Vampire isn't banned you just can't do blood play real or fake. Also hypno isn't banned it is just labeled "mesmerize" on clips4sale. You can't use the word hypno or hypnosis.

Always the way isn't it! And here was me thinking the glitches hadn't been around for a few days! Actually mine looks a bit better now but I think I'll wait until I try and upload!

Is anybody able to upload stuff? I keep getting errors when uploading gifs. It's been a day since I've uploaded new content. It seems like every damn week there is a new problem.

A while ago I made a custom that sold really well, and then another customer wanted a custom inspired by the first one, which I made. And yeah - the first customer got upset I didn't ask his permission first. He even thought I should have waited to upload the new clip until he himself had the money to buy it. Lol wtf? Nothing personal (like names) in any of the two customs, apart from it being his fetish and a creative (but not unique) idea. The second one continued it with a new scenario, nothing from his script. If anything, he should be super happy to get a similar clip for a non-custom price.
I decided to play it nice for now, though not apologizing of course. But it makes me wonder how many custom-orderers think the clip is their intellectual property, even thinking file-sharing it would be ok. He, like many others, often word it as "the clip WE made" instead of "the clip you made for me".

I lost a whole fucking listing because this dumb ass website can't work properly! Now I got to write that long ass clip description over again AND it's been over a day since I've been able to update my store. I really hate C4S sometimes. They're the number one clips site on the net yet the website seems to have major problems every damn week! Get your shit together C4S!

0 sales this month so far :/ I wonder if I need to try a new big category to try and boost my sales, or maybe cut down days I download but do more unique clips (I upload daily but do HD and SD as seperate uploads) blergh

I'm also having uploading issues. It says 'Nan' next to Clip Time and 'Bad Data' next to Clip Price. WTF is Nan lol. I've never seen anything like this before. I logged out, logged back in, refreshed, waited a while, tried with another clip, etc. Nothing is working. I just emailed support so hopefully it's nothing too serious. It's a bit frustrating.

On the positive side, my sales since the beginning of this month have been really great. Literally last week I was nervous because my sales weren't good (even with new clips every day). It was the calm before the storm lol. I'm determined to make this sales month one of my best ever. But we shall see.

In regards to AlyssaJ's post about the customer who complained about a part 2 to his custom. Didn't ask his permission? Is he fucking kidding me? But good idea on not being rude. Just hear him out and that's all. No matter what, kindness always wins but don't apologize because you did nothing wrong.

I've made many "Part 2" clips from customs and not one customer has ever complained or been territorial about it. If anything they've been excited their idea was creative enough to make a Part 2.

I emailed support too and got the usual "programmers are working on it" response. This was three hours ago and it's still not working =/ Do they need to get some better programmers in there or something? Lots of issues lately.
But anyways...about to film e a custom clip and I'm hoping it will be fixed within the next couple hours so I can post my new custom. I couldn't post any clips today at all. The day is almost over.

Still getting the "NaN" error here, contacted support about it. I see the main page is still updating, but that could be from queued updates.

I may as well post here actually, I've had yet another no sale day yesterday - I'm not really sure whats happening because my August and September where my best months (still just over $100, but I felt like things where gaining traction) then this month it's just, nada

Doing that worked for me on Firefox, the error is gone now.

I kept getting that message in my browser on Chrome. It was only in Firefox that I was able to upload my clips

One thing I'd suggest is to publish your HD and SD clips back to back so that both versions appear beside one another as someone scrolls down your clips page. This is helpful for two reasons. One, it looks cleaner and more organized, and the visitor can navigate the clips easily. Two, whatever the default number of clips per page, it cuts the total titles in half, and people are more likely to buy something when their choices are somewhat limited rather than virtually endless and without structure. If they know that each clip appears back to back, they know where to find what they're looking for. Helping the customer find what they are looking for is paramount. You use keywords to draw people in with specifics, organize your store to reflect the same ease of access.

It seems like a small thing, but it helps.

All my clips are 720p. The first one I upload is in MP4 and the next is MOV. I usually wait a few days to release the MOV version. Sometimes I wait a week or longer. Not sure if it's better to release them closer to each other or wait longer. I see Tara Tainton releasing a different format sometimes weeks/a month later. I've been following her lead lol. Maybe I'll try something new. What works for one doesn't work for others sometimes.

Yes I agree keywords are very important. You have no idea how many stores I come across that don't even fill out the "keywords" boxes.

I remember when keywords used to be invisible about a year or so ago. And then they made them visible in our stores and I noticed some clip producers had used *other* clip producers names in their keywords. LOL I just thought that looked super lame to try and ride the coattails of someone else's success....

And....I'm one of those people who don't fill out keywords. :P I pretty much cover it in the related categories, so that's why I don't bother.

Oh wow, that's a scummy way to go about it...typing in other clip producer's names.

I've always filled out keywords specific to my clip. Mostly all the consistent Top 10 studios fill out some keywords. So if they're successful with keywords it can't hurt for me to do it as well. But who knows maybe it doesn't even make a difference sometimes. I'm so used to doing it at this point.

It just took me FOREVER to log in to StripperWeb! This has been happening lots lately. And yesterday I was replying to a pm...I wrote my message, hit submit and it didn't send. It kept taking me back to the same page and then it would log me out! WTF is going on. I have contacted SW in the past and literally it took a month for them to email me back. Ridiculous.

Anyways...now my GIFs on C4S aren't loading for my new uploads. I messaged support. I also asked them if there's any updating happening on C4S and why have there been so many technical issues this week? Waiting for their reply...

I'm having the same issue with gifs not showing up. Anybody know if they still handle support tickets over the weekend? They emailed saying the issue was forwarded to programmers so I hope I don't have to wait until Monday to get the issue fixed!

I received an answer almost three hours ago stating they're "experiencing server issues and that the programmers are working on it." It's the same song over and over. My GIFs are still not working. I replied back asking if I should try re-uploading the GIF itself OR should I delete the whole clip, re-upload the clip and then add the clip back to my store. No answer yet.

I don't feel quite so bad about not being to film lately with all these issues!

I used to use the keywords but I write full descriptions and my understanding was the words would be picked up from there in searches as much as they would from the keywords...but maybe I'm mistaken in that. I also don't like how they show.

Something I noticed with my store is the preview video being really bad with sound. I double checked on the version on my computer and it's fine.
