I had pistachios, almonds, black and blue berries for breakfast with an adaptogenic mushroom tea. Then I had a chocolate protein shake, and made a cashew sauce pasta with kelp noodles, squash and asparagus :)

Today was hot water with beef gelatin collagen with Manuka honey.
Smoothie of blueberries, banana, maca powder, Greek yogurt , soy milk and honey.
Egg whites omelet with Turkey bacon and plantains.
Dinner is chicken breast and rice and veggies.

So far today:

2 cups coffee, 5 tablespoons caramel macchiato creamer, cup of green tea with tablespoon raw honey.

3 large asparagus spears and 2 cups of power greens lightly fried in a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 2 ounces of canned wild pink salmon, and half large avocado.

cup of tangerine positive energy tea with tablespoon of raw honey, 40 ounces water.

Lunch: 2 ounces of whole grain spaghetti with parmesan pasta sauce, 20 ounces of water.

Also have had 2 cups of green tea with raw honey.

I love it when you order a pizza and the pepperonis are cooked just right and form little cup shapes and the edges are crispy and the cheese is kinda toasted. Sooo good!!!

Haha, it was like that last night. A guy I used to spend a lot of time with came over to watch a movie. We are both into fitness and he was like "I'm hungry." I said "I can make a super healthy lean meal." He said "No way, let's get pizza!"

Anyway, the pizza was sooooo damn good and the pepperonis were just like that. It's good to be bad sometimes.

I'm well thanks. I plan to start eating right this week. I'm not putting on a lot of weight, but I want to increase my energy level. I'm hoping my doctor will clear me to start exercising again too.

Good to hear! And that is the main reason I eat pretty clean: energy. I eat high protein AM and afternoon to have lots of energy to cam. It does work. When do you find out if you're cleared?

Breakfast: cup of coffee with caramel macchiato creamer, cup of green tea, 40 ounces of water, and a banana.

Lunch: 4 spears thin asparagus, 2 cups power greens, half large avocado, and an egg all lightly fried in a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil plus 20 ounces of water oh and a cup of green tea with raw honey.

How does that tea taste ?

I got it from the health food store, I forgot what brand it was, but it tasted like root beer! It was actually really good. Sugar free too.

I haven't eaten yet today, but yesterday I had two bananas, and a mango for breakfast, tofu scramble with hashbrowns and veggie sausage AND veggie bacon for lunch, and beans and rice and tortillas and salsa from a Mexican place for dinner.

Banana & 2 cuties, cup of herbal tea & raw honey, 20 ounces water.

2 ounces whole grain pasta, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, & pink Himalayan salt plus 20 ounces water, cup of green tea with raw honey.

20 ounces water, glass of red wine.

I hardly had an appetite today until after my cam shift:

Breakfast: cup of coffee with caramel macchiato creamer, cup of green tea with raw honey, 20 ounces water.

Lunch: 2 cuties, a banana, cup of green tea with raw honey, and 20 ounces water.

Snack: banana and cutie

Dinner: 2 pieces chicken quesadilla, small serving rice and refried beans, 1 glass of red wine, 20 ounces water

A protein shake, a grilled cheese sandwich, 2 bowls of chicken lemon rice soup, a cheesestick, cashews, pineapple slices, a piece of baked salmon, a pizza calzone and brownies. I can't seem to stay full today. Pms cravings, I guess. It's ok because once hell week arrives I'll be too nauseated to eat for a few days.

I found Beyond meat hamburger patties at the grocery store. Bought some buns and made an amazing hamburger at home, I have not had a real meat burger in years but this tasted so close to real meat

^^ Same here. It makes it easy to calorie count, but fuck...I'd like variety.

Today was a good day.

Breakfast: banana, coffee, green tea with raw organic honey.

Lunch: 2 eggs sunny side up on flaxseed slice of bread.

Dinner: veggie spaghetti, pasta sauce with parmesean cheese, and a cup of power greens.

Water: 75 ounces
