to find a lump of charcoal in my oven when it was time to pull it out. Apparently cooking it at 320 works just as well, though, you just need to keep it in longer. Will probably do that next time.

all this food 1,340 calories .. :O

B: 2 Hard boiled eggs
2/3 cup Pumpkin flax granola cereal and special k w 1cup coconut almond milk

L: 1 Cup of organic broccoli soup
1 Can of sardines
1can tuna with light mayo and diced celery on flatbread crackers

S: Half a avocado (guacamole) with cucumbers and celery and baby carrots

D: 10 Shrimp & broccoli

Lemon water, oolong tea

... I eat a lot

So far:

Ate too much rich food yesterday and woke up craving vegetables for breakfast. I made a salad of mixed leaves, oven-crisped kale, and tomatoes, topped with a dressing I threw together from houmus, ACV, olive oil, and a dash each of soy sauce and pomegranate molasses.

Now I'm having a gluten-free bagel with a couple squares of dark chocolate stuffed inside (breakfast dessert).

I'm all over the place. I made Korean egg bread for brunch for the first time which was amazing.......and now I'm making s'mores dip(when you just layer the chocolate and marshmallows in a pot, roast it in the oven and then dip the graham crackers into it). I'm really going to start eating better starting tomorrow I swear.

Adding more fat into my diet has cut my appetite in half. It's so crazy!

I made lobster and shrimp ceviche for lunch, made a bowl of cream of wheat which was my first time having it in like 20 years....and it sucked. I had steak, a lobster tail and steamed string beans drenched in garlic butter for dinner and an apple for 'dessert.' And some nasty blackberries from Trader Joe's.

Yesterday I had a cheeky breakfast at the farmers market; potato rösti with poached egg and a piece of short cut bacon
8 oz flat white with cardamom & honey

No lunch

I went to a birthday in the evening...and the birthday girl's mum is an amazing cook, she came over and made these insanely good prawn accras (http://www.caribbeangreenliving.com/prawn-accras/) which are possibly the best thing I have ever eaten!
Also, garden salad with fish and 2 ciders. Not a brilliant day food wise, but got some exercise in, so perhaps not too bad.


Today:

Breakfast: French press filter coffee with a dash of whole milk & ginger honey
Garden salad with crumbed fish (oven baked)

Lunch: More garden salad with a lentil patty. Yummm.

Those wafer cookie things that come in vanilla, strawberry and chocolate(threw out the strawberry ones.....yucky), made a lobster and white cheddar omelet, made raspberry fools, more shrimp and lobster ceviche.

Bow tie pasta, with balsamic dressing on top, a whole avocado chopped up on top.
( i eat cold so i let sit in the fridge for an hour.
One cup of coffee
2 cups of green tea.

I forgot to do mine yesterday(this thread keeps me on track): I had a spinach, mushroom, parmesan and shallot omelet, a Thai-style steak and string bean stir fry and a big piece of pie from a pie I made. It was a key lime pie but I used lemons instead of key limes.

Coffee, more coffee. Eggs with an avocado, fresh mango salsa, black beans that I made in my crock pot, fresh tomato, green bell pepper, and caramelized onions. Two Danishes and a chocolate swirl cake. Damn you Starbucks day job, damn you. I'd be so thin if I didn't work there. My diet is so clean but when I'm riding the cotton pony it is next to impossible to keep the entire pastry menu out of my mouth.

Yesterday I was so damn busy I didn't have time to eat until 6pm, I ate the last little bit of my lemon pie because it was the only thing I had in my house that was already made. Then I had sauteed string beans with steak and shrimp in a wine/cream-sauce. Then I made these lemon cake things from scratch and glazed them with lemon icing from scratch and OMG they are one of the best things I've ever made. So yeah that was yesterday.
