Day 2 of Danish Diet. I skipped breakfast, because I overslept, being hungry :))) Breakfast was 1 cup of coffee anyway.
Lunch: ham and yoghurt
Dinner: beef steak with lettuce

Day 3 of Danish diet:

Breakfast- 1 cup of coffee+ 1 tsp of brown sugar + 1 slice of toast (Finalllyy!!! it wast the tastiest shit ever hahaha).
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs+ 1 slice of ham+ lettuce
Dinner: Boiled cellery root+ cherry tomatoes+ 1 apple.

Day 4 of danish diet- I am feeling much better. I could even do a workout!

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar + 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 200 ml orange juice + 1 can of natural yogurt
Dinner: 1 hard-boiled egg + 1 carrot + 1 cup fresh cheese (shredded the carrot and chopped the egg and mixed it with the cheese)

I have been going through a bout of insomnia and it's made me crave sugar so much - I started off OK but by middle of the day went off the rails and had a really bad day eating-wise.
First off as I was tasting a lot of random food from my friends cookery class and then because I gave in to the sugar demons.

Green juice
Porridge with coconut yogurt and brazil nuts
Roast chicken, shoestring fries, cauliflower gratin, ratatouille, rice pilaf, braised lentils
3 chocolate cupcakes
8 dark chocolate and ginger cookies
Water to wash it down (LOL)

Gonna have a sugar hangover in the morning - ugh

I'm cooking some tuna chilli to freeze for the increasingly likely isolation period so will have a small bowl for 'quality control'.

I'm also freezing the soup, and am going to make a red Thai chicken curry, some red lentil dhal, and an overnight slow cooker bone broth.

Breakfast: one waffle and one orange.
Lunch: two bowls of scalloped potatoes
Dinner: lemon/pepper/butter glazed salmon with asparagus and two biscuits

Had a few cups of ginger tea and a couple glasses of wine throughout the day, too. For snacks I had a couple handfuls of goldfish crackers and a few fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. I had been really sick due to anxiety and lost a lot of weight, so I'm really happy my appetite is back!

- water+ lemon+ honey
- 1 tsp of vegan nutella for energy, because I workout on empty stomach
- 1 rice cake with veggie spread for post workout breakfast (I am usually eating 2, but I wasn't too hungry)
- on lunch I had veggies and rice and some parmesan grated (this is my biggest meal of the day, so I am eating pretty consistent)
- for dinner I have to choose between veggies salad or fruits salad (or smoothie)

- 1 teaspoon of vegan nutella for energy before the morning workout

- 2 full teaspoons of normal nutella+ licking the teaspoon clean (I'm on period and I'd eat the entire jar right now)
