2 boiled eggs for breakfast! I'm thawing some pork loin for dinner.. we'll see what I do with it.

Edited for dinner plans: Going to stuff the loin with homemade apple and onion dressing with a small mixed salad on the side.

This made me laugh charlie..lol

Seriously...when I watch what I eat too closely, I just end up freaking out and doing dumb shit with my diet. Better to pay attention to what my body is craving and channel it in a healthy direction.

I just ate steak and potatoes. And pistachios. A lot of pistachios.

I am trying to eat quick foods of late and those are very quick.

The time I was going to spend grocery shopping got spent instead on dealing with bedbugs, so:
-Oatmeal
-Blueberries (now I'm offically OUT)
-Hawianne Pita from Pita Pit (food court. Was disgusting but at least somewhat good for me)
-Pizza (Food court. Worked a double, was the only place open at 10PM in the otherwise closed mall)
-1 oz of cheese that I'm currently munching on. I'd rather eat something else, but I'm literally out of EVERYTHING.

I hate leaving grocery shopping till the last minute, but I'm working 60+ hour weeks, so I never seem to get time to go in advance.

Breakfast was just two plain eggs...

Lunch was homemade tuna salad with slices of apples along the bottom of the bread!

Dinner is looking like steak salad.

Also, I have some powdered egg here..Could this be of any use in protein shakes or something? Or should I just bin it?

Yes, egg protein is a very good source of protein...I would just be concerned with the taste & how it mixes.

all I had was a bag of baked chips and lots of liquids. i am positively ravished but there's no food in the house one of the driving factors to make me wanna start camming, it would be a pretty sweet thing to break the cycle of poverty for myself even if its my lil secret. ;-)

Yeah I fell off the healthy wagon a little too...with the Super Bowl and then my dads birthday...

Yesterday I ate:
Some pita chips and hummus, wavy lays with ranch dip, tostitos with cheese dip, quesadilla dipped in the ranch dip (was actually soo good :'( ), then made nachos with the tostitos and cheese dip and beans, hello panda chocolate crackers, made bomb carne asada tj tacos, then a slice of my dads butterfinger cake... Oh and some gummy worms of course.

I think it was just the fact I've been eating good for so long and all of a sudden we had all these snacks from the Super Bowl so I just went crazy. I don't regret the tacos though.. They were small and SO good!

Back on track today though so Im not hating myself for eating all that. Oh and what I notice is if I drink just water all day even though I'm eating shitty food, I feel a lot less shitty. If I wash down some nachos with a coke I feel way worse thn if I drink water.

Everyone has their fatty days!

Oh and I never count cslories but in my biology class last week we had to list what we ate the day before and find out how many cslories we ate total and mine didn't even hit 1000! It was 800 something. I don't feel like I deprive myself of food but I almost never eat bread or pasta or sugary things and I think that's why my calorie intake was so low. The guy I was partnered with thought I was lying ha he's like 'damn you eat hella clean'. But it's just basic things We keep in the house and I like to eat, like berries and Greek yogurt, oatmeal, tuna, bananas, granola bars, tomato soup, etc. I think what you keep in your house is super important. I know my friend always has snacks like chips, cookies, microwaveable food, etc and if I ever go there I always end up eating shit. Yeah she has some strawberries hidden under the pudding and chocolate milk...but I'll end up going for the worst things. Glad I don't live there!
