Yesterday, I had my heart truly set on having Zaxby's but they were closed. My heart was so broken. So we had to go with Dairy Queen! Which if you haven't had their ice cream cones, they are fucking delicious as fuck. AND big!
Today: Scrambled eggs, sausage links, toast with a YooHoo. Pretty good start.

Breakfast burrito. Whole - wheat tortilla, scrambled eggs, sharp cheddar, and hot sauce. I scramble the eggs and set them aside, then put a tortilla in the bottom of the hot pan, sprinkle some cheese on top, add the eggs on top of the cheese, and douse it all in hot sauce. Fast, cheap, filling, satisfying, delicious.

Ginger tea, greek yogurt, lots of water all throughout the day, Chinese food(bad, I know but it was free!!), green tea, 1 tbsp of acid cider vinegar in water(does great at killing my appetite), baked chicken, and spinach. I thought I had gotten rid of all sugary junk in my cupboard until low and behold I found 2 Hersheye kisses hidden on the top shelf. They are now r.i.p. in my belly, lol.

So... last night I got off work and went to the convenience store. I bought cheetos, a king-size caramello, and chocolate ice cream (didn't eat the whole pint of ice cream at least). CAN I BOUNCE BACK FROM THIS?? UGH!

Finally figured out my favorite matcha preparation.
Use fine - mesh tea strainer. Put matcha powder into it - more or less depending on how concentrated you want the drink to be. Put strainer in cup. Pour cool water over strainer. Remove strainer. Drink with straw. No weird matcha floaties this way. The cool water prevents the matcha from oxidizing quickly. The flavor stays mild. Yum. Allows for multiple cups from whatever remains in the strainer each time.
I use one like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000I68NCS/ref=mp_s_a_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1494188572&sr=8-11&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65

Okay, I'm jumping back on the green smoothie bandwagon. I'd forgotten how awesome those are for your skin, dark circles, energy, etc. Why da fuq did I ever drop those from my diet?! Winter is no excuse! They're definitely easier in the summer, true, but... yeah. Critical. Decreasing gluten, increasing greens..

Matcha. So much matcha.
Cold - brewed is the way to go! Preparing it hot always made me feel like I was oxidizing it unnecessarily. Like, most tea you have to brew with warm/ hot water. But I highly prefer matcha cold/ cool.

I'm not super picky, and I buy cooking - grade instead of ceremonial grade, since I like to be able to drink it casually without worrying about the price.

I like this better than the one I got that's sponsored heavily on Amazon. I drink it cold, strained through a tea strainer. It's very mild in flavor, very easy to drink. Perfect for summer, now that my typical hot green teas are too warm for the season!

Leaving in vacation for the next 5 days. Luckily is at the seaside so I will eat lots of fresh seafood (I must be dumb to not take advantage of it since I have the seaside 6 hours drive-car away from me).
For the breakfast I am going to buy from grocery store: wholewheat bread, philadelphia cheese, some lean ham and tomaotes, so I can eat a breakfast right from my room (The villa doesn't have a restaurant). That way I won't fall in temptations to eat snacks shit. And lunch and dinner should be easy: fish soup, seafood, seafood and seafood again. Grilled, sauteed, baked.. nothing fried (maybe once or twice i will eat that too).
