Yes. I just uploaded a clip using the ADD FILES link like they suggested. I think it uploaded fine, the only thing I don't like is that it doesn't show the file size when it's finished.

OK, it's a change for all C4S studios, not just hers. It's a better presentation than what we had before. Thank you C4S.
Just need to understand now what's the difference between what you have at the bottom and what you have on the right panel. Clips are the same, and in the same order.
Anyone else here having this happen to them. Getting an order and then hours later having that order refunded? The past three days this has happened. I get one to two orders in the morning and then a few hours later they've been refunded. The orders are all for the same style of clips (castration). Like today I got an order at 6:01AM from an FH in Inddependence OH then at 6:02AM I get another order from FH from Indefendence NC. Those two have already been refunded. Then the same thing happened an hour and a half later (waiting for the refund on those two orders). This happens once I understand but this is the third straight day in a row this is happening. I contacted C4S today about this and I'm waiting to hear back from them. This happening to anyone else?

There's so much happening on the page when you go to a specific video, I hope that doesn't scare people off. Of course, now NONE of the gifs are HD, they are upscaled and look grainy and blurry :(I hope that does not deter people. I might put a disclaimer on my page. I need to update my header anyway.
I wonder if they were finding that people were buying only one clip and leaving the store. I get a LOT of one video sales, even from the same person throughout the day. He will buy one video, then 5-10 minutes later he buys another one, then repeats for 4-5 videos. When a page has a lot of stuff on it I feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start, I am just hoping people that are cranking one out will see it as hot to see so many thumbnails :P

That design is still a work in progress. I sent some suggestions and they put them in. Maybe you got some suggestions as well, like about the clips on the right being the same as the ones below the clip. If you send them in, they might implement them :)
About that - I had very low visitors the day of the election (I understand) and the 6 days after. Anyone else? I am speaking of 40-60% less than normal, consistent across 6 days. I wonder if it got something to do with the changes in design or the election itself

I had a couple of upload errors (I mentioned several pages back in this thread), where the original file was fine, but there were problems when I uploaded it to C4S servers and when I tried to resume the uploads, it created little 10 second glitches in the clips. Do you watch your clips after you edit them and before you upload them? I always do this but I don't know how many other people do. I am thinking it's probably some problem with the video since the refunds are for the same clip. But that's just a guess...

Nope, got in touch with a person at C4S and it's a 100% a scammer attacking my store.

I know, they look like shit now and I wish we had some warning before they were going to do that. If I make an HD gif THAT big, the file size will be huge.

Yeah there's no way to make them that big without them being massive file sizes. I use the ones I make from iwantclips so this is gonna be a pain in the ass if I decide to make them fit properly so they aren't scaled.
I've got 500 videos, I can't imagine trying to make all of them look nice, but even the future ones would be a massive pain!

I just checked my stats for that day and traffic was steady. I actually had a pretty decent sales day the day of the election, BUT all of those sales were pretty much before noon and then the rest of the day....nada.
I keep track of my monthly sales and write notes about anything going on (that month) to do with sales. Looking at my Nov 2015 calendar, I wrote that sales were really good the first two weeks and then slower the last 2 weeks of the month. I don't know what this month is going to be like yet, but so far, the first 2 weeks *have* been strong.

if people being paid by Payoneer still didn't get their money, just got a message from support saying they had some technical issues and couldn't yet send them but they expect that to happen by the end of this week

My gifs are only 800x450 but they don't look grainy blown up. I use windows movie maker for editing and capturing snapshots, then I use the gif maker on Photoscape. I don't know if that helps at all.

OMG mine look horrid blown up like that. Why are they doing this?
I'm going to go in and enable previews until they fix this (if they do) so at least it can be seen that my clips aren't a blurry mess like they are making my gifs look.

This was what I hate about manyvids and their banner at the top. It blows the video preview up and makes it look so blurry and grainy. Obviously if customers watch the preview they will know that the video is great quality, but it looks downright awful otherwise.

Question: Do any of you shoot your videos using a HD webcam? I use a HD camcorder but there are some cool angles I could capture with a webcam that I am unable to do with my camcorder. Oh, and have any of you ever used your smartphone to do videos? I have, once or twice, because of the neat angles I could achieve with it. (The footage wasn't as high quality---even with video lights). AND....if you *do* use a webcam....do you use an external one or the one built into your computer (assuming you have one built in).

I use a c920 HD webcam...I would prefer camcorder though. I have used my iphone too...I have a tripod for it too. OMG never use the built in webcam! Even on my super duper amazing laptop the built in webcam is crap. Likewise, never use the built in mic. I don't even use the mic on my c920, I use my HD blue snowball.

On the other hand I still don't have my payout :'( Nobody was able to help me and now I'm waiting for a new Payoneer card. I really hope they'll be able to pay me on the new one. But the whole process is taking so long, I was not expecting to be left without my money.

Do any of you have problems with uploading your clips? I have tried to upload today and it showed an error five times and I gave up. I was wondering if it is a general problem or just my internet connection. I uploaded without a problem two days ago.

I do all of it myself. I think any site that doesn't remove upon your request would not care about a dmca company either. Some sites require an official form where you have to enter all your details. Don't do that, because all your info will be sent to the violator. Just try with a normal email first, 95% of the time, that is enough to get your content removed.

I had huge problems in the past. Maybe they even disabled the uploader because of it. I don't know. But I am using the new server ftp3 right now and it works for me. ftp3.clips4sale.com. Get a FTP client like filezilla or core ftp for free. Filezilla can continue uploads, so in case your connection breaks, you don't lose all progress.
Google how to use the ftp program, it's really easy. Go to site manager -> new site. Use ftp3.clips4sale.com as the Host and your username and password from c4s. That's it. You don't need a port or change anything. Logon type: normal.

Make sure you are uploading to the images folder and not to clip_images - or the other way round, if you want to upload preview images / gifs. Otherwise, I would open a support ticket.
I'm sure it's in here, but for the life of me I can't find the answer - is there a way to delete my clips4sale account?

I am so so happy that clips4sale has finally got there shit together and the payments problems are finally resolved. I got my payoneer payment on the 3rd this month, I nearly fell over!

Well.....it seems this month this year is going pretty similar to this month last year. The first couple of weeks were really good, but now I'm feeling the slow down. It doesn't worry me because I know this is normal (for me) this time of the year. Last Dec was my best sales month ever and Decembers tend to be good months for me. Which you wouldn't think they would be, because of Christmas, but I think with all the holiday things going on, guys need that escape.

Last December was my highest pay out on c4s ever. I am. So hoping that it happens next month as well.
This month is absolutely garbage and its bad on all my sites. I'm at $900 on c4s but everywhere else is dragging. I'm going days and days with no sales and some days I'm lucky to get one video sale.

I'm getting an error message on a gif I'm trying to upload now too! Really annoying, it has already uploaded twice without a problem but not listed in the image list. So I'll have to use a still image instead and see if I can upload the gif later.

I've gotten a couple sales here and there with two videos in it, but almost all of mine are one video purchases.
I dunno if you mean because it's slow or because it send each clip bought in its own email?
The last time I had more than 2-3 videos bought in one transaction was on the 9th.

I have been getting the same error message. This happens especially as I try to upload a different format ( wmv HD, wmv SD ,mp4 HD etc...) using the same script. Found a way to fix it temporarely. What I notice works is going back into the folder where you store your gift and changing the name. For example old name : dirtyslut , then going back and changing the name to dirtyslut2 . Then reupload. This seems to work magic :)

It's a four-day holiday weekend here in the U.S.; a lot of businesses are either closed or open open but with a reduced staff. Not sure about C4S sale but if you don't hear anything you might wait until Monday to try again.

This Thanksgiving holiday has been rough. I'm on my fifth day with no sales. Thankfully the start of the month was good (even with the $60 in returns) and hopefully things will pick up today or tomorrow.

I got an email from Sara at Clips4Sale, telling me the bank FLAGGED my business name as adult and so I have to change my payment to my personal account and sign a new form for this.
Ok first off..my business name is ON DEMAND MODELS. How on EARTH does that sound adult?? Simply because it has the word "models" in it? This could be ANY type of model..
Secondly, how does the bank not know that EVERY business on Clips4Sale is an ADULT BUSINESS.
It's an adult site!!!
This is really p777ssing me off because I need the money going into my business account for tax purposes, and I'm sure not gonna change the name of my business!
Has this happened to anyone else?

I haven't had this thankfully but I don't know why they would be happy for it to go into your personal account if they're not happy for it to go into your business one. I would have expected your bank to contact you too.

@misspandora Wow this is odd?? I can not understand why they would not know they are all adult transactions either? when you say bank..you mean the bank that clips4sale is paying you from... Surely the bank must know they are all adult transactions, its huge!!
