Saw donut place on way to salon, it's been there 40 years!

It was a splurgy day in money and calories but I've been really good with food for weeks.

a cookie dough protein bar, a tabbouleh and hummus wrap, cottage cheese with applesauce on top(sounds and looks gross but it tastes good), mozzarella balls with basil and cherry tomatoes, and a chocolate protein shake because I'm craving chocolate like crazy.

Feeling weird as just started my period, I had 2 boiled eggs, Chinese dumplings and died rice,will make some tea soon too with some chocolate.

My supervisor took me to me to late breakfast. I had two over medium eggs, two slices of crispy bacon and two slices French toast. OMG!!! the French toast was out of this world! Second day of eating right and it's already down the tubes. Oh well, start again from here. Day one of eating right, I had....

2 canned peaches for "breakfast", 1/4 cup peanuts for lunch (a big lunch, for me!).
Strawberries as a snack in the afternoon.
Shepherd's pie for dinner with microwaved veggies, followed by a weird cookie thing for desert along with more strawberries. A small bag of junk food and a small chocolate bar later in the evening.

Today I've done good. Warm apples and oatmeal so far .
On the road lately .... not so good ( we are talking cheeseburgers / fries / a bunch of mexican food ).
Oh well ... I'll eat light the next few days and hope for the best.

That cake sounds good, I have been eating bad with husband home on leave but plan to get get healthy again. Today are nachos and just had tropical green tea and dark mint chocolate. I had a Starbucks pumpkin spice latte the other day my first coffee in ages and was not impressed I'm so into lose leaf tea with matcha now. A few years ago I drank Starbucks all the time.

^ Ha, my excuse every day this week. Blackberry Greek yogurt, veggie soup, chicken strips, french fries with garlic Parmesan cheese, and homemade peanut butter cookies. They were seriously the easiest peanut butter cookies that I've ever made: 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of sugar, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
