I spent ages yesterday making a cottage pie to pop in the oven as soon as my bf got in from work. He then called me to say he was at our local bar, and would I needed to get my ass down there for beef and guiness pie with him. I declined and make homemade chicken nuggets for myself, but I'm still pissed off.
If he gets home and there's no dinner yet, he has a snack and ruins his appetite for when it is ready, but if I prepare something in good time then he doesn't come home :(
I can't win!!!

Yes they do work for me. Diet is the most effective part of weight control if that is what you are interested in. I drink it when I am in a hurry and my wife is not around to cook for me for some reason.

Ugh, today has been weird. I had to wake up SUPER early for a doctor's appointment, then decided to smoke weed and go to Target...so I bought a bag of chips, went home, ate damn near the entire thing, then passed out.

I might treat myself to some coconut curry lamb later tonight.

Tea. Was a gross kind though. :p

home made dairy free curry chicken salad.... with apples and walnuts

Recipe in case anyone is interested, anyone that has ever tried this loves it, you can ask Bobbia!

2 chicken breasts (bake them until cooked)
Veganaise (or any fake or real mayo)
Dijon mustard
2 handfuls of raw walnuts
2 honeycrisp apples
Muchi Curry powder (I like this better than regular curry because it's more complex and spicier)
3 stalks of celery

Chop, shred, or put chunks of chicken in food processor so it's in small pieces. I use the food processor, if you like bigger chunks in your salad, just cut it how you like it. Walnuts, apples, and celery all chopped finely, once again I use the food processor, each ingredient separately. Throw it all into a big bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of fake or real mayo. When using fake mayo, you can't use near as much as real mayo because it has a sharper, stronger flavor, different texture, and is much richer. You have to add the dijon mustard to give more wetness instead of using more fake mayo. Add curry powder, mix it all together, voila!

Pure protein, good macronutrient ratios (includes healthy fats and carbs), very healthy and filling, and the curry (curcumin) has amazing anti inflammatory cancer fighting benefits. Tastes better the next day....

Gained TEN lbs in Puerto Rico!!!!

Getting back on the Paleo/Primal Blueprint diet faster than Martin Lawrence got on the crack pipe...

Right now for breakfast I am having two poached eggs, half an avocado, and some crackers... I found these gluten free relatively cheap DELICIOUS crackers over at Whole Paycheck. These: http://www.amazon.com/Brown-Snaps-Tamari-Seaweed-3-5-Ounce/dp/B000F4D4DQ

For lunch I plan on having a can of sardines in water with more crackers and a small salad with just romaine lettuce and Organicville dairy free gluten free caesar dressing.

For dinner I plan on having sauteed vegetables (zucchini, snow peas, and bok choy with some crushed red pepper) with some chicken livers.

For a snack throughout the day the rest of that chicken salad.....

I'm back on it! It feels amazing to eat healthy and discipline yourself! Remember, nothing tastes as good as looking/being HOT feels!
