Hya guys,
I am really keen to use the new blocking feature on Clips4sale to block my home town. It states I can access my studio via a proxy IP located outside of my blocked locations. I have not got clue how to set this up? does anyone know how to do this, or could possible send me a link to where it might explain. It seems awfully complicated for someone like me who is not very technical, thanks xx

Just wanted to ask you guys, I've been watching the webinars and 121's on my messages but when I watch them they keep buffering like fuck. I don't get that issue with anything else I watch on my laptop, only on these and it's seriously annoying. Am I doing something wrong? My internet is fine, the problem is only when watching these. Any advice appreciated!
I have the same issue. My internet connection is great, everything else is loading super fast, but that webinars are kept buffering, they are just unable to watch. So I download them using a google chrome plugin called Video DownloadHelper. And it still downloads in like 4 hours ( which is crazy, since that file sizes are downloading with my internet like in 5 minutes usually). I guess it's something wrong with those clips, not with us.

I honestly thought it was just me! Ah ok. Seems crazy, especially on a site that must do thousands of uploads and downloads a day! Yes I tried the download button and it said it would take over 2 hours. Silly. I want to watch them!

It's almost a week since Clips4Sale tweeted out my sales on my Twitter feed. Has the sales Tweets stopped for anybody else?
I've had the same issue for over a month.
C4S say twitter limit them to only allowing certain quantity of auto-tweets, and so Twitter's system is preventing auto-tweets or even sales tweets now.
It's getting annoying at how bad the stats page runs. It takes forever for it to load in or it will just log you out instead. I hope they're working on fixing this.

I've had this happening to & with expensive clips $35+ . I am glad for the money but I sure as Hell hope C4S is refunding them for the additional charge as if not I've certainly lost a customer

Clips4sale aren't! :/
(When they do they email to notify you, and it shows in your sales stats summary).
Part of me wants to go on live-chat and tell c4s what they have done + tell them to issue a refund,
but ultimately I then think that if the customer had realised they were double-billed surely they would of contacted c4s themself...??
But so I don't want the customer to be sitting at home happy (unaware they got double-billed | but happy with the videos), c4s to email them notifying them that they got double-billed,
and the customer to then become aware (and unhappy) that they got double-charged 'by MY store' as they will view it, and so never return to my store again! :@

If buyers are being charged twice how are they not noticing themselves? Don't people check their own spending? I like to think if a store online or otherwise charged me twice I'd notice! I've had this happen in my store one time but I had a refund two days later. Personally I wouldn't be counting on that money, if someone notices later they are bound to claim a refund and it's hardly indisputable.
I also think a buyer would be more annoyed if the money had been taken twice and they hadn't been refunded, rather than if the mistake was rectified by C4S? At least it shows the company is honest. If I was charged twice by a company, didn't notice, but got refunded by them it wouldn't stop me buying again. But then again I'm not the typical one handed customer of course... :D

You can not see the clips in my store. The sold clips also do not. Show the message: "We are sorry, we could not locate the clip you are looking for." :(

I think they're doing it to try to get people to use the new advance search. As long as they are eating the discount on their end I'm all for this promotion.

I am super confused about this now! First of all the discount is not automatic, you have to create a link to give buyers from the very complicated instructions in the message. Having tried to do that myself, I haven't been successful. Nowhere can I see anything anywhere regarding the 10% off. It says when you go to the new search and look for your own store you get a unique link to add to the URL to direct customers for the 10% off. I can't see this link at all. Anyone found how this works please?

Sign into the Admin and read the message. I quote:
"Global Store Ranking and Top Studios Ranking for any clips purchased using the 10% discount will be calculated on the actual price the customer paid (the discounted price), not the original price of the clip. For any customer buying without the discount code those sales are calculated normally at the regular full clip price."

Since this promotion is open to every store I don't think this is gonna make much of a difference because every sale for every store could potentially be a 10% off sale. The playing field is still leveled.

I'm going to email a few of my regular customers to see if they got this email, because they haven't been using the discount. And I think I know why.... lol No where in the email sent to customers do I see that they mention that the 10% won't be taken out of the clip producers commission.

I had my first sale with the discount today, the sales email shows it clearly. Still a few people have bought that have bought before but not used discount, perhaps they don't check their emails as avidly as I do!

Everything you said. In fact I wrote it up in another post and then deleted it because I thought I sounded too cynical. TBH, I don't really get the whole advanced search thing anyway. Isn't it redundant? If a guy wants balloon clips, he's going to go to the balloon category, right? And if a clip producer wants to sell to balloon fetish guys, then they are going to post their clips in that category. The same thing both the clip buyer and producer have been doing for years. But now we are suppose to lead customers to the advanced search and clip producers are supposed to use a bunch of keywords (and yeah, I know they have always encouraged that...) just for that purpose...?

Is the purpose because the categories are in such a mess now that if they just look go to one category for their fetish, they miss all other categories set up for the same thing. I see we now have "classic" xyz categories too, doubling up yet again for the essentially same fetish.
It's interesting that even with a 10% discount, members are still not inclined to use it. No discounted sales here yet either.

Yeah, there are so many redundant categories, but I'd imagine experienced buyers would skim through all the related ones but who knows. Maybe the new search can better find really specific clips. Like, size 6 feet green nail polish hairy legs gold toe ring toe spreading. ??? For myself, as much as I love a sale, I wouldn't jump through hoops to get 10% off unless I was planning on making a bigger purchase. If I went to a fave studio and wanted their newest clip, it wouldn't seem worth it to go to the search to try to save like a dollar or less.
I kinda feel like it might actually end up being a barometer of how many guys are using the new search vs driving customers to use it? Idk, I just don't think 10% is a big enough discount to change people's behavior unless they are purchasing enough that the savings seems worth modifying how they look for clips.

I'm sure it's being done to direct more people to the new search. The new search does have some advantages in that you show up in all the categories you use, not just the main one, although when I search, I see a lot of clips that are unrelated to that category now. I try to make sure my 'extra' categories are related to my clips but sometimes they are a little vague and I may show up in 'lingerie' when the clip content is much less vanilla than that!
One thing I wish they would do it provide a direct link to our actual store from the new search. I mentioned this when it began and unless anyone knows different I don't think you can do it, all the searching stays within the new design and never links to our actual storefront? I like to send people to my store where they can see my top clips and featured clips.
Also I like people to see my store because they see 'me' and how I want to present myself, my storefront is quite simple but I like it. The new search system takes buyers away from that because they only see the stills from my previews and not my store as a whole.

YES! I was checking it out the other day ago (Advanced Search) and I couldn't believe they didn't have a way (link) to go directly to the clip producer's store. I mean, there *is* a link, but as you said, it goes to the new design.
I don't see this having much (if any) impact on regular clip customers and their search/purchasing behaviors. Why make it more complicated for a customer to get what he wants?

I never ever do sales, but I'm ok with this promo since I'm not actually losing any money and my customers are getting a saving it's the best of both and seems to be quite popular despite only being 10%.
What I did is I have a custom domain that redirects to my C4S clip store, but during this promo I have it redirecting to an advanced search of my store instead so they get the discount, then I sent out the link to my off site mailing list to let my customers know and I'm on track to having a pretty profitable month (although I think this might be also in part due to releasing a Double Domme clip with an awesome Domme a few days ago too.

Hi, girls! Any experience with blasphemy clips? I have a niche of clients (live shows), both Christians and Muslims and I would like to make recorded content also. But I'm a little bit afraid of the backlash. People get sensitive when it comes to religion and doing profanity (not just limited to words). Any feedback on how clients receive this sort of clips? Is it worth it? Thank you.

Muslim blasphemy especially does well I heard but it seems too risky to me. I don't want a jihad on my ass, thanks. My husband was stabbed by an attempted assassin for being involved with Salman Rushdie so yeah. I'll stay far away from that. I do Christian blasphemy and it does fine, no backlash. I heard a girl who did Muslim blasphemy got kicked off c4s though or had her content removed.

I'm having some major glitches.
When I try to upload a SD clip I have to release it right then as if I try to set it for a later release it just says inactive.
My studio ranking started dropping really fast to. Every time I refreshed the page it was lower

I had maybe 12 clips ready and sat on them for...a while. I kept thinking of things that weren't "perfect" yet. My studio didn't look fancy (lol still doesn't), maybe I needed to write better descriptions, make better gifs etc.
I've actually never bought a clip. In the beginning I couldn't even look at other studios without feeling so intimidated and discouraged.
One night, very late I just... pulled the trigger and activated. Tbh it was kinda scary haha. But I knew I could always find a reason to not do it so I just metaphorically closed my eyes, said F it and activated. Steeled myself to never sell a single clip haha.
But I did and honestly i'm STILL amazed and thankful for every clip order.
Ps I still don't buy clips bc I know I'll just end up feeling inadequate compared to all the beautiful ladies on c4s. :)

I just uploaded a few clips I had on another site, short masturbation type clips and then started adding stuff in all types of categories to see what sold and what I enjoyed.
God no I wouldn't look at other people's stuff, we are all unique so what's the point? I do look at their stores, gifs I must admit but I've never bought a clip. How can I compare myself to others. I'm sure the reason they buy from me is different to why they buy from someone else, I do wish I knew what the reason was though!
You can get too caught up in what other people do too. If you check the top 50 clips, sometimes the top clip is a really intricate role play with effects and looks just amazing. Then the next day the top selling clip is a large person eating a lot of food, no plot, poor lighting etc. That's why C4S is so good, it's so diverse!
(Definitely no disrespect meant, all I'm saying is that the market on C4S is so varied it's impossible to say what guys want until you try!)

However i just came off a conversation with said manager and she insists this is not actually possible.
I'm bummed. Actually I'm pissed as well because she informed me that these clips cannot now be uploaded to a new store as they won't show as 'new' becase they've already been in the system :(
So is it better to stick where i am? Or start a new store and hope traffic is better from the new store boost?
Has anyone had an old store flagged as new before?

How often do you get chargebacks girls ? I just got my first one and it is big for me 47 $ . A guy that ordered a bunch of clips at once. I asked support and it was fraud (phew - it wasn't my fault lol).

I'm not sure how much being difference being listed as a new store really makes.
If you do set up a new store, you could just change something within each clip so that there are saved as a new file or save them as a new size/format or you could film them again.
Actually, isn't there some weird thing that when opening a new store, the clips never get shown as new clips...because you have to upload the clips first then wait for them to authorise the store.

I haven't had any so far this year, fingers crossed! Last year I had 3, two were single clips but one was about $60. I believe the only reason a studio could be at fault is if the clip was technically messed up or like, was mislabeled and not the clip they wanted to purchase.

It's part of the checkout process. There is a box they can tick that says "Yes! Add me to the mailing list."
I just added a random clip to my cart, just so I could get to the checkout page to check. The box is UNticked by default.

It's April. :-P I don't even bother with this month since historically (for ME), it has *always* been the slowest month of the year. Some months the sales just flow and others, not so much. But I know what to (not!) expect from April so I just put the effort towards other months.

This is my best April so far. I've already beat what I made last April by a good margin and only really hit any sales bumps these past three days when my sales started to tank. I'm hoping the next 6 days my sales will rebound so I can go from having an average month to a slightly above average month.

Not that I have years of data to draw from, but April of last year was one of my 2 lowest months. 2019 started with a bang for me (each month a personal best) but yeah, it's been slow-ish. Already ahead of last year's total but nothing too exciting, tho I did do 3 decent customs too. Obv i'm sure others will have a different experience. I do wonder if April being tax season could effect sales. Some guys might have tax anxiety and not feel as confident splurging. Lol who knows but i'm not panicking (like I used to every time I had any kind of slowdown. THEY KNOW I SUCK, IT'S ALL OVER.) :P

Sorry for the double post. Long story but life has recently thrown me spitball so making clips for the next year is going to be more challenging and more expensive (I do not film in my home, shared space etc.) Anyway, I'm planning on opening another studio, audio only since I enjoy writing and that's something I can churn out. No idea how well audio only will do but I'm planning on concentrating on quantity (without sacrificing quality ofc.)
Anyway, I actually have no idea how to do that lol. For reference I work on a Mac. My thought was to record (I got a decent mic) in Garage Band and...then export as an mp3 I guess?? Does the clip uploader accept mp3's? And then you add an image in the clip image uploader?? ':\ Lol, obviously I have no idea what I'm doing and yeah, I tried to search but I didn't see anything that held my dumb hand through the process.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I just spotted (what I think is) a major flaw in the C4S new search. Open the main search page and you see all the latest clips, with the pic, clip title, category, resolution, format etc. Absolutely nowhere on that page do I see the studio or artist's name! Even hovering over the pic to get the gif moving, it doesn't show.
Even when you click and open the box with the clip details, the studio name is not easily found.
Now perhaps if I'm searching as a customer I'd like to see 'Oh, my favourite studio has a new clip, and I'll click on that'. Or 'Oh, I got something from them before, let's have a look at this'.
Can any of you see what I mean? Isn't it a bit stupid?

hi! who is here who doing c4s officialy as her actualy job and paying tax after it and live in EU???
I dont know how to do it. There was an option for me as "small contrator" in my country but datas are needed from c4s to able to start it (company name, adress, tax number) but they dont give it to me. So now i dont know whats next.
How not U.S. store owner paying taxes in their countries?
