They're awesome! My favorite is the PB & cookies flavor. They also released a non-dairy version of Cherry Garcia that I'm dying to try

My brother is visiting from college so I took him to our favorite dive bar. Their steaks tips are out of this world. Enjoyed it with fresh cut fries & pickled peppers. Washed it down with some pumpkin ale. Satisfying as fuck.

I'm doing intermittent fasting now. So I plan on eating only once a day.
Today was Terra vegetable chips dipped in hummus, Amy's black bean tamale verde dinner, and some skittles. Edit: I also ate a few pieces of almond dark chocolate bark thins.
I ate all of that in one sitting, and it made me feel so full and like my stomach is huge. I should try to eat less during my one meal a day, but baby steps.

I made these for my little brother this evening. (Little brother, HA!, he's taller and bigger than I am. Well just brother.) They turned out pretty good, except they're hard like hockey pucks when they cool, but he didn't complain. Lol! I have to figure out how to make them less crunchy. :O

^^Elektra, it sounds like there isn't enough fats/eggs. You have 17+ cups dry to 2 cups of butter and 4 eggs. The recipe slowpoke linked is ~4 cups dry to 1 cup pb, 1 cup butter and 2 eggs, so its almost the same amount of fats/oil that you used but much less dry. Your hydration is way off so that is why they are dry. Your recipe is about 17% hydration, where as the one from allrecipes is about 50%.
Thanks, what do think if I cut the dry ingredients in half?

Its cold here, and I am in the mood to cook, so I have homemade chili in the crockpot.
OMG!, I can't stop thinking about food. It's kind of cold and I'm going to get a bowl of chicken soup from Chik-Fil-A because it's close by. It's not chili, but it's hot and delicious.
There are not a good authentic Tex-Mex restaurants where I live.

All this chili talk in here.....it's funny because I'm eating vegetarian chili mixed with Spanish rice right now. So good.
Earlier I had mini pretzels dipped in hummus, raspberry lemonade, and a bowl of granola cereal with soy milk.
Also had some Moser Roth dark mint chocolate. Moser Roth is the best dark chocolate I ever had in my life. I get it at Aldi's.
