i live in russia closer to border Ukraine/russia. Russians cannot rebel against this war - for denying this war, imprisoned for a term of 5 to 15 years.

I've been following that situation since day 1. Yesterday we sent some food, medical stuff, clothes to Ukraine. I pray every day that this stops soon. This is not easy time for russian people as well who are against the war.

I pray too, but i believe Ukrainians will give a worthy rebuff to the aggressor! We, russians, have been living under the regime of military dictatorship for 15 years. We really want to change all this, but the authorities are coming up with laws to suppress protests and express their will...

Still not received on Paxum. Yhe summ is very big and is necessary to stay alive during civil war in russia and Ukraine.

You need to contact c4s support since it seems that there will be a problem with your payout ( at least c4s is handling it better, onlyfans just shut down Russian studios)

Is anyone having problems loading C4S pages tonight? I'm trying different browsers (Edge, Firefox, Opera) and I can only get some of them to load. Like I can't get the main page to load and I'm just getting a white, blank page.

UPDATE: Never mind. I figured it out. It was an AdBlocker issue. Once I shut it off for C4S, the site loaded fine.

There's a tab off of the clip search page that shows you studios sorted by "most popular", but it does not line up with the front page Top 50, so it seems to be outdated or otherwise inaccurate.
Or it's popularity metric isn't pure sales, but every time I've checked the list the order is exactly the same, so it's probably just broken or static.

It's also frustrating to use, because it keeps defaulting to grid view when you change pages.

Anyone else still running in to this issue, and how do you do your updates?

Felicia, I did some digging and I'm missing TONS of clips from categories in two of my stores from November-present but especially around December and January. I sometimes schedule out for weekends but post new updates during the week, often scheduling clips for later in the same day, though. I wrote to support and they said they see them on their end and provided screenshots, but I cleared my cache as asked, and most of them are still missing. I posted some clips without scheduling yesterday and they're showing fine. I guess I can't safely schedule clips anymore. I had a friend check several of my categories and it isn't showing for him either, so it's not just me. Why would it show for c4s but not on my end is beyond me. This is really harmful to my sales, and I've been working really hard to boost them and posting daily. So discouraged especially after replies from support that didn't help

Support used to say "sorry it should show up now" and refresh the list so things would show up, but now they just blame my browser cache and ignore the fact other people have confirmed the problem.
They refresh it, send that screenshot of it showing up, then blame us and the problem never gets fixed.

Anastasia gave her email (Anastasia at clips4sale) in the latest webinar and suggested we email her if support isn't escalating the problem. This has been going on for months now, so hopefully a few of us with our ticket ID histories can show just how much of a recurring problem this is.

They "refreshed my store" in the servers and then some of the same but different clips were showing up in the categories, while others that were missing reappeared. It's a lot of work to try to discover all the missing clips from my stores (admittedly I should have kept an eye on it, but I've been with c4s since 2006, I trusted the site was working). I'm about to check the status of the latest refresh.

Have you had luck with finding out why clips don't show up? Does it seem to be queueing issue you mentioned? I'm just posting everything immediately now. I can't afford invisible updates. c4s is my bread and butter.

Also, in looking for my clips over the last few days, I notice that many categories seem much slower than usual. Unless something has changed, such as less studios posting, or some categories being less flooded, I wonder if many many clips are just not showing up in categories and people don't realize. Please check your stores!!

The webinar got interesting when we started hearing from store owners about the issues they've run in to. Namely, we are not the only ones running in to issues with support, it's very hit and miss. Compliance approvals being seemingly random, and the new site wide search being honestly not very good. I do hope as more and more people are able to speak up and be heard, things can get fixed.

Since the issue started cropping up again, I stopped scheduling as well. :( Can't afford to miss out on category traffic.
Thus far it has not happened again that I have seen.

Support just asked today if I could find a clip that is still missing from the update list, so I've started scheduling things out again to see what happens.

Did you find any of yours that still aren't showing up in the categories?

Felicia, I was very persistent and kept tracking all of my missing clips from categories and sending them the clip ID #'s and categories from them when they were missing. The problem is things showed up on their end just fine. After they reindexed things by refreshing my store on their server a few times, eventually everything showed up. So I'm pleased with how things turned out and am going to watch everything carefully. I did try scheduling some clips for later in the day yesterday and they also posted fine in the categories. But I'm going to be watching this like a hawk. Category placement is SO IMPORTANT for sales. Not everybody goes direct to our stores to browse, it's crucial for gaining new customers.

I have this happen on Microsoft Edge but not on Chrome or Firefox. I contacted support to see if it was a known issue that's being worked on, but they just tried to talk me through clearing my cache. I don't honestly care if it happens to me, though, I care about whether it's happening to customers.

UPDATE: It was my VPN being turned on that caused the problem. I turned it off and the site loaded fine.

Anyone have any guesses when stats will be available again? The original admin message about it said, "Your studio's traffic stats will be unavailable while we upgrade our system. Any missed days should be back-filled." - I was imagining it might be two or three days, not half the month.

Am I the only one who feels like clips4sale is dying? I hope I'm wrong and I know I shouldn't be negative. But it seems like so many things that used to work well, don't work anymore. I can't check my stats, the preview picture still looks terrible, and I still don't always show up in the updated categories.

My sales are shit this month ( but well to be fair I am the most doubting and complaining person I know, and also most of the time first half of the month is always such a "meh" for me and then all of the sudden somewhere in the middle the orders start flowing and I also end up with some massive custom...So it always turns great at the end) and this time I think it's not gonna magically change in a night.

I was posting my clips like usual, but my sales are really low...Since I can't see my stats I don't know is it me, or something else.

Sure stats are not perfect, for example, they are showing a lot of unnecessary crap for me- like how many times some category on the site was visited (yes I have some clips in that category, but that simply means that some guys checked foot fetish category, not my store). So most of the time I need to sit there for a while searching for actual visits of my store. Either way, the stats were kind of helpful.

And now after Wonderwoman's post, I decided to check my clips. And it seems that my clips aren't showing in the categories too. I would ignore it if it would affect some minor categories ( I always post my clips in 4 formats and use the "main category" for my MP4 HD clips, and the other categories are not so relevant) but it affected my main categories. So for example my burping clip is not showing in a burping category but it showed fine in the bad breath category. This means it would not sell that good, since most of the burping guys would simply go to a burping category and they will not find my clip there.
I just have a bad feeling about all of this :(

Definitely contact support with screenshots if your stuff is disappearing from the category list.

Ever since the issue finally got escalated, it hasn't happened to me again. :O

I contacted them right after writing my post, They asked me to provide the categories that my clips are missing...I send them a few clips missing, even from February and I don't have that much time to check it further back, since there is the possibility that I have some clips missing even from last year. I guess from now on I will simply check if my clip has shown in a category, and I also hope that they will treat this seriously and really check that problem because sometimes when I check the main site categories it seems like there are not many updates there, but maybe just the clips for other girls are not showing...

It really depends, sometimes I put up some clips right away (but still only one of my clips goes live right away, since I upload 4 formats the rest of them is scheduled hours apart) sometimes I schedule them for the next 2 days maximum...Right now I can't figure out if it's linked to scheduling clips for the future but if you say that may be the case...Well, I will definitely keep an eye on my clips from now on.

Mine reappeared when support replied, now it's gone again.
I've also noticed 3 other stores' updates disappeared too, including one update which appeared to be several weeks old. (in just this category)

EVERYBODY please check your clips in categories especially if you schedule clips into the future sometimes. I do think this is somehow related to the issue. I really hope they can figure it out soon. I have a few clips that are no longer showing up in the categories (from this week). They are both clips that I scheduled right away, and clips that I scheduled out.

I love the custom feature on IWC. Some of these guys are so creative, it can give you inspiration for spin-off clips as well after you've done their custom.

They sent this same message to me the other day. But they didn't get back to me after that. I posted a clip last night (not scheduled) and it was on the main page. Today I woke up to no sales. I checked and yeah...the clip is not showing up in the category. I use ManyVids too but C4S is my main clip site. I guess I'll have to look at other options if this continues.

The custom feature on MV is better, they don't do a massive approx 30% upcharge like IWC does to the customs so that we seem to get 100% while the site gets their cut, I hate that, it seems dishonest, like what Customs4U used to do. It puts off customers too. Just take the damn cut and make things transparent. Hope they'll get around to customs though. I don't get as many customs from c4s these last few months especially since we can't link to them in clip descriptions anymore. I think sometimes guys don't see our headers since they don't scroll up and sometimes headers don't show.

Yeah I sent a follow up email to say the clips that were missing that I checked are now showing in one of my stores, and ask if they could do whatever they did to my other store with tons of missing clips, and they sent that canned response. Hopefully now that it's Monday they'll be back on it since 0 has changed on my end since Friday. Currently working on making sure clips that have showed haven't disappeared again. Sigh, this is so time consuming. I really need to make money and I've been working so much harder back at daily updates and so discouraging.

My clips are also disappearing AGAIN. I do not understand. What is the issue? A couple months ago I was told it was being escalated to the IT team and received that same response a few days ago. I asked if this will ever be resolved. Their reply will probably be vague.

I emailed them again and they said, "The problem is still being looked into by our attention." lol. It's so frustrating. I follow a lot of performers on twitter and I'm surprised more people aren't talking about this. Customers check our stores through categories so, yeah they need to fix it asap.

I'm going to email my customers (through C4S) and let them know when I schedule clips. I may even mention the issue. That's the only solution I can think of for now. I post on twitter too but I don't think my followers actually buy clips from there.

I received a message back stating the lists will be refreshed and my clips would show up shortly (which they did) but who knows if they have disappeared again. I cannot constantly be checking so many categories. My question asking if this would ever be resolved was ignored. So friggin frustrating ugh.

Question: My studio has 135 total email adresses for the internal producer emails. Are those all the costumers who ever bought a clip or did they just subscribe to my store?
