Yesterday was pancakes chicken sausage and pumpkin spice latte.
Flounder with crab in white sauce with mash and Asian veggies. Naked oysters. Cocktails.

I finally got the 21 day fix containers, that I ordered!!! Ok, they are dupes, but it's the same.
I hate counting calories. Those containers will help me track my diet way better!! Wohoo!

I remember when i bought those! lol.
I got dupes, too, (don't have them anymore) and didn't even bother getting the dvd. Beachbody used to get all my money.

I made a member purchase a 1 year subscription for me hahaha :))) I never tried this portion control thing, so it's gonna be exciting and easier than calorie counting, i think :)

I've been eating quick oats not only for breakfast, but as a snack at night. I really enjoy the texture and flavor of oatmeal. Plus, it warms you up on cold days.

I ate 4 hot dogs. Each on a piece of wheat bread with a slice swiss cheese (2 of the dogs)., the other two had american cheese. Bbq chips and a glass of lemonade.
And thats all i ate for the day.
