Yesterday I had my go-to omelette, I made tiger cry steak for dinner(I think it's supposed to be a Thai dish), and I made a chocolate souffle for dessert. Today I had 5 fried chicken drumsticks, I'm making shrimp ceviche for 'dinner' and I think I'm going to make strawberry fool for dessert.

Yesterday I was running around with my friend all day and we treated our mouths like trashcans and it was amazing. I started off with kreplach and french toast, then at some point a cappuccino and tonsssssss of candy and then a sundae at Haagen Dazs for dinner(caramel cone ice cream with hot fudge and caramel on top).

When I get enough fat (+healthy variety of foods) in my diet, I don't crave sugar. I used to be the type who would go back for seconds on dessert, and now I forget about it entirely.

Oatmeal with high protein almond milk and an apricot, a few crackers, plain whey powder in water...
Half a bottle of pinot noir and some delicious fucking fettuccine carbonara. I'm gonna make chocolate souffle for hubby and I, but I'm not sure I'll have more than a bite or two.

Lentils with whole wheat bread (I usually don't eat bread, but I had to eat something soft b/c wisdom teeth extraction a few days ago)

^^^Mmmmmmmmmm. I think I end up unintentionally intermittently fasting most days, it's funny because a few years ago I was experimenting with i.f. and ever since then I hate eating early in the day. I don't know how the habit has lasted so long but ever since then I have no appetite in the morning, I don't eat till lunch.

Lately, I've been snacking on apple wedges and a heaping teaspoon of natural peanut butter. Also snacking on a handful of unsalted pretzel sticks with an Italian water with crushed fruit (any I have on hand, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries) chaser.
Dinner included 2 piece fried lake trout hot sauce and a handful of popcorn shrimp and a side of fries

I made this smoothie yesterday and today. Sooo yummy Turmeric Smoothie Recipe Ingredients:
For these ingredients, try and use organic as much as possible. Also try not to substitute actual milk for hemp or coconut milk. If you need, you can try almond milk as well.
1 cup hemp or coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
1 fresh banana
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric (can be increased to 1 tsp)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon maca (optional)
Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Try to drink this smoothie in the morning before you have anything to eat. It’s a solid way to start your day and pack your body full of antioxidants.
