Protein shake w banana strawberry n spinach blended
Soft taco w organic beef meat
Possibly a French dip Sammy later, I’ve been slow roasting a roast w onions n juice all day still isn’t done tho

I feel this and that’s what I did but I’ve been left w lots of lbs to loose also..
I had, 2 eggs, 1 turkey bacon, 1/2 bagel n cream cheese, coffee
Protein shake blended w banana, strawberry, n spinach
A big bowl of chicken tortilla soup w cheese, cilantro lime n tortilla strips on top, sooo good

Yesterday was homemade salsa (I make the best IMO with a lot of cilantro, lime, garlic, jalapenos, onions, green onions lol), pita chips for dipping, sea salt nori seaweed, small amount of organic cheesepuffs, and leftover sashimi.

Ugh PB toast sounds good!!! The best is when the PB gets melty from the heat of the toast or adding sliced bananas on top

Today I'm meal prepping food for the next 3 days.

Breakfast: same as before: toast with cream cheese, cherry tomatoes, ham and a mandarine (300 ish calories)
Lunch: Salmon with salad+ yoghurt dressing, steamed beanes and 3/4 baked potato (300 ish calories)
Dinner: Pork tenderloin with salad+ yoghurt dressing, steamed broccoli and 3/4 baked potato (300 ish calories)

Snack: Coffee and protein bar- half after lunch and half after dinner (300 ish calories)

Total: 1200 calories

Got the recipes from the insanity meal plan.

I have lost 3 lbs in 10 days thanks to meal prepping. I even allowed myself a cheeseburger with fries on saturday and my weight still went down.
For the next 3 days I have prepped grilled chicken (marinated with whatever I had around), baked veggies and rice (for dinner).
For breakfast I will stick to either porridge+ fruit, or my toast with ham, cream cheese and grape tomatoes+ fruit.
For lunch, I probably gonna eat some soup, we got some leftovers. Or some salad. Or even nothing, lately thanks to intermittent fasting, I don't really feel hungry anymore for a 3rd meal.

PS: I never consume regular tomatoes during winter. They taste like shit... I love grape tomatoes because they are sweet and taste like summer.

Anyway, super happy to see the scale going down, with all of my sedentarism. Excited to get back on my spinning bike too, now that I took down the xmas tree and put the bike back at it's place, lol.

Ohhh, I am counting calories, that's why I was able to make it go down, otherwise it would have been the same :))) I need to get back to strength training too, my arms look horrible, I have no muscle in sight and I was shocked to realize I couldn't lift a heavy grocery bag with one arm anymore, to place it on the back of my trunk. It was shaking like hell. But I take it one step at a time, I'll get back on regular biking and then add some strength 3 times a week.

Omg that dinner... damn me!!! hahahaha!!!

Prepped a small new batch of food for 2 days:
- Rice mixed with some broccoli sauce, sauteed calamari (squid) and baked eggplant.
- Breakfast is same shit that I love, either toast or 2 hard boiled eggs, topped with cream cheese and ham (now i also add some chopped dried tomatoes) and either cucumber or fresh grape tomatoes
- For a 3rd meal I have some meatballs soup

A salad and a few packages of wasabi seaweed nori.

I was supposed to add a bunch of shrimp to the salad but the entire package exploded on the floor LOL.....so not much protein today. I want some sushi still :(!

Omg I are sushi for the first time in my life, about 2 months ago. Yep, at 29 yrs old. And I liked it so much, that the whole week I only ate sushi, till I didn't wanna hear about it anymore :))))) Now I'd buy again but i am not so overly enthusiastic as i was in the begining, I think I over exagerated, hahaha!

Lol, I did this also when I first had sushi but now it’s only something I crave like monthly ish and I get so scared from a bad tasting sushi if I get one I won’t try again for a while, just had a spicy salmon roll yesterday and it was amazing

For some reason I'm not feeling that hungry today. I think it's because I can tell I've dropped a few pounds. I don't know how many because I haven't weighed myself yet, but I can just tell by looking at myself that I dropped a few. So maybe I'm just less hungry now. Is this normal?

^LOL, I usually feel like a pig when I see how much I eat compared to other ppl here.

Salted choc chip cookie
Mint tea
The cold weather is making me hungry so I feel like making something like a braised chicken dish later for dinner, or maybe a chicken and leek soup.

I splurged :)....... salmon sushi rolls and spicy tuna with avocado rolls. Ughhhh!! So good. I felt like spoiling myself. :P
