Pan fried rainbow trout with green salad with avocado.
Now I want gelato.

banana nut granola cereal with almond milk, a spinach leaf salad with cilantro avocado dressing, cashews and almonds, pan fried flounder in lemon, garlic, butter, and dill sauce with shrimp, garlic and olive oil couscous, broccoli, smoked oysters, and a roasted seaweed snack. I'm craving seafood bad today.

Breakfast: caramel macchiato coffee, 2 cups power greens & can of sardines in Louisiana Hot Sauce lightly fried in 2 tblspn of extra virgin olive oil, & 40 oz water.
Lunch: positive energy & green tea with organic raw honey, veggie spaghetti with 1 cup power greens, salmon, & 20 oz water.
Dinner: 5 oz salmon, whole medium avocado, topped with avocado ranch dressing, & 20 oz water.
Winding down now with cup Kava tea with organic raw honey.

Frozen brownies. The plan was to bake and freeze them so I can take them out individually to defrost maybe a couple of times a week like a normal person. I didn't realise they're edible almost straight out of the freezer. I'm feeling depressed so I succumbed. Sigh

today I have had strawberries, whole wheat wrap with avocado, kale, lettuce, cucumber/carrot slices, salad with bacon bits and animal crackers (I know this last one is no way to get very lean lol) and later I will eat an egg and pumpkin seeds

^ Garden of Life ones taste pretty good to me with almond milk but can be expensive.
I had pizza rolls for breakfast, a watermelon popsicle, whole wheat crackers with cheese, coconut chips, more pizza rolls(this baby frickin' loves pizza!), tortilla chips with cheese, and a bowl of apple cinnamon cereal for snack.

Lightly fried egg in coconut oil with mashed avocado breakfast sandwich. It was so simple but yummy
