My boss took me to my favorite Panera for lunch. I had a Roasted Turkey, Apple & Cheddar Sandwich and we shared a Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad with Chicken.

Been making spicy seafood soups lately with corn on the cob cut up and cooked in there. Mexican fish soup and Brazilian Moquexa. I throw tortilla chips in like tortilla soup. You can even put a spoon if guacamole or sour cream. It's pretty low cal and low fat but still yummy. Make it with this frozen seafood mix I get at the Korean grocer.

I'm eating less because I am going to work for the first time next Friday! Today I had two coffees, one with milk and one without, no sugar, a pear, a sausage biscuit from McDonald's (I was with a friend), and a bowl of broccoli pork soup.

Hot water with lemon
Gluten free porridge with Xytoil sweetner with mashed banana and blue berries.
Lunch - German rye bread with soya margarine and salad.
Dinner - Steamed broccoli, shitake mushrooms and linda mcartney pulled chicken strips - gorgeous! but it's not gluten free :((
1.5 Litre of water.
I have read online that there was a study out of 10 women that drank 1.5 litres of water a day for 6 weeks and had less wrinkles on their face. So I am working on the water diet from today!

I've eaten like shit for the past week, mostly due to traveling and being down south in the land of homemade peach, apple, and pecan pies, bbq ribs, biscuits, grits, and Waffle House on every corner, lol. I have returned home and there are no sweets here. I had a protein shake for breakfast and ginger lemon tea. I had a spinach leaf salad for lunch with sunflower seeds, tomatoes, black olives, and chicken breast strips in it. I've felt sick and shaky since but I think it's because I've been eating so many carbs and junk food lately and I've not had any sweets today. I'm craving some cookies so bad! Sweets and junk food withdrawal lol

wanted to update on my progress:
i am down 7lb! i still have my cheats and screw up, but my overall eating habits have been much better lately. i have started to incorporate a little more exercise in my routine, trying to work into it.
so happy! it really is possible without too much deprivation :P ( as i eat sherbert...lol)

Lean protein burger, grilled chicken wrap with lots of veggies, 200 cal bag of Swedish fish. Down a few pounds already. I fucked up when I went on like a Week long wine bender. :/ gotta work this shit off

Was down another 3 pounds but I think it might because I was super dehydrated from drinking all day and not eating... but this week was still a success because it looks like I lost 1 1/2 or 2 pounds. :)

I’ve only had breakfast so far today; a banana, 2 clementine oranges, and 2 pieces of cinnamon swirled toast. And a bottle of water (I don’t drink coffee or milk, if I ever have juice I water it down so the ratio juice to water is 25/75).

-Apple cider vinegar shot w/ turmeric and black pepper, plus a little coconut water to kill the taste of the ACV
-2 cups of black coffee
-Green salad w/ cherry tomatoes, beets, and vinaigrette
-Tofu steaks with mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, garlic, spinach and cherry tomatoes. I cooked with soy sauce and liquid smoke to give it more flavor. There's definitely an art to cooking tofu.
-LOTS of water

Went to Cracker Barrel this morning with my boss and ate way too much.
Coffee, 2 eggs over medium, half a pork chop, grits, some fried apples, some hash-brown casserole and I helped myself to some of his pancakes. I'm stuffed and I can barely walk, but it was oh so good.

Never had grits with goat cheese, I'm going to try it.
I just add a little smidge of sugar to grits. I really like the texture of grits.

The day was good until the end...then I fucked up. Lol. I had a banana, a chicken ham and cheese sandwich with homemade leek soup, and lots of water.....but then I had 10 chewy chip ahoy cookies. I’m gonna blame that one on hormones, as my period is starting in the next few days so I craved cookies. I have no self control when my period is near.

In the last 2 months I ate only crap, uuhhhh, I kinda had a 50- 50 balance between good food and crap food :))
So, lately I started to eath healthy again and exercise. I didn't give up on a nice cak from sweet shop, but... it's fine, at least I don't eat before sleep.
Soooo I found a great "trick" to eat healthy during work and no need to pickup unhealthy snacks. Crock Pot cream soups! Actually I had the crockpot for 2 years but I haven't thought about this, till one day when I was really hungry and wanted something healthy on- the go and in a store I found some cream soups that could be ate cold as well. I have read the ingredients list (actually saved and took it home and took pics to the other types of soups for variety) and they really had only veggies and seasonings. And I was like... wtf?? I have a slow cooker and not using it for THIS???
Aaaand Yes! Now
I just throw in there veggies (i take care to include beans and lentils), let them in the crockpot and when is done, stir the hand blender in and that's it. I have a nice cream soup that I can eat it cold too. I just put it in a big jar and sip from it, like I am sipping from a shake ;D8)
Today I ate a banana, some grilled chicken and guacamole with toast and... of course, beans and veggies cream soup.
Oh and... a choclate cake slice :))).
