Yesterday was

- Multigrain hot cereal w/ banana, agave, blueberries, and raw almonds
- Spinach & mint salad w/ feta, tomato, broccoli, and chicken - lemon hummus dressing
- 3.5oz NY strip steak w/ roasted asparagus and baked sweet potato fries
- Coffee + flax milk
- Red grapes

1/2 cup quick oats w a banana
6 pieces of these gluten free brownie bites at my vanilla job
Sliced apple w 1 tsp natural peanut butter
1 cup tomato, cucumber & spinach salad (no dressing)
3 oz baby carrots w/ 1 tsp hummus
McDonalds double cheeseburger
McDonalds medium fry
McDonalds 4p chicken nuggets
Mcdonalds medium Diet Coke
McDonalds 3 chocolate chip cookies
4 pieces of toast w banana & Nutella

Not great but I'm trying :S I burn about 3,000 calories a day between work and working out so I tend to either eat too little or eat too much.

Dinner was vegetarian butter chicken. I used cauliflower instead of chicken with rice and beans. Had cherry tomatoes as an app.

Bone broth.

Costco finally started carrying it in my region! Organic chicken bone broth. I heat it up in a mug and add salt, pepper, and granulated garlic. Delicious on a cool day. The protein and liquid make it oddly filling. LOVE!

Today is pig out day: went out for brunch , had eggs benedict with tomatoes and avacodo and roasted potatoes and a cafe latte. Later some perogies with fried onions and sour cream, cole slaw and some cheese

Lunch was a canned salmon sandwich mixed with mayo and fresh garlic, and I used gluten free bread and the bread was actually good.

Breakfast: kind bar, 4 shots of espresso w/ splash of almond milk.
Protein shake with 1 1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup pb2, unsweetened almond milk & stevia

Lunch:
3cups Pinot grigio
1 shot vodka
1/4 lb candied cinnamon pecans small cup mac & cheese topped with pulled pork. (Went to an nfl game so went a little crazy lol.)

My healthy smoothie in the morning, organic coffee with almond milk and a bit of maple syrup.later had pureed leek potato soup and a whole frozen mushroom pizza and a coffee crisp chocolate bar for desert then later on a banana

I had to go to the dollar store and found a container of hummus for a buck. I rarely trust food from the dollar store but it was made in Turkey and the ingredients were simple and natural so I bought it. Was actually delish. At the grocery store hummus sells for way more than a buck.I think I'll be buying more of this surprisingly good dollar store hummus

Breakfast: honey mustard kind bar

3 shots of espresso, splash of almond milk

Lunch: protein banana shake with 6 tbsp chocolate pb2, 2 tbsp pea protein powder, 4 dates, almond milk & 3 frozen bananas & 1/4 cup raw organic old fashioned oatmeal.

Snack: I pack mixed nuts

Dinner: 1 packet seasoned tuna
1/2 plate of homemade seasoned broiled veggies (cauliflower, zucchini & portobello slices.)

Breakfast was: cup organic raw oatmeal with almond milk, 2 tbsp pb2, 2 tbsp almond butter

3 shots of espresso, splash of almond milk.
Lunch: 2 bananas, 3 kind bars, 2 dates

Dinner was leftover broiled veggies, grits with smart balance & salt, marinated baked tofu with chipotle hot sauce.

Dessert was 1/3 cup oatmeal, almond milk, pb2 and 2 tbsp almond butter & stevia.

A bunch of pickles and also the garlic cloves I had put in the pickle jar. Now I am eating an avocado with lemon and a little salt. I know it's unhealthy, I just don't care!

That's sounds really healthy to me. Avocados and garlic are some of the best foods to eat and they're so yummy

Yes, but a lot of sodium today and also the late night eating. I have no blood pressure issues so I can "get away with it" but I can't eat like this long-term. Avocados and pickled cucumbers are not bad but solely these two things are not a great diet. Just made a new jar of pickles, they are too damn tasty.

I'm a salt lover myself. I get the pink himalayan crystal salt. Apparently it's better than white salt, less sodium and more minerals. I put in on everything lol. I can't help it

I found a bag of organic broccoli coleslaw at Walmart I mixed it up with some organic mayo and it was sooo good. Had it with canned pink salmon and some tomatoes and hummus on the side. Green tea and a banana and after my green smoothie.
